Hola Chatbotero/as, tengo una pregunta puntual, me gustaria captar todo el copy de alguien en una variable cuando envia un mensaje en el default replay de whatsapp… Se que tambien se puede hacer, palabra clave, configurar con condicion, y ejecturar accion, pero el texto de entrada me gustaria tenerlo en un campo de usuario!!! Me gustaria tener respuestas!!

Há alguns dias, os botões de quebra-gelo, que são iniciadores de conversa, não estão funcionando no iPhone. Eles somente funcionam em dispositivos Android e nas páginas da web do WhatsApp. Alguém sabe como resolver isso?

Hi!I have a question regarding my contacts, of which I now have over 14,000. I use Manychat to send messages and collect email leads.Someone comments under a reel, they get a message with an invitation and then they are redirected to the mailing list + IG and FB channels.Previously, we also obtained consent to send messages outside the 24-hour window, but each subsequent message reached only 50%, and that percentage decreased over time.Is there any point in keeping all these contacts to whom I can't send messages anyway, and as a result, paying for a much higher subscription?thank you

turma, tenho um fluxo que inicia a patir do click em um link, esse é seu gatilho. mas se durante essa conversa o usuário digita algo o manychat está iniciando o fluxo de respota padrão, dando boas vindas, e isso gera uma confusão como pausar os demais fluxos durante a execução de um fluxo? ou tem uma saída melhor?

Hello guys! I’m using a Reel comment to DM automation feature of Manychat. I use this funnel to redirect my leads to WhatsApp and continue with the conversation.I’ve noticed lately that people who are using iOS are not redirected to WhatsApp.Since the link is opened in instagram’s browser, it asks the users to download the app instead.Any idea how do we go about handling this issue? This is causing lot of drop-offs for me :(

Olá...alguém sabe como resolver?Abri agora o meu Manychat e apareceu uma mensagem dizendo que a conexão com o Instagram foi perdida e e necessário atualizar as permissões. Porém quando eu clico no link aparece a seguinte mensagem de erro: {"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Your activity off Meta technologies is currently turned off for this application."} Alguém sabe como resolver?

Can you have multiple flows linked to one live?I.e. tell them different words to comment and based on what they comment they’ll get sent through a different automation? From my experience it was only firing once with the first word

Hi, I encounter the automation keep answering while a live agent (which answering on mobile app, facebook business suit) are talking to a customer. Is there any possible way to pause an automation while live agent is talking to a customer on an external app ? Thank you!

Gente preciso de ajuda , exclui meu numero do whatsapp business que era virgem do manychat e do facebook ,mas ele ainda continua existindo , na print acima eu vejo que o número realmente desconectou total (Adicionar telefone) E qual é o pedido: COMO EU EXCLUO ESSE NÚMERO PARA RECONECTAR EM OUTRA BM??? A conta ainda existe de alguma forma (exclui tanto no manychat quanto no portfolio da bm do facebook) Por que eu sei que existe? O número está com a foto de perfil e descrição quando eu ainda tinha essa conta ativa no manychat! Como eu excluo? Eu já testei os metodos normais , o chip ERA virgem , o que eu faço , preciso de ajuda!

I’m having trouble linking my account. When I try to do so, I get the following error: "The following restrictions have been applied to the selected business portfolio, so you will not be able to create another WhatsApp Business account: You can only create a limited number of WhatsApp Business accounts before business verification and WhatsApp account checks have been completed. You will be able to create more accounts once your verification is complete." I have already informed Meta. How can I resolve this?

is_ig_account_follower returns nothing, it seems it doesnt work a.k.a doesnt get data. Any work around or some update on this?

Criamos um fluxo integrando via API Hotmart e Manychat onde a automação faz uma verificação se o contato comprador já existe em nossa base de contatos no Manychat. A idéia é: caso ele não exista, o contato é criado e uma tag é adicionada a ele pra startar um fluxo de disparos de boas vindas no Whatsapp. Caso ele já exista na base de contatos do manychat, o contato seria atualizado com a tag, para seguir seu fluxo. O problema se inicia aqui, porque não é possível usar o campo do sistema Whatsapp ID pra verificar se o usuário já existe ou não na plataforma. Fizemos então um campo personalizado chamado Whatsapp ID para armazenar o mesmo valor do campo do sistema WhatsApp ID e buscar o usuário por ele e criamos uma regra para que todo novo contato que entrar em nosso banco já atualize esse campo. Funciona perfeitamente para os novos contatos mas o problema são os 20mil contatos antigos em nossa base.Como alternativa, criamos um fluxo que ao receber uma tag o lead entraria ne

Hi everyone, has anyone else faced this issue? Due to an unauthorized payment for my Manychat subscription, my WhatsApp stopped working, and I didn't receive any notification. I wasn’t informed about the payment problem, nor was I notified that my WhatsApp had been disconnected. The only email I got was from Stripe, letting me know about the payment issue, but I missed it because it was Sunday. As a result, my WhatsApp was disconnected for four days (from Sunday to Wednesday), and I didn’t receive a single alert from Manychat regarding this. I find this situation really frustrating. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?

Hi! I could really use some help. I have sent up many automations that were only triggered when specific words were chosen. Currently, anyone and everyone who comments on ANY of my posts is getting an auto reply. I can not see anywhere to turn this off! Please help. Thank you! 

How can I activate this condition in ManyChat, so that whenever someone wants to message me for the first time in direct messages, the following message is sent to them: "If you haven't followed me yet, you need to follow me first, and after it's confirmed that you have followed, you can communicate with me."
