Evening all!  I hope you’re well this evening.   I have noticed recently that when designing flows that have an “Action” where you as the User is notified (if they have a question or with whatever) if they reach that “Action”, you, as the User, are STILL notified (through the Manychat app on the phone) the moment they send a DM that contains your trigger keyword.  How do I turn that off?  Ideally, I would like to not be aware that they are going through my flow *unless* they hit an Action in the flow that I have set up to notify me specifically.  If I could turn this off, it would drastically reduce the consistent, unending notifications that my phone rings off with lol

Hi - I’m wondering how to customize the copy that says “subscribe to our updates” under the photo.  In the first version (with the woman standing by the tree) that’s what it says, but I’ve seen others like this one from ‘herfirst100k’ where it says “Her First 100k DM List” instead.When I go in to edit that section, it tells me that I can’t per Meta’s rules...but clearly it’s being done by other accounts.Is there somewhere else to edit it that I’m not seeing?  Thanks for any help!  

In segment online chat when im opening the DM of my account i can find people when im typing the nickname of the person. all chat are available and your can see by scrolling but cant see anyone by searching graph which is above for typing instagram nickname

Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

I have been using ManyChat PRO during the 14-day trial and last week, everything regarding automations was working amazingly well, that is until Tuesday when the automated replies began to get completely chopped after the first sentence?Is there a reason why my automated replies are now being shortened to just a few words? Is there anything on my end I need to change to not have this problem happen? Thanks in advance for any help :) 

Hey, im trying to run my first Facebook Ad automation. I have the auto setup, but in Facebook Ads manager, this portion of the how to dent seem to exist and im stumped. Any help is appreciated “ call-to-action button that says ‘Send Message’. This button will open up a conversation with the user in Messenger.In the Partner app section, select the 'Select message flow' option. Then, choose Manychat as the Partner app from the dropdown list. Next, select the specific automation in the Message flow.”

Hi All, I’ve been using Manychat for a couple of months now successfully with dm’s. I’ve just tried to set up comment automation on several reels, the comments are working instantly but the users are not a receiving a notification that i’ve replied to their comment. I’ve tested this from 6 different accounts now all with the same result. If they go back to the video they can see a response, but they are not aware of my reply because Manychat is not sending a comment notification, the direct messaging is also working as normal. Can anyone explain this? The comments are not tagging the user either like a typical comment reply, just replying underneath.

Hi community!I would like to have a smart delay of 3 seconds between two DM on Instagram, to humanize the conversation.But it still doesn’t work because it “must be between 10 and 3600 seconds”… I saw in a program to learn about Manychat that the former could insert a 3 sec delay.Anyone can relate please?Thanks a lotxx 

Hello❤️ please tell me, if I unsubscribe old users from the bot, but later they want to interact with the bot again, do they need to immediately write the start command, and only then the code words that will start the chains?Or is it possible to solve this issue without the start command?thank you 🙏❤️

Hello! Why might the bot not work? does not work today for a specific person, even when I manually start a chain for him personally - further messages are inactive. Everything works for other people. This user follows me on Instagram, I also see him in chat, but the bot doesn’t work with himneither code words nor pressing bot buttons trigger the process

I’m using meta ads to boost some posts (I’m a tattoo artist). How to automate the action of sending messages to every new liker of that posts?

I sent a ticket, I think that's how it's called, through the online form because I had huge problems with my bot. Within a day Emelly from the Manychat team answered and provided helpful tips. She answered every followup question within 24 hours and she solved all the problems with my bot. She had a lot of patience and explained everything very well so that I as a noob could understand it. I am very thankful and appreciative for Emelly's help. If that is how every customer at Manychat is treated, then I am impressed. What a great service. If not, please give Emelly a raise, or at least a bonus. Hi, I have 2 FB business manager accounts. 1 of them is for my default business, and the 2nd is for a completely different business.For the 2nd business manager I started using ManyChat. In order for ManyChat to work properly I need to verify the business (in FB) and if FB will ask for documents, I won’t have anything to show.. If I write in the verification my business name, (that exists in the 1st business manager info), will that name be seen to the users who talk with me in Whatsapp? Thank you  

 I have created the video but haven’t posted it yet, I have created the automation… but have to now go back and post the video and select it.. I can’t see the first box where I would have had the option to select it where will I find that please

Is this possible?

Hi there. I need to add new subscribers and update existing subscribers when they opt in to WhatsApp via an Activecampaign form. I have tried using swagger but it keeps giving me an error token not recognised even though I am creating the token correctly. Any help or ideas would be appreciated :) 

I am running 6 automation sequences between IG and FB with the Ads integration pro feature. We have a great ads team and all of our ads are yielding results minus these. And when I say minus these, I mean we have been running traffic for over a week with ZERO triggers of this automation. This is way too bad for it to be creative only etc. Am I missing something here? Anyone had this issue and found a workaround?Thanks,Richard

Has anyone been having issues with Ad Leads being added to ManyChat? I’ve been running ads with a keyword and the lead would either type the key word or click the button, and the automation would begin. But since Monday only Ad Leads aren’t being added to my manychat. They don’t get the automation, nor can I manually start the automation since they aren’t a contact in ManyChat.However when I test my automation through other accounts that don’t follow me and they type the keyword it works. So the automation works only for people that don’t come from ads (and again it was working before). Any ideas / help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Andrew

Why have us pay for a pro account when we can’t get timely help from support? 😡Why is it so hard to find links for support? And when you do find the link - it’s broken! 

The automation keeps triggering again when the customer gets to the end of it and writes what's his question. Is there any way of stopping it?
