Can’t use Manychat to create up to date telegram bots with full functionality. Placing buttons horizontally, or making replacements of the previous message through deletion of the previous ones. Or getting ID’s of the messages sent to delete them after a while, or sending secured from saving images and texts would be amazing.
I want to send a WhatsApp voice (audio) messages URL from ManyChat via an external HTTP request to Integromat (Make) for further downloading, processing and conversion of voice to text using OpenAI Whisper. I already have a working automation in ManyChat, but it only supports text. By implementing this solution, I aim to add a crucial feature: processing voice messages and transforming them into text for further automation within ManyChat. Be able to disable the automatic pause when you talk to the contact via Live Chat or set it much lower as the actual minimum 30 minutes pause.
I think the canned answers quite difficult to manage. Improvement points: 1 - enable full screen view of the templates (today you do not have in the same screen the name, edit and delete icons), what makes extemelly difficult to manage2 - to list them alphabetically - it would make easier to find and edit everything 3 - enable a search field My configurations are in Portuguese, here is how it looks for me:Settings: Names of canned answers: Edit and delete number difficult to track to the canned answer name: I am quite sure it would make everybody´s life easier if you could spend some time to improve this feature. Hello,I’d like to be able to export conversations as I do initial profiling (not automatized) via the live chat, and then I decide if the lead can be assigned to one of the sales agents. I’d like to generate a summary of the conversation using an AI and then send it to the CRM so the sales agent gets some insight on what the customer wants so we can increase our chances of converting.I know it can be done as part of an automation vig Google Sheets, but my use case is different.Is there a way of doing this? We have benefitted greatly from Many Chat sending DMs to comment requests on Instagram reels.We are wondering if Many Chat has considered including an option to space out automated replies to comments?We would like to be able to use the option to have Many Chat automatically respond to comments. However, if our reel is doing well as far as views, we receive so many requests for the link offered that the automated comments sent by Many Chat trigger a red flag in Instagram.Right when we are doing well, we suddenly get banned from commenting on any of our posts for over 2 days. This is because of all the automated Many Chat comments.If Many Chat only sent an automated reply on the comment thread once every 30 seconds or so, we would not be flagged and banned on Instagram.As it is, we have to not use the powerful feature of comment replies.
I think it would be a good idea to create more specific automations. For example, I have an automation that is triggered by a direct message response. However, it activates for any direct message that contains that word. I would like to narrow it down to a specific conversation.For instance, if a conversation has already started with a customer, and within that specific conversation, the person responds with a keyword, a particular message should be sent. It shouldn't be triggered by any conversation in general. I hope the idea I'm trying to convey is clear.

It would be very helpful to time-bind actions.I want to host a giveaway with certain actions getting additional entries in the drawing, up to a certain number of entries per day.For example, when promoting a give-away, we can already incentivize participants with “additional entries” by adding a custom field (“giveaway entires”) and increasing it by one for every comment/mention.But it would be wonderful to be able to time bind these, to allow people to get a certain number of entires (custom field increase by one) per day, and prevent them from spamming many actions on one day and then never engaging again.This would allow us to incentivize repeated engagement over several days.
Hi ManyChat Team,I would like to propose a feature for the ManyChat platform, specifically concerning Instagram (or generally for all social media platforms). It should be possible to add automation to multiple specific posts. Currently, we can only apply automation to either all posts or just one at a time, which is not very helpful for managing targeted interactions.Having the ability to select and automate multiple posts would greatly enhance our flexibility and efficiency in engaging with our audience. It would allow for more tailored interactions based on specific content, ultimately improving user engagement.
Today, the trigger Comment Facebook works only with the main Facebook post of the page but it doesn’t work at all when the post is shared.The idea is to activate also the trigger when a lead will write the keyword in the comment of the a shared post.(When the main post has been shared by some others leads) .Thanks ;-)

We have started using broadcasting in the telegram bot, and we see that our messages with image was sent in separate messages. For instance, firstly send an image, and after that, a text message. Problem: Currently, when a user sends an Instagram post link through a ManyChat flow or AI-powered automation, the automation/bot is unable to extract or interpret the content of that Instagram post. This creates issues in several scenarios:Product Identification: When a customer sends an Instagram link to a product (e.g., a product photo from a brand’s Instagram feed) and asks for pricing or more details, the automation bot cannot identify the product in question. This leaves the bot unable to fulfill the user's request automatically. Automation Triggers: Links to Instagram posts shared by users cannot be used to trigger specific workflows or automations. For example, if a customer shares a link to a particular post as a request for information or support, ManyChat is unable to identify the content, and no automation is triggered.This gap reduces the effectiveness of AI-powered conversations, especially in scenarios where users communicate via social media platforms like Instagram.Desired Solution: We propose adding the ability for ManyChat to extract and understand Instagram post content when a link is shared. Specifically: Content Extraction: ManyChat should be able to recognize and retrieve post link and/or key elements from an Instagram post link, such as: The image/video link from the post. The caption or text from the post. Any tags or hashtags used in the post. Automation Triggers: Implement automation triggers based on Instagram post links. For example: When a user sends any post link from our profile, it could trigger a flow where ManyChat automatically retrieves details about the product (e.g., price, description). Allow for custom automation rules where certain post types or hashtags in a post trigger predefined workflows. Use Case Example: A customer sends a link to an Instagram post featuring a product, asking, "How much does this cost?" ManyChat should:Extract the post link, product image and description from the post. Identify the product in the inventory (if connected). Respond with the price and availability.
It’s very tedious to work in accounts when it is a franchise. Manychat doesn’t pull location but just the page. For example the Facebook pages are setup as “Facebook Page Name (LOCATION NAME)” but it will only pull the FB page name. I have to cross reference the FB page ID from the URL or click into Instagram channel settings to identify the account.This kills my workflow and takes more time. PLEASE MAKE THE FIXESIn addition sharing or copy over a flow from one page to another just turns into a nightmare, going in and out of accounts to figure out which it is in. See example
Please make it possible for us to make a specific comment reply to private users who interact with our posts. The users who can’t receive DM’s still get the “Check your DM” comment reply, but it would be great if Manychat could make it possible to send a specific comment reply like “Can’t send you a DM, please check the link in my bio”.

Hi, This is the idea: I give the bot all the information he needs to know. In my case - a touristic place - I tell him about my schedule, prices, promotions, that we’re a pet friendly place etc. According to this, the bot itself will understand what the potential client wants and will answer accordingly. In case he doesn’t know what to answer, he could just not answer and wait for a human to continue answering. If we had this, no need to even create complexe flows but just give once the information to manychat so the AI under the hood would do its work. I know there is an API of chatGPT and a way to do /POST from manychat so that could work as well. But if there was an integrated way of doing it in manychat, i’m pretty sure many companies as mine would buy it.Plus, if you know how to do that (with the API of chatGPT for example), could you please explain me the steps? (i’m a developper no worries) Thanks.
Please please and please add some new futures to interact with voice messages. Literally there is nothing for working with voice messages

In the same way that Manychat has automations based on triggers such as comments, or direct responses, having automations based on this follow action would be excellent and highly converting. Here's an idea.Portuguese: Isso seria de muita relevância, uma mensagem de boas vindas com cupom de primeira compra, a partir da ação de seguir a marca. Da mesma forma que o Manychat tem automatizações a partir de gatilhos como comentários, ou respostas de direct, ter automatizações a partir desta ação de seguir, seria excelente e de altíssima conversão.
