New Agency Owner. What are the customary steps that are used to Onboard new clients for the primary purpose of ongoing managing and updating of  MC their accounts. I have heard answers all over the place trying to see if I can get a clear answer that ensures they don't have do a TON on their end.

Hi everyone! A few days back I  got an email asking me to refresh my connection between IG and Manychat. The email was sent to my personal email and not the email address I  used to sign in for Many chat. Now my connection is truly broken. I  tried to log out and log back in to the many chat app. However it keeps connecting to the facebook profile I  do not use. Not the correct FB profile I  was originally using to login, the one that is connect to my Instagram. When I  log in from a computer, it shows that manychat is connected to the correct FB and IG profile, but the automations are not working. I’m not able to connect from my phone app because it keeps logging in to the wrong facebook account. I  have read all the FAQ’s about it but there is no way to uncouple it from the wrong fb account. Please help,

I can’t seem to connect the correct Instagram page. It wants to connect a page I don’t use anymore. Anyone have answers on this?

How Do I fix this? I did a campaign that got 14,000 unique users but only 4k contacts under my contacts. I want to remarket to these people

I've already contacted support several times and I'm still having the same problem, so I'm going to explain my problem well to see if I can solve it, well, the idea was to create an automation that the trigger was for people to comment "I want it" in the post that was published in the Instagram feed, and with that they would receive a message in direct with a link, after that we placed paid ads so that post could reach more people.The problem is, most people are not answered, and others are ignored, for some reason, support already said that apparently the flow of my automation is correct so the error would probably be in the settings, he gave me some steps to do , and I figured out how to assign manychat as the main receiver of the Facebook account among several things, could anyone help me?

Hello everyone !I've recently noticed that the automations don't display properly in Instagram messaging on the browser.I'm wondering if there's a way to create a specific message for people using the browser so they understand that they'll need to continue on their phone, for example. 😊Has anyone else encountered and solved this problem ?Thank you ! 

 Hello! I'm having an issue with my ManyChat and Instagram accounts, it's like they become unlinked and the automation stops responding, it just stops working. The strange thing is that it happens across all the accounts I manage, regardless of whether it's a paid, free, or trial version. Has anyone experienced this? Can you help me?

I noticed that for Facebook Messenger there are options to get users to subscribe to broadcasts, usually through the Messenger List option. I’ve heard that you can do the same for Instagram but Instagram options aren’t giving me that same functionality to get subscribers. I feel like I’m missing something so any help would be appreciated. Hi,  I have a free account, linked to my Instagram. Just went to set up a new automation and despite going through the process as normal when I set it live and go to ‘my automations’ it’s showing it as ‘off’. When I go back in, the trigger is set as disabled and there seems to be no way to change it. Having looked back it seems to have turned off a few of my automations (but now all). Any idea what the heck is going on?!  Thanks, Lucy

Hi all, I've set up a sequence for when someone comments a particular word either on my stories, posts and reels for Instagram but I've noticed that when people do comment the particular word that it's not working. I can't seem to figure out why. Would anyone be able to review and see where I'm going wrong? Hi, I have 5 Instagram accounts connected. I have connected Instagram accounts and Facebook just as the guide shows. automations i had used to work but now simply dont. i am quite dissapointed paying 75$ a month and not a single automation is working with my keywords (bare in mind it used to work perfectly) whats worse is manychat has no livechat or support to help me fix and Urgent issue as i need this fixed ASAP. Does anyone have a way to speak with the developers?

QR Code isn't sending automations to customers after clicking get started button or doesn’t show the correct automation, and yes I refreshed permissions.

I start making my first automation on Manychat 🥳.After the customer get the message, i try to open the link, but manychat comes with a white screen (doesn´t open the URL). the website is correct and on manychat is the correct URL it is loading very quickly.. but when i try to open it with manychat in the instagram messanger i cant open my URL.

The flows that has a Buy Button attached to it does not send out. Is there a bug to the Buy Button? It has been a month since the last time it can be used.

Hello Manychat folk!I’m new to the Manychat platform and have a newbie question. For the “keyword” feature, how does Manychat treat capitalization? For example, if my keyword is “network” will it trigger the automation if people comment or reply with every possible instance of capitalization of the word (for example “Network” and “NETWORK”) or do I have to continue putting in every possible capitalization option as a keyword?Thanks for your help!

Does anyone know why webhook errors occur when using Elementor Forms + Make/Integromat?This happens sporadically, and I haven't been able to identify a pattern. I'm sending contact data through Elementor Forms via a webhook to an automation in Make, which then registers the contact in ManyChat. The issue seems to be between my site and Make.

Hello, I wonder if we can have a discounted subscription as students of a university? And / or do you have country based pricing differentiations? I would love to go pro, but the pricing is not reasonable at all with my intentions for usage and country economics, and even all the other paid tools that cover a lot more of required needs. Please let me know if there are any options we can applyThanks!  

Hi, is there a place to get the very basics of Many Chat explained simply? We’re using it currently, with great results, for automated DM’s from IG comments. But, I know I am not using ManyChat to it’s full potential and I am not capturing or building any sort of lists/contacts in this process. Any help is appreciated.
