I want to remove my visa debit card from the billing. How can I do so as there is only update card option.I don't wNt to update to new one. But remove the existing one. Please help and guide.

Hey! I’m new to Manychat, so this may be a very simple answer, but I don’t seem to have access to the User Input field. I have a pro account, but even then when I go to create the “reply in dm” the only fields I can build are text, image, card, audio, video, and gallery; I don’t even see “user input.” All tutorials I have seen show that I should also have “user input” as an option so I can ask customers a series of survey questions. Has this feature changed and been grouped into another feature? I know I can create a text reply with multiple button response but that doesn’t seem like the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  

Background: we have one Meta Business Manager Account that owns three different Instagram accounts and we would like to create automations for all three. Since ManyChat can only serve one Instagram account per ManyChat account, we created three ManyChat accounts and connected each of them to the same Meta Business Manager and then to either of the three Instagram accounts.Problem: we cannot distinguish the three accounts in ManyChat, because they are all almost named identical. The only way to see, which account is currently active in the ManyChat-browser, is to navigate to Settings=>Instagram to display the connected Instagram account. Surely, there is a way to rename/color-code/tag/etc a ManyChat account, such that it becomes distinguishable on first sight. Or is there?

When a user replies from a story post I would like to have it sent automatically to the AI Bot automation.I have suceeded in doing so, however the user has to ask again as the bot does not receive the first user input making the experience less than optimal. is it possible to pass the first user input to the AI Bot ?

Can anyone help me? I am wanting to advertise in other Facebook groups that allow advertising and I was wanting to know if I can connect ManyChat to these posts or does it have to be directly from my business page? Since I was going to be posting in many different groups, I wanted to make things easier then having to constantly check the posts. 

Hi, i have a basic flow based on buttons.When a user writes to us on whatsapp is propted with welcome message and buttons to ask what it needs. If the users press the SALES button i whant to assing the conversation to the sales agent (i know how to do that) but also i want that the sales agent to join the conversation on his private whatsapp number. Is there a way to do that?

I’ve tested it multiple times from multiple accounts (mine & my husband’s) and it works great! However, I’ve noticed ManyChat is only auto responding on my business acct to accounts I’m connected with on my personal account.Has anyone experienced this? How do I fix it? Thanks so much!

I got a new instagram and since then my many chat has gone wild. infact i have gone back n forth with trying to reset accounts. deactivate the 9 whole yards. and I cant get it to work again!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrated with no support. can I do like a factory reset start from scratch where  many chat doesnt recognize me when i try to sign up again. Ive spent 7 hours on this today I would love some suggestions

Unable to see user input replies in my Instagram DM. For example, when asking for the user’s name and email, I cannot see the user’s response. Is anyone else having this issue?? It’s happening on Instagram and I’m wondering if it’s a manychat issue or meta issue.

I went to add my Instagram on manychat I accidentally deleted my Instagram. How do I recover this account and add it again? 

When I signed up I was offered a list of all the accounts I managed to give access to for various things FB, IG, Ads etc.  I switched them all off apart from my own account initially as I wasn’t sure how i would use it but now I would like to use it for the other accounts I manage, can I go back and change my preferences and allow access to some of the accounts I manage?  At the moment I can add them but they show up as separate accounts which all require a paid scheme. If I change the access would more accounts be under my name? If anyone has any intel on how to do this, that would be great. Many thanks 

hiI built a scenario in the Make software, at the end of the scenario the custom field in ManyChat changes, and this should trigger Flow in ManyChat to send a message to the specific contact (a template message or a regular message depending on the time frames). The scenario runs one after the other for 7 contacts (7 contacts are supposed to get the flow start).In manychat it seems that the number of runs of the flow increases, but in practice no message is sent. Sometimes one of the 7 messages is sent (to me, to the phone number of tests) but not to the other contacts.Anyone have an idea why? There are no errors in the log view.Is there any limit to starting Flow? Need to wait a few seconds? 

Hello community. It’s god to be here :) I just wondered if anybody else had ever experienced an issue with their organic post reach on Instagram after activating an auto-responder bot (for messages only)? We’re trying to figure out why our reach/impressions dropped significantly, and from the process of elimination we can see that the bot was activated at the time when reach/impressions started dropping. Has anybody else experienced this issue (and if so have you got any tips to overcome it?) Thank you!
