Hi, Is there a way to integrate live chat in my app? Existing agents would respond to the queries and I would have less reliance on other channels like Facebook and Whatsapp.

I just bought the pro version, and now for some reason the bot is not even getting triggered for any comments on the reel. Interestingly for the reels previously posted they are still getting the messages. I haven’t yet tried posting another reel to see if the issue is just with this particular reel or not. have already tried refreshing permissions.

I got feedback from client, that if he press Messenger button to my website, then Avast treats manychat domain as Phishing link.I have quiet big campaign running currently. What to do?  

I write a keyword in a direct message on Instagram, but the funnel is not activated, I have already seen this case several times before, but these were isolated cases, but now the funnel is not activated at all for every message with the keyword

Hey Everyone, We recently tested a post on IG with multiple keywords (e.g., "If you want the PDF, comment 'pdf', if you want the masterclass, comment 'masterclass' under the same post"). In ManyChat automation, we set up two different keyword triggers for this post. However, it seems like if one same IG account commented both words, only the first one is working, and the other isn’t responding.Is there a limit on how many keyword automations can be used per post, or is there a way to bypass this issue?Thanks so much for your help!

Hello to eveyone here! First message here, so i have a question, i want to create a flow where it will present 3 reels in the chat and in the layout like the screenshot but based on dynamic values? Like the user can type fitness, and manychat will reply with 3 of these like the screenshot and will be presented with 3 reels of the fitness or based on location like , the user will search Greece and manychat will present them in the same layout 3 videos that have as location “Greece”. Or like in the second screenshot, instead of the purchase link , it will send them directly to each reel based on the dynamic value used. How can i create something like that? Or are there any materials to study/work with, for this specific case? Because although i have found many help with lots of videos and materials in general, havent found something for the specific case. Thank you all for your time! Looking forward to your reply!

Here’s the situation:I’ve developed a chatbot that responds to any questions about my products sent through direct messages (DMs). I know it’s possible to automate a fixed DM response when someone comments on a post. However, instead of sending a generic message, I want to gather details about the specific post the user commented on and forward that information to my chatbot. This way, the chatbot can provide a more accurate and tailored response about the product in question.Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks in advance!

What is the limit on number for automations for free accounts? I have simple auto DM replies for Instagram (“Comment LINKS for DM” for example). Currently, I have 4 automations running (4 IG posts). When I try and add more, the interaction is disabled.

Does anyone know if there’s any downtime today? My Instagram automations suddenly stopped. Messages were being sent one minute, then the next minute they stopped. I can’t see any obvious reason and this has never happened before. I’ve submitted a support ticket, but it could take a few days to hear back. Thanks

i am facing issues with manychat and whatsApp integration. After adding new num to manychat, whatsApp isn't sending me verification code so I am unable to register my new business whtsap number. Additionally, I deleted my old num whatsapp acc for manychat, after integration with manychat whatsApp is now not sending me verification code...In short, after using num on manychat I'm unable to create whatsApp account on that num.. looking forward to your help.

why is basic automation different then the training video. I click basic it goes to setup.

hello. I have tried for days now to publish automation on comments. When I try to hit publish, the error: Failed to publish the automation, comes up. And my older automations only send the default message when someone is commenting. I have the pro version. Does anybody know how to fix it? Or do you have the same problem? 

hey everyone , i just signup and setting my account with many chat for chat bot mainly, but i am facing the problem , they told me to delete your existing number that i did then i create an automation but i am wondering how do i create catalogue on WhatsApp , because no i am not able to login WhatsApp on mobile app? how do i handle this i want to create catalogue to close on whatstapp i dont want to go on my website , what's your suggestion ? Hello,I’ve successfully used ManyChat DM automations on Instagram posts and reels before. However, it’s recently begun stating that ALL of my posts are collaborator posts - therefore disabling the automation/keyword trigger. I am the ORIGINAL post person (poster/post maker?) of any posts on my page.Why is it saying that I’m a collaborator and how do I fix this?I’ve already verified that my IG account is a business account and refreshed the connection to IG multiple times.Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?Thank you,AC

Manychat works great on our Facebook page replying to people and sending private messages.  However, we have some very large groups, which we are the admins, and we want to share the post in those groups.  When we do, the Manychat system breaks and doesn’t respond to any of the comments.Am I doing something wrong?  Or is this just not possible to do?
