I’m setting up an AI chat automation and I want it to send my contacts personalized links. Each contact has a unique ID stored in a dedicated custom field. I want that a link I send has an added parameter that contains unique ID of the contact. Is it possible? How to mention it in the prompt to instruct the AI chat to generate a personalized link? Alternatively, can we just put a link inside a dedicated field in the contact and ask AI to get inside the contact and get the link from there?

I went through all the tutorials, but I still can't make the connection with the spreadsheets.I have a Facebook connection (one email) and a Google connection (another email)Please help

Hey!I am having an issue with a client’s Google Sheet. We did refresh permissions and re-installed the google sheet connection and still the M114-Manychat Leads Google Sheet he made is not showing up. I tested on my account creating a new sheet and set it like he had it and it populated on my account. I am going to have him create a new google sheet, see if this one does populate, but what also could be the issue?

Hello, I have a problem. There is a video. I want the bot to respond to comments and send a message, but it does not accept.

I don't understand how pricing works when working with multiple Facebook Pages.Is it just based on contacts? Can I have multiple pages?How pricing works then?Is a tier calculated on each single FB Page or it aggregates the contacts from all pages? Say I handle 60 pages. Will I pay a minimum of 60*$15 = $900 a month for Pro?  Or is it based aggregating all contacts together between all pages?

I’m able to pull my information from Stealth to see the different times of my webinar, however I’m running into issues when it comes to sending their choice of time to Stealth. Not sure if this is something I can do through an extension or Zap.

I went to Settings. I went to Fields. I created a folder Loans. I created a New User Field. I named the field Credit. I went back to my automation. I created a User Input field. I set it to Multiple Choice. Under Save Response to a Custom Field and I do not see Loans or Credit. I hard-reloaded the page and repeated steps 7-9 and still do not see the new field or folder I created.I did not archive them. Suggestions please?

I found ManyChat’s messaging all in 1 inbox really cool.I was actually curious, where in the world is it being sent from?Is it sent from a location somewhere or just sent from the IG API?Like when connecting my IG account to ManyChat - where will the login country be in?I found it really interesting :)

Hello Everyone,I’ve been creating simple flows to connect with our business audience on Instagram using ManyChat. Recently, we accidentally unlinked our Facebook Page and Instagram account, causing all of the automations we set up in ManyChat to stop working. We've reconnected the page and Instagram account, but the automations are still not functioning. Does anyone know how to get them working again? I have already use refresh permission and it’s still not working. I really appreciate any help. Thanks so much in advance!

I have set up new keywords and ensured they are are on, but nothing happens when I type them. I've been doing this for several months now and the old triggers all work, but the new ones (or at least some new ones) do not trigger..

Hi all,  I am struggeling a bit with setting up a whatsapp message template. Does anyone know how i can add a dynamic file in the header of a whatsapp template? When I make the message template in meta business this is possible, however in ManyChat I have not find the solution yet for doing this.  Thanks a lot for all the help! I want my IG automatization to be started with 100% of the DMs… right now I was forced to chose a keyword by Manychat with a keyword but most of my clients don’t understand this. Is there a way around this?When I try use the rule “doesn't contain”  with a random word like “blabla” that would trigget the proccess 99.999% of the times i get an error saying: You can't use "Message doesn't contains" without another condition.

We have an automation that will send contacts a message to Messenger, like their comment, and add an auto-reply if they comment “Marriage” on any of our FB post. However, some instances that the automation is working and some other time not working.Here’s a sample of post that automation the fired (meaning it liked the comment and auto-replied) and didn’t fire (meaning it didn’t liked the comment and auto-replied)How do we troubleshoot this inconsistency?
