I am trying to create an automation where a certain trigger will point the user back to an existing post/reel.Currently, the only way I have to do this is to create a flow/button with a http link, but that opens the link in the Instagram in-app browsers instead of sending the native post to the user. Does anyone know a way to set up an automation to send a pre-existing post to users within the chat?

hi everyone i had a problem connecting instagram with manychat i permitted manychat to conected to instagram but manychat didn’t response my permission and stuckin the permission step. 

I am trying to find out why i have all these active users that i pay for each month but i can not send to them all and then when i do send the delivery rates are super low from previous years and why wouldn't deliver 100% since its a direct connection to facebook and all in compliance.

Hi! I’ve set up my main menu automation for Instagram, however, I can’t find it. It says to click on the 3 lines (hamburger) but that doesn’t exist on IG now the upper right-hand corner has the option to audio or video call. Does anyone know where to click for the main menu options to come up? Thanks!

Hi , I have multiple Instagram pages (one personal, one content creator and one Podcast) connected to my personal Facebook account. I have connected my personal Instagram account to Manychat. Can I add additional these Instagram pages to my Manychat dashboard and manage them all through the one Manychat account?

having issues sending automations - it worked yesterday no issues so not sure what has changed

I created these automations on Instagram and would like to duplicate them to Facebook. I primarily use the ManyChat app rather than the website, but somehow these automations got locked, and I am unable to duplicate them. I am not sure how to unlock them - if you have any guidance, I’d really appreciate your help.

Hi! I’m a new user in here. I set automation on lid magnet via Comment to my post. When I test bot. 1 step trigger sent 14 messages, when I press button Follow it sent to my page, I press follow, but when come back to chat nothing happened - bot doesn't sent message with link on file. If I press button, I have already follower - nothing happen again/ Why it's not work? What is wrong in my automation?

I am currently running ads on Instagram, and users are unable to receive my messages. I've tried various methods, but I always get this message.The message i get “This account can't receive your message because they don't allow new message requests from everyone.”

I have an Instagram comment reply set up and I have the condition “Follows your Account” set up so that if they already follow me, they get the link automatically sent to them. And if they don’t, it sends a quick reply for them to respond to & open up the chat and then sends the link. However, it’s sending that quick reply even if a user is following me. Not sure what is incorrect in my flow. Hope that made sense! 

Hi All! Looking for some help please!About 1 week ago I noticed my automations were not working at all. I tried everything I could do but nothing worked. Reached out to support and over a few days, they somewhat helped me. We removed my instagram from manychat and re-added and my old automations started working again, except the auto reply portion. They will send DM’s but they won’t auto reply. I was kind of OK with that but then I noticed issues with new automations. When I create a new automation, my newer posts will NOT populate. I can only use reels or posts from before Jan. 28. 2 days ago support stopped answering me so I’m reaching out here for any insight. I did realize that somewhere around the 28th I got verified on Instagram. Not sure if that is where the problem lies. I’ve gone through as much help stuff on here as I can and nothing seams to work. I’ve refreshed permissions at least 10 times. lol.  Thanks for any help I get.

Hello! I have seen that you can upload a video in ManyChat to be sent in Instagram DMs and Manychat stores it in an URL that gets send to the user. However, I want to know if it’s possible for me to send my own URL to an .mp4 file hosted online without needing to upload it to ManyChat?If so, would this happen through the Dynamic Content card or some other way? Thank you,Rocio.

I want my AI Step to kick in ONLY if someone ignores the buttons and types an answer in a specific flow  - how do I do that?? The instructions I read said to use the User Input field but I can’t get that to work for this - I think they are outdated.  I don’t need to save their answer but I want the AI to activate and help them get to the right place.  Can anyone share a visual of how this works or a video?? (this is for Facebook only)

How to prevent users from uploading attachments

Hi community, I'm new to ManyChat and I'm learning by making a simple greeting flow for my WhatsApp integration. When I test the integration, I can't get the auto-reply set up. I saw that my 'Business Verification' wasn't approved. However, I don't have a real business yet; I'm just experimenting to see if I can recommend ManyChat to my customers. How can I test this if I don't have a business verification? Is it necessary to take a test?Thank you in advance.Edson 

How do i set a note in a chat via a flow or via api?Usecase. I’ve got live agents dealing with tickets for support.You can’t search for a ticket id/number in the search that is a custom field but notes do show up.I need to be able to dynamically set those notes to make the tickets searchable.
