Hey everyone, I'm using n8n instead of Make to send leads from a form directly to ManyChat. However, I'm facing an issue: the process fails if the user already exists in ManyChat. Could someone with experience in n8n help me figure this out?

Hello everyone,I’m setting up an automation using Make and ManyChat, following this flow:A user fills out a form on a landing page. The form automatically populates a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Make has a “Watch New Rows” trigger, which creates a new user in ManyChat using some information from the spreadsheet. From there, we move to ManyChat, where I have an automation triggered by “new user added.” This automation is supposed to send a message (authorized template) directly to the user, starting the conversation.It seems the Make part is working fine, as the new user is successfully created in ManyChat. However, the automation does not trigger, and we are unable to send the message to the user.Any idea what might be going wrong?Screenshot from Make: 

Hi There,Am helping a client automate their data flow with ManyChat. They have run into issues with unsubscribed/litigator emails in other platforms and want to ensure that we can sync their list of known litigators and unsubscribed emails with their ManyChat platform.Is there a global suppression/blacklist feature in ManyChat? And if so, is there a way to automatically update this list via API or in another automated way? I am not familiar with the ManyChat platform/interface, so any insight on this would be appreciated.

I have an automation trigger from manychat, I connect with a webhook to n8n and I want the chat process to be followed there with an agent. Does anyone know how to follow this because it hasn't worked for me?

You have a really great platform, but you decided to remove the Russian language. This is the advantage because of which I chose your platform among others. If the decision to remove the Russian language is related to Russia's aggression against Ukraine, then I am against the war, I am very sorry, I do not support Russia's actions and I do not live in Russia. But my native language is Russian and it is more convenient and much faster for me to work with services that have Russian language. My clients are mostly Russian and Turkish speaking. I like your platform very much, I would not want to switch to another service. And I am sure that I am not the only one. Many people of different nationalities speak Russian (Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Moldovans, Belarusians, Tatars, Chechens, Bashkirs, Uzbeks and many others). Please do not remove the Russian language.

I uploaded reel without caption, The automation worked perfectly. Person got reply of comment and link in the DM but when I added caption automation stopped working. I tried every step but nothing worked!

Why does automation sometimes fail for boosted posts on IG?

So I’ve set a simple automation that is supposed to do the following: If a follower indicates that they have never visited a restaurant, then I want Manychat to send a canned message and a link to the menu.Right now, I have the current flow setup:Identify if the person is a follower Identifying the intent (using ManyChat of the follower) of the follower’s message If the message indicates that the follower has never been to the restaurant, then the flow will see that the follower has never been to the restaurant Sending a DM response to the follower, telling them to visit, and sharing a link to the menu The problem:I have multiple examples where the follower has indicated that they have been to the restaurant before, or want to do something different like place an order.  When this happens, the flow sends them the automation, which should not happen.

With Meta cracking down on engagement baiting on Facebook, what are some of the best practices to optimally utilize ManyChat?  I had to change my ManyChat strategy on Facebook after being flagged for engagement baiting a few months back.  I’m running a promo this week and would like to incorporate ManyChat on both Instagram and Facebook.  IG is going great but I’m hesitant to use it on FB.

I signed up for Manychat Pro with my Instagram account. Do I have to pay for a 2nd Pro account for my Facebook account? When I went to connect the Facebook account, it sent me to the purchase screen again

Hi, I'd like to ask, is it possible to set up automation on Instagram when two profiles collaborate. A person would comment on a keyword and then a message would come to them. I know it works on one account, but I'm wondering how it is for a collab post. Thank you for the reply.

Thank you!The only problem Im facing right now is that I need, for security reasons, restrict access to this external API so it can only accept calls from manychat bot. As I know you don't provide 1 IP or range? Which is the best way so I can solve this issue?

im trying to integrate my voiceflow bot and manychat bot to automate my instagram DM’s. How do i get many chat to send the users message to voiceflow and send a response back to manychat to reply to DM’s using Make preferably, but can adapt and learn zapier if neccessary.

But as you can see on the top left of the screen cap below, I have selected a post.I’ve tried to refresh permissions. I did an automation before that worked. Currently, many of my contacts have their data saved as tags, and I need a way to export this information to analyze and organize it properly.I have tried using a Google Sheets flow with the "Tag applied" trigger, but it doesn't work for bulk exporting all existing tags for my contacts. I also couldn't find a straightforward way to export the tags using the Audience Export feature, as it seems limited in its capabilities.Could you please guide me on how to:Export all existing tags assigned to my contacts. Hello all!i accidentally formated one of the custom field (that is assumed to be text) to number. Now i cannot edit or delete that field. Is there any way to do that?

Is there issues with saving First Name data collection to the System Field?On all the client accounts that I have access to - and my own - this is greyed out and it’s not normally? I can’t turn it on.I always save to System Field first before then also saving the data to a custom field.Anyone else seeing this? 

Ok, so when someone comments on my IG post, they get sent a message and the idea is they click the button to confirm they want my freebie and the next step is entering their email. The button to click to confirm they want my freebie was working fine and now it seems it’s not. Is there a way to work around this with a comment reply? I’m getting sick of manually sending people and apologising for the messages they got that was pointless.
