My automation isn't working. I built it, two people tested it, including myself from two different Instagram accounts, and everything was fine. However, it doesn't start for a friend of mine. He has tested my automations before, so we don't understand what the problem is. It doesn't work for him with two different keywords either. Where should I look for the issue?

I am loosing sales! Just because I cannot reply manually to him. At some point I have to take chat manually. Why I am not being able to reply?

I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’ve been experiencing with our automation. We’ve set up an automation to respond only to specific keywords, but it seems to be replying to all Instagram stories, even when the keyword isn’t mentioned. Additionally, it sometimes triggers multiple automations at once, which is causing confusion and frustration for both us and our audience.This is for a large account with a significant following, and this issue is making it harder to streamline our processes rather than simplifying them. Hi there,Facebook recently banned my personal account for no reason, i created another one and gave me full access to the facebook page of my business.Then in Manychat i needed to refresh permissions but it isnt working:This page cannot be accessed due to an error!It seems that you are logged in with another Facebook profile.Try logging out of your Facebook account and try again. I dont have access to my past facebook account, how can I resolve this?

Streaming with AI doesn't work. My AI subscription is active but the AI flow doesn't work, only the non-AI flows are working, when I try to use an automation with AI the contact simply doesn't receive any messages. My page is connected correctly, my instagram and permissions are also connected correctly. I use AI to serve customers and I had a big impact.

I want to add New Contacts via Zapier but I get this error when sending to Manychat and it doesn't create New Contacts. Can anyone help me?

How to delete a note that was accidentally added on Live Chat?

When I create a broadcast all my test emails are showing in the spam folder.  Is this the case for all the emails I send out to my broadcast list of customers?  I even followed a very detailed outline to keep from words like FREE etc.  I have done everything I can think of even an email test showing a 9.5/10 score saying it’s not spam like.  What do I need to do to assure my customers are getting my emails in INBOX, not in the Spam or Junk folder?

I have a flow that starts with a click on the link, sending a sentence and this has been working well but if during the conversation coming from this flow the user types something, ManyChat sends the default response flow this causes confusionhow do I stop ManyChat from sending other flows during the conversation?

What is a subscriber and how is billing calculated? I use it to send information to people who comment on my free-to-use platform instagram for finding dog-friendly places.I post - they comment - they get the link - thats it thats all I want and all ill ever use it forI don't mind paying a little bit each month, but it is free for people to use. I've seen that 500 subscribers cost £15 a month, which I'm happy to pay. My question is, what are subscribers? Is it everyone who comments and receives an automated direct message? Can I delete them as subscribers after they receive the automated message? All I want to use ManyChat for is so that I don't have to reply with the links myself 24/7 and nothing else. realistically I cant keep using mnaychat if as the following grows im spending hundreds a month for nothing my accounds already grown from 0-25k in two weeks - currently on the free trial

Hi there!  I'm starting to use Manychat automations but the toggle button doesn't appear in my automation screen as can be seen in the print below.I searched in some videos and Manychat's tutorial and i'm quite sure that a toggle button must be in the left down corner of the screen.Because of that i can't run my automation. Anyone can help with that?  

So im getting a lot of traffic and in my videos i tell people to dm me a certain word for something in exchange. Im using manychat to auto reply to these dms and after around 3 days I got a message saying this:“To prevent your account from being temporarily restricted or permanently disabled, ensure that no other users or tools have access to your account and that you’re following our Terms Of Use. Consider changing your password to a stronger one to prevent unauthorized access to your account by third parties”How do I fix this or get past it? Am I sending too many dms daily?

I actively use Whatsapp with Manychat, and recently the welcome message option has stopped working and has also disappeared from the settings menu. While researching I found a forum, and this has happened before recently, and it is happening again. Do you know how long it takes to fix these types of things? I read in this community that the free account allows 4 automations/triggers. I only can have two. Am I missing something? Did it change?

My ManyChat subscription is pro. I did the integration with Hotmart, everything was fine, following the tutorial. I also set up the webhook in Hotmart, everything was fine. The test is ok, it turns green. But when I create a new automation in ManyChat and set the Hotmart trigger, it doesn't work. The contact doesn't reach ManyChat.I capture the contact through the abandoned cart on my Hotmart payment page. The Hotmart integration in the log says that it successfully sent the data to ManyChat, but when I go to ManyChat the contact doesn't exist there. And because of that the automation trigger doesn't work.I've done other tests, and it worked when the contact already existed previously in ManyChat. But I need this automation for abandoned carts, the contact is captured in the abandoned cart. And it doesn't go to ManyChat.Please, can someone help me?

Hello, Just wondering why my stan store link isn’t working when it’s sent in the message in an automation. When I can see my store link in the message on manychat i can see it’s blue (clickable) but when it gets sent to someone after they comment my keyword the website link in the message is not clickable. Please help, thanks!

I have set up my account connected to my Instagram via Facebook. I’m trying to set up automations but for any of my reels or posts it says they are collaborative therefore they can’t automate comments. But they are my posts/reels from MY Instagram. Can anyone help?
