I have two Facebook accounts: one with about 4,000 friends and another with around 5,000 friends. I don’t need all those contacts in my account. I need to transfer most likely no more than total of 2000 Contacts combine... How can I easy transfer selected Facebook contacts to ManyChat?

I'm aiming to build a chatbot that relies entirely on user input for the conversation.Unfortunately, I'm encountering an issue where the user input option seems to be malfunctioning. I was trying to enable auto liking the comment in the automation flow and seems the option is missing. It’s available in the story reply but missing in the comment. Hope there is an option to do the same or expecting it in the nearest updates

Hello everyone,I do community management for a large number of people (over 2000). Message automation is therefore a very important part of my process. The problem I'm encountering is as follows:When using messages with options (as you can see in the screenshot below), the automation sequence is only taken into account if the customer presses one of the buttons. It sometimes happens that some customers respond below the message by writing rather than clicking on one of the options. When this happens, my teams have to manually assign the next tag to “replace” the customer back into the automation chain. Individually, this doesn't take much time, but with a high volume of customers it wastes a lot of time.Is there a way for ManyChat to take into account the answer if it's written and corresponds to one of the options?Thanks in advance for your answers.

To automate for an upcoming Instagram post, the only option is to automate for an existing post. The upcoming or scheduled Instagram post requires users to comment to receive a link, however the post doesn’t appear in the Manychat dashboard. We don’t want the post going live and people comment, and nothing happens. Is it possible to automate for a scheduled post?

Hello again community of experts.I have a challenge, let’s see what we can do:A user messages me on WhatsApp, and I ask him “Tell me the phone number of the person who invited you”The user responds with a phone number.Now comes the challenge:I want to automatically send a message to that phone number, (which will already be in my contacts list, so it won’t actually be a new number for me). That’s it. I don’t know how to achieve this, isn’t there a “forward message” block that I could add to kickstart the new conversation? So i am working on a instagram dm automation where i wish to showcase products catergories using dynamic buttons. I am currently using zapier to fetch the products data from my wix store using a webhook block, then transforming those into the format that the official documentation wants using the code by zapier block. The documentattion that im following is (dynamic message documentation for instagram)Theres a manychat block in zapier with the action called “send dynamic message” which takes in the user id and the json in the format that this documentation has asked to write it in. Im trying to make reminders to clients on whatsapp.for example i want to make a reminder sent at exactly 21:00 but the smart delay only lets me choose 21:00 to 22:00.what does it mean? that it will send the message at a random time between 21:00 to 22:00? or if possible it will send at 21:00? how exactly does this work and also is there any way to set a specific time for a message to be sent within the workflow or just a range?

I made a JSON request to a payment platform, and this platform returns a Pix "copy and paste" code.My issue is: The platform returns a string containing the payment code, and this variable is sent through a Telegram bot to the user. So far, no problems. The issue arises when the user tries to paste the code into their banking app, as the code comes with "https://" in front of it.I need the code to be sent in the chat as plain text, not as a URL link.

I have purchased a WhatsApp number through Manychat, So if some see’s my WhatsApp message and try to call me through the Manychat number, will that call get transferred to my whatsapp number or will I even get the call?  

Manychat currently tells us that we are billed for the total number of contacts that we have under our contacts list. When I want an user to be excluded from the billing list, is it okay if I simply unsubscribe the user or do I delete them ?

Is it possible to schedule an automation to go live instead of going live immediately? 

We want to create a workflow that triggers when a user posts a comment on Facebook or Instagram. The idea is to evaluate the comments using ChatGPT to determine whether they are positive or negative. However, I can't find an option to use the comment as a variable anywhere. The user's last message appears to refer to a Messenger message. Is there an option to use comments in the same way? For example, as part of a ChatGPT prompt, similar to how messages are used? So the effect is supposed to be that if the comment is positive, I send message no. 1 and if negative, message no. 2. etc. There is no problem with using this logic in messages. Since you can use the last message as a variable in the chatgpt prompt.

I'm new to ManyChat and I'm having trouble getting my page to respond to user interactions. I've set up conversation starters and buttons, but they aren't appearing. I've also tried setting up welcome messages, but those aren't showing up either. When a user clicks 'Get Started,' my page doesn't respond or provide any information. Can someone please provide me a solution to this issue
