It’s very tedious to work in accounts when it is a franchise. Manychat doesn’t pull location but just the page. For example the Facebook pages are setup as “Facebook Page Name (LOCATION NAME)” but it will only pull the FB page name. I have to cross reference the FB page ID from the URL or click into Instagram channel settings to identify the account.This kills my workflow and takes more time. PLEASE MAKE THE FIXESIn addition sharing or copy over a flow from one page to another just turns into a nightmare, going in and out of accounts to figure out which it is in. See example
Please make it possible for us to make a specific comment reply to private users who interact with our posts. The users who can’t receive DM’s still get the “Check your DM” comment reply, but it would be great if Manychat could make it possible to send a specific comment reply like “Can’t send you a DM, please check the link in my bio”.
I have 5 whatsapp numbers . I would like to handle the those 5 numbers in the same account or at least in the same live chat.

Hi, This is the idea: I give the bot all the information he needs to know. In my case - a touristic place - I tell him about my schedule, prices, promotions, that we’re a pet friendly place etc. According to this, the bot itself will understand what the potential client wants and will answer accordingly. In case he doesn’t know what to answer, he could just not answer and wait for a human to continue answering. If we had this, no need to even create complexe flows but just give once the information to manychat so the AI under the hood would do its work. I know there is an API of chatGPT and a way to do /POST from manychat so that could work as well. But if there was an integrated way of doing it in manychat, i’m pretty sure many companies as mine would buy it.Plus, if you know how to do that (with the API of chatGPT for example), could you please explain me the steps? (i’m a developper no worries) Thanks.
Please please and please add some new futures to interact with voice messages. Literally there is nothing for working with voice messages

Is it possible to configure ManyChat's AI to calculate and deliver a quote directly in the chat, based on the information provided by the lead and using a table with all the necessary data for this calculation? The table contains 5,570 rows and 1,400 columns and is linked to the system. This functionality would need to be integrated into chats on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, including options like 'Click to WhatsApp'. please extent the filter functionalities of the mobile app. We primarily use your mobile app and are very satisfied with it. However, we would greatly benefit from the ability to filter chats by tags. Additionally, having note-taking functionality for our team directly in the mobile app is highly important to us. ManyChat currently only allows scheduling the next post, which means I have to manually log in every day to set up the upcoming post. This is a hassle, especially since I plan and schedule my content a month in advance.It would be amazing to have a "Next Post on This Date" option, allowing the entire schedule to be automated without daily intervention. Essa funcionalidade otimizaria os trabalhos de disparos de mensageria utilizando o canal do Whatsapp, visto que sempre necessitamos deixar um botão para o lead cancelar a inscrição na lista de disparos. Além disso otimizar a vida útil dos números e contas de whatsapp, colabora para as boas práticas de uso da Meta, e seria de grande valor tanto para operações robustas, como é o caso do Wendell Carvalho e Karina Peloi aqui no grupo Virtus, quanto para estruturas menores. Usando botão de URL sem poder usar um botão de Resposta junto. Botões de Resposta sem poder inserir URL, sendo que precisaríamos construir um fluxo para cada conta usada na ação, e cada ação mobiliza cerca de 20 contas no Manychat. Buscamos essa melhoria pelo volume de contas que utilizamos hoje, sendo hoje cerca de 50 contas com possibilidade de aumento ainda. Conseguiríamos trabalhar nessas melhorias?

Hi! I’m having an issue that I can’t figure out. I have a few automations that use condition blocks and some of those condition blocks are suddenly getting stuck since a few days ago (without having made any changes). I can see the live chat that the automation is triggered and that it runs fine all the way to the condition but then it stops there.The condition is setup properly (it has “paths” for both scenarios) and also it was working fine before. I have also tried removing the condition and then the automation works fine again.It’s super weird as I have many other conditions in automations and most are working fine but it’s only a few that seem to be having this issue.Is anyone experiencing this? I have already submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back yet.
I’ve noticed a significant limitation in Manychat Automation that’s become quite a pain point 😅In Data Collection, the "Actions on successful input" option only allows for Actions, while the "If contact has not responded" option supports all types of actions.This limitation makes automation workflows unnecessarily complicated.Additionally, it’s impossible to combine an Action with subsequent steps, further restricting flexibility.This enhancement would greatly simplify automation and improve workflow efficiency.
Bring back the Growth Tools as they were - been using the new feature for months and it is horrible.
As a pro member of Manychat, I am a creator and a business owner. Like myself, many of your clients have personal and business accounts on one platform (like Instagram for example) so with the PRO feature they should be able to add at 2 or 3 accounts rather than having to have 2 separate accounts. An additional upgrade will give them the ability to add more accounts. This feature is available on many of your competitors platforms. This will make Manychat very beneficial to social media managers as well and make Manychat the best option for creators and business owners!

I would love to see ManyChat offer geo based automations. My business operates all over the US and Canada and since laws and regulations are diff for my industry in different parts of the world I would love to create and send out different automations based off of where certain people are located. For example…. In my business, our offers are different for people in Missouri. Would love if some how some way each time a new lead submits a trigger word they would get an automation specific for them since they are located in Missouri. The idea is simple and technology should be very easy to create around this.
