How do you guys integrate Zoho API to Manychat to fetch Leads data?

is there a way to delete a campaign. I have successfully published 50 campaigns, but now my last campaign will not respond after it is published. It works on a keyword, but my clients are not getting my campaign response. They are getting a conversation starter instead. Is there anyone that has had this issue. Also, is there a way to delete the conversation starter or the campaigns and start over again?

Hey guys. I've been trying to set up the auto-comment reply for my running Facebook ads. It keeps giving me the "”Post not found" message. I tried entering Post ID and URL, still not found. I tried it couple of times on separate occasions. I'm running 5 Facebook ads and I get the same message for all. :(I did refresh permission also. I also cannot find the dark post under the promotable post tab. :( It's not my first time to set this up, and it worked fine, but it was for a different Facebook page. I really need to set this up since I'm getting a lot of inquiries per day and I need to redirect the comments to the chatbot flow. What else can I do? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, is it possible to use ManyChat for different FB accounts? That is, if I am providing service to 3 different clients, each with their own FB, can I have all 3 within my ManyChat account?

To give some context, I set up Manychat with a consultant years ago. I was set as an admin of the ManyChat account but not the owner, so I was not able to disconnect my IG & Facebook. I can only disable it.Now, I am trying to set up Manychat as the ‘owner’. I created a new Manychat account & connect my IG & Facebook there. But there is a prompt wherein I still need to disconnect it from the previous owner’s Manychat account before I can reconnect it to my own account. Problem is that I am unable to reach out to the person who set up my Manychat years ago. What do I do? I already tried disconnecting it via Facebook Business Integrations. But there’s no progress, on Manychat’s side it is still connected to the old owner.

I set up Manychat and now every time someone writes to me in DM, every time he writes something he sends him my link and if we correspond, then every time gets a link. .I don't understand what I have to shut of in Manychat to make to not send the link and where to shut off this? I have the free version of Manychat so far, I want to try it out before I subscribe. I successfully connected my IG account, I can even see my posts in Manychat and live chats. I created a very simple automation but when I go to test it it doesn’t work. I refreshed my permissions. I am at a loss of how to find out what I’m doing wrong or how to fix it. Can someone help? I have a account in Manychat where I connect a page called "Desko". Lets say I invite two of my office colleagues to handle the live chat inquiries. I created account ion manychat using my Personal FB login credentials where my FB account has access to 5 different client pages (one among them is Desko)Now my question is,1) Will my team mates whom I have invited (role: Admin, owner) to Manychat be able to see the incoming messages to the other 4 FB pages associated with my personal FB account (I have not connected those pages to Manychat yet)?2) Can any of my team mates (whose role is Admin/owner) can see any option to connect Manychat with the other 4 FB pages (associated with my personal FB account. But my team mates are not associated with those 4 FB Pages)?3) The "Contact" section in Manychat will only have the people who have interacted with "Desko" alone right? And does not have anyone from the other 4 FB pages. Am I right?Kindly clarify as its very confusing to move ahead.Thanks,

Hi. I posted previously about trying to manage email alongside the various Manychat channels. I know that this is not possible in MC but assume someone is doing this in another platform. Our use-case at the moment is Instagram (2 accounts), SMS via Twilio and Email. Can anyone recommend a platform that would enable this?  Thanks.

Hi! Wonder if anyone has experienced issues with DM not showing under the Live Chat conversations inbox?  We started experiencing this issue on 2/28/24. We’ve reset permissions multiple times and have disconnected and reconnected our IG account to ManyChat. We’ve also ensured no other settings have changed on our IG account. Support shows an ETA of 7days, so I’m trying to get any assistance from the community. Thanks in advance!
