(DÚVIDA)EU COLOQUEI UM NÚMERO NOVO NO MANYCHAT NORMALMENTE E DEU CERTO, SÓ QUE EU EXCLUI PARA COLOCAR NO WHATSAPP E LÁ FICOU INDISPONÍVEL TEMPORARIAMENTE 1 HORA. SENDO ASSIM QUIS COLOCAR NO MANYCHAT PRA DEIXAR CADASTRADO NOVAMENTE E DIZ QUE ESTA LOGADO NO WHATSAPP SENDO QUE NEM CONSEGUI LOGAR LÁ. PORQUE ESTA OCORRENDO ISSO?

Hola!! quisiera consultar si alguien sabe como se configuran los flujos que tienen la opción de avanzar al paso siguiente tanto dando clic a un botón como respondiendo una palabra. Copio un ejemplo aquí. Yo siempre he configurado usando o un botón o una respuesta rápida y comunica al siguiente paso, pero estos casos los veo muy útiles para cuando la conversación pasa a “solicitudes” y el botón de la respuesta rápida desaparece. Muchas gracias!

Hello,I am currently facing one issue : ManyChat is not detecting my scheduled posts in the calendar for future publications on my page.To better illustrate the issue, I’ve recorded my screen.This is a major problem because I can't prepare my automations before the posts are published. For example, for a quiz, the idea would be that when people comment with a number between 1 and 9 under the post, it triggers a flow with the corresponding question.Therefore, it’s crucial that all automations are ready before the post goes live.However, due to this issue, I can’t set things up correctly in advance.I also don’t have the option to schedule future posts directly on the Facebook page; I can only use MetaSuite for scheduling.Even stranger, as you will see in the video, ManyChat does not detect the posts scheduled in the calendar, but it does detect the posts that have already been published.film my screem : 

I have a Manychat Telegram chatbot, and when I add 15 consecutive if-else conditions, the automation stops. Is there a limit on the number of consecutive conditions? Also, after each condition, I’m using "Set User Field" actions—could the problem be related to having 15 consecutive "Set User Field" actions? Let me know if this sounds good!P.S. If I remove one condition and action it runs.

Hello All,                I’m new here and I have been trying for hours to get into the basic automation's screen and every time I select it it just loads the page but its like scrolling through the automation's. I have rebooted, cleared cache, etc… and it continues to scroll every time I select it. The other tabs sequences and my automation's screens work just fine. I’m not sure what else to do. Has any one else run into this type of issue?Thanks

Hola a todos, soy nuevo usando Manychat, después de pasar un día entero buscando una solución no la encuentro y llegue aquí, espero alguien pueda ayudarme. 😓 Imagen 1:Estoy tratando de hacer que cuando el “Enviar mensaje #1”  no tenga respuesta durante 11 segundos, se envíe el “Enviar mensaje #3” . Pero no funciona, me quedo esperando minutos y nada.Imagen 2:Se supone que al marcar “SI” debería enviar “Enviar el mensaje 1” (Línea roja) pero en lugar de eso, se salta y envía “Enviar mensaje #2” (Línea 2). Quiero decir que en lugar de decir la pregunta 1 se salta a la pregunta 2.Lo mismo me pasa con Messenger, no he probado con wsp porque aún estoy aprendiendo a usar y quisiera usar bien mis 15 días gratis :) Espero alguien me pueda ayudar, muchas gracias !

Quando eu já tenho um WhatsApp ID cadastrado, não consigo recuperar o seu Manychat ID. Sem o Manychat ID não consigo enviar mensagens ou realizar outras ações através das integrações de api. Por exemplo, se uma pessoa que já conversou comigo no WhatsApp, faz uma conversão na página, não consigo mandar mensagem pra ela via automação, porque não tenho o Manychat ID.

Tengo una consulta urgente sobre el límite de mensajes diarios en mi cuenta de WhatsApp Business API integrada con ManyChat.Recientemente, Facebook aumentó mi límite de mensajes diarios de 250 a 1000 mensajes debido al buen flujo de mensajes y la calidad de interacción que he mantenido. Sin embargo, dentro de ManyChat, sigo viendo el límite de 250 conversaciones diarias, lo cual parece estar restringiendo mi capacidad de enviar mensajes adicionales, a pesar de la actualización de Facebook.Actualmente he sobrepasado el límite de los 250 mensajes, lo que ha detenido mi bot por 24 horas, y estoy perdiendo la capacidad de responder a mis clientes de manera oportuna. Agradecería mucho si pudieran ayudarme a sincronizar mi cuenta o actualizar el límite de mensajes dentro de ManyChat para que sea consistente con el nuevo límite aprobado por Facebook.Este tema es urgente ya que necesito reactivar mi bot cuanto antes

HelloI am facing an issue with an automation in ManyChat, and I would like your help. I have a main automation that notifies users when a live session begins. In the flow, there is a condition (Condition 3) that checks if the user is registered or not. If they are not confirmed, I send them to a second automation (Automation 2 – Central de Provas).The problem is that after the user goes through Automation 2, they do not return to the main automation in Condition 4, where they should receive messages related to the live session. Hello, I want to add users as team members live chats, do  they need to have a facebook account?

So i created my first automationuser comment --- send message with a quick reply --- when the click to the quick reply it will lead to another instagram message with the website. when i preview on instagram and put the code it works perfectlybut when it’s live only the first message is showing to the client after he comments without the quick reply for the engagement to continue. Thanks

se puede poner una condicion en manychats por si no contestan nada despues de cierto tiempo y enviar otro mensaje?

Hola a todos!! Soy nuevo usando ManyChat, di de alta un numero nuevo de WhatsApp, pague los planes necesarios, adicione IA, y pague créditos. Asi que bueno ya con todo listo programe mis primeras Automatizaciones. Con msnj de FB todo de lujo pero con WhatsApp no puedo avanzar. No me permite enviar mensajes de forma manual desde el chat de la app y tampoco contesta mensajes por medio de la automatización. Solo me dice que debe existir algun problema con el servidor? Alguien con algun buen consejo?

Fiz uma automação de envio de um fluxo de mensagens com 2 gatilhos: comentário num post e o envio de mensagem no Direct. O gatilho da mensagem no Direct está funcionando, a pessoa recebe a primeira mensagem com o botão de Resposta Rápida e inicia o fluxo normalmente.Já no gatilho de comentário no post, a pessoa recebe a mensagem SEM o botão de Resposta Rápida. Com isso, não é possível ela continuar o fluxo.Como resolver isso? É algum bug?

Pessoal, estou com um problema . Eu mesma criei o conteúdo, já fiz todos os testes que o Manychat solicita e mesmo assim as minhas automações não funcionam. O único ponto que esta aparecendo agora é:  Para publicações colaborativas, a automação não funciona com comentários feitos na conta de outro membro. Mas a minha postagem não é colaborativa, e nenhuma das minha automações está funcionando por conta disso. Alguem pode me ajudar? Por favor!!!
