My business did a paid partnership with another brand and used the many chats automated comment feature. It worked fine for the post, but now that the brand is boosting the post it no longer works. Anyone know why and if it’s possible to fix it? Thank you!

Hi everyone,I'm working on a Manychat automation for Instagram and have set up a trigger using the keyword "info" (screenshot of the flow is attached).The logic appears to be connected properly, and the trigger is enabled. However, the automation still shows "0 runs", even after multiple test messages using the word "info" in different ways. I also can't preview it on instagramHere’s what I’ve already tested: Sent messages directly via Instagram DM Tried different variations like "info" and "can I get some info?" Verified that the flow is published and live Made sure the keyword trigger is turned on There is some conditional logic in the flow that might be affecting how it runs, but I’m not sure if that’s the cause.I’d appreciate any insight or a second pair of eyes on this, thanks in advance.

Hello Manychat Community,I have attempted to set up a rather basic automation of Auto-DM links from comments. The Automation works, but not how I thoguht it would, in other words, I set it up to send a DM on specific words “Discipline” for example. But I want to set it up so that it would send it ONLY if somebody comments SOLELY the word discipline and nothing else.In the way that it is now, is that if that word is used in a sentencer, it will still send a DM. For example:“I love the way that I have been building my discipline.” → Send a DM but I DON’T want it to.“Discipline” → Sends a DM, and I would like to automate that it sends ONLY in this case, with just the word “Discipline” written in the comments. I have looked around the platform but couldn’t find anything to configurate it.I would be very grateful if someone could assist me with that, thank you! JC

I use many chat to send people to sign up for a free video. Most people access it fine but I get a steady stream of people who have problems. Including “I don’t want to open it in threads”. I don’t send them to threads. Is this IG sending them there instead of my site? Anything I can do about it? Or do I just need to accept that a percentage get glitches??

I'm trying to understand how ManyChat handles overlapping Instagram triggers. Here's the situation: I have one trigger set to fire on all Instagram post comments. I have another trigger set to fire on a specific Instagram post. Both triggers use the same keyword. A user comments with that keyword on the specific post. In this case, what happens? Does ManyChat run both flows? Or does it only trigger one, and if so, which one takes priority?

Olá, estou com um problema no gatilho da automação. Quando eu seleciono o gatilho do início da automação para ser conversa iniciada por anúncio, não está aparecendo a minha BM do Facebook para que eu selecione o anúncio que quero que o gatilho seja ativado, antes aparecia, agora não está aparecendo. Alguém sabe como resolver? 

Estou criando automações há algum tempo, mas hoje aconteceu algo estranho. A publicação foi publicada, dois comentários foram acionados e mensagens diretas foram enviadas. A automação parou de funcionar e agora estou enviando mensagens diretas manualmente porque o bot não está funcionando.  Como faço para corrigir isso? Até criei uma nova automação, mas parece que esta publicação específica está quebrada  ???

Hello, How can I send a dm to all my followers? Or to all the people I've interacted with via manychat automations?

I’m observing that the trigger for an automation is reportedly "sent" or "activated" within ManyChat, but the people that need to receive the message are not receiving any messages on your end (e.g., on their WhatsApp). I’m even trying to send manual replies but the other person is not able to receive them. Estoy observando que el disparador de una automatización supuestamente se "envía" o se "activa" dentro de ManyChat, pero las personas que deberían recibir el mensaje no lo están recibiendo (por ejemplo, en su WhatsApp). Hello,I send DM to people who comment on my instagram post and ask for GSM number. Than my flow jumps to another flow to send a WhatsApp message. But it's not working. Is it possible to do such thing? Regards

Hello everyone,We are in the process of setting up automated reminders for our leads using our custom API. While doing this, we’ve encountered an issue: when we trigger our API call within a flow, the message is sent twice to the same lead, even though it should only be sent once.Our ManyChat setup consists of a single main account that contains multiple sub-accounts. Each sub-account uses a different WhatsApp number and has its own flow. However, we’ve noticed something strange: even though these flows are in separate sub-accounts, they all seem to have the same Content ID number. This might be linked to the duplicate message issue, but we’re not sure.We’re trying to understand two main things:Why are duplicate messages being sent when we call our API inside the flow?Why do different flows in different sub-accounts appear to share the same Content ID?If anyone has experienced a similar problem or knows how to resolve this, your guidance would
