I can't receive pdf from my whatsapp bot, is it possible in many chats ?

I am building my Manychat bot with a lot of effort. People communicate via WhatsApp and I connect it to Google Sheet to collect the data. As soon as they communicate, I do the first insertion of the data. Then during the flow I update it 3 times. There are no more than 15 columns.Manychat says on its website that up to 150 requests can be made to the Google Sheet API per minute. I'm pretty sure I don't get over that. However, the messages from my bot to the user stop. In the "LOGS" part I found 3 warnings from Google Sheet that I had exceeded the limit. But that was yesterday. I did not find any more error messages, however the same thing keeps happening, when inserting or updating the data the bot stops for about 3 to 8 minutes, and then resumes. If I take out the insert data action in Google Sheets, my flow works normally, so the problem is due to that. This

In my meta business portfolio my whatsapp is showing as a connected asset but when I go to whatsapp settings on Many chat, add own phone number, the search returns blank and does not show the connected, verified whatsapp business account? 

Hi! Sometimes people comment on my post before the automation is set up and then they don’t get the links to their DMs. What is the best way to remedy this? I have not been able to figure out a way to preset an automation if the post is not already live on Instagram. Not even sure if this is possible. Thanks for your time and help!

I have an issue in the automation on Instagram. Have connected the specific link https://buycoffee.to/yogga.pl however when the client receives this message, and click on the link, they receive the attached error. can you please advise why is this happening ? hi! maybe somebody could help me here. im getting a couple of complaints already. i created an automation sequence for instagram message which offers 3 buttons. the buttons work but not all the time. i have received about 10 messages telling me the buttons dont work. any idea why?when i tried on my mobile it worked but not on my laptop.

I programmed the funnels as usual, with word triggers, etc.However, it seems that a bug has started, and any comment or reaction on my stories is triggering the flow that I uploaded. Dear community, I need help - I created a quiz to help my audience determine the next step in their career. The quiz progresses diferently depending on what they answer, so it’s not based on points. At the end of each route I need to know what’s their profile, to set an email sequence to this user. For example, if a customer asks about a specific theme or painting, is there a way to make the AI send them the relevant picture? I'm currently using a manually designed conversation flow in ManyChat. Is it possible to combine my custom flow with ManyChat's AI chatbot at the same time? Hi! I created an automation to send a DM upon a comment with a keyword. I set it to trigger with any post, but it won’t work with a FB ad post. I tried adding the post’s ID and Manychat won’t find the post. The post isn’t showing either on the list when I try to set it to an individual post.I need this to work as my regular “comment X and I’ll DM you” posts, only that this time it’s from an ad. How can I make it work?Thank you!

I was going to buy a WhatsApp number directly from Manychat to integrate it into my account, but then I got this screen.What I understand is that, practically, Manychat forces me to keep the PRO version to use the WhatsApp number I bought with them.Am I right or can I also have the WhatsApp number purchased with Manychat with the free version of the tool?
