How Do I Transition from Facebook Lead Ads Default Chat Template to ManyChat Automation?

I am running Facebook Objective > Lead Ads.When you run this way, you cannot select manychat integration. So what I am trying to do is, use the default chat, which is working great so far -- and then have manychat takeover after they engage the default chat bot.I am having problems though, with manychat taking over after they talked to my facebook ‘default template’ , I’ve used the “user sends a message” … and its not working too well.any better ways to do this? id prefer to use the above objective

Eu entrei no Manychat com intuito de testar e usei o meu whatsapp que possuo, mas não gostei e removi o numero do manychat e cancelei, mas agora não chega o código de confoirmação, mesmo depois de desconctar do manychat, remover a conexão e excluirt a conta. Isso já tem uma semana e não chega mais o código de confirmação do Whatsapp busines… Já tentei de tudo...

I have the Pro plan which comes with 3 users.Is there a way to add more users?if so how much does it cost? All i found is information regarding Manychat Inbox which costs 99usd for 3 users, but does that mean i have to jump from 3 to 6 users?how do these 2 plans work together if at all?

How to remove people i dont want from automation

Hi all!i have a lot of people who keep triggering automation without taking any steps. How do i remove them ? I tried pausing automation for them from contacts … but they still keep triggering the automation. In deleting contact i see that it shows … “until they message you again” … I dont want them to ever trigger the automation for them What am i missing ? Regards

Error enviando mensajes de WhatsApp: Meta no entregó el mensaje.

Hola, desde hace como 2 semanas he tenido el problema que la mayoría de las plantillas de mensaje de WhatsApp no se envían.Las estoy disparando al crear el contacto en Manychat con una etiqueta específica desde Zapier / Make y luego con una regla disparar el flujo.Me pasa en varias cuentas, todas con calidad alta, con saldo suficiente y con las plantillas activas.Adjunto pantalla de la leyenda que se muestra en la conversación:Los contactos son números de WhatsApp reales y los hemos confirmado uno por uno.El soporte de Manychat nos dice que es problema de Meta y los de Meta no responden.Les ha pasado? Qué sugieren que pruebe?

Los QR's de mis flujos funcionan con dispotsitivos apple pero no con android! 😵‍💫

Hola comunidad! Me está ocurriendo algo que nunca me había sucedido y es que, desde hace 2 semanas, algunos QR’s de mis flujos automatizados (y claro que están ya publicados), activan el botón disparador cuando los escaneo con iPhone pero cuando los escaneo con cualquier dispositivo Android, estos solo abren la conversación con nuestra página pero no les envía el botón disparador, o sea “no arranca la conversación”.¡¿Alguien sabrá que sucede o alguien también batalla con ello?!

smart delay is bot working

The automation is not working correct. my automation consist of 5 smart delays (so during five days follower have to receive massage in instagram direct). but on the third day followers stop receiving massages . so smart delay just not working. And it is happening everytime, even if i update my automation. what is the problem?

Hola. He tenido muchos problemas al conectar números de whatsapp con manychat, al momento de conectar un número de whatsapp a manychat funciona por unas horas y después meta bloquea el número y se desconecta de manychat. ¿Alguien sabe por qué pasa eso? y ¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?Gracias

Hey there,I'm quite surprised to see that ManyChat and Agorapulse are not compatible. Especially since Manychat promotes Agorapluse on one of its blogs. On the help page for messaging routing or conversation routing, there are suggestions that you can set another application as a secondary receiver. However, on exploring this forum, it's clear based on many comments and feedback from customer services it's not possible to have two external applications managing messages. And if you do want to, you have to set up some kind of complex integration that passes messages from ManyChat back to the other application, which sounds really cumbersome. Is there anyone who uses Agorapulse and ManyChat successfully? If we have set ManyChat as a primary routing messaging application, all the automations work perfectly and there aren't any issues, but Agorapulse direct messages stop working and you get error messages on that system.If you switch it to Agorapulse, then ManyChat breaks and all the autom

"Per On-Facebook Leads" conversion stopped working after Page change / reconnect

I accidentally disconnected my Facebook page (let's call it "manychat page") in ManyChat, replaced it with another, and then quickly reconnected it. I ensured my Data Source is set to "Messenger" and followed the tutorial. Now, Facebook ads aren’t tracking conversions, despite the pixel being connected and Page Permissions refreshed.

Receiver configuration problem

Hello to the whole community!I had a problem with the connections in Manychat, so I reset everything and refreshed the connections.Everything looks fine, however, I can't configure the Instagram receiver, Manychat isn't displayed, yet it's present and activated in connected apps and professional integrations.Also, before I had “Manychat-IG” and also “Manychat app Instagram”.As the Manychat app is indeed connected and active, it no longer appears.Does anyone have a solution or a clue ?

Hola. Creé un reel en instagram el cúal tiene una automatización de respuesta a comentario con palabra clave. Posteriormente ese mismo post a través de Administrador de anuncions de META fué pautado, pero hoy veo que los comentarios no han sido respondidos por la automatización de many chat.Como logro que los comentarios que se generen en el anuncio a raiz de la pauta de meta sean respondidos por many chat?No se que hice mal.

Automation When User Comments Specific Word on Post

Hi! I have been using automation to send links to my Instagram and Facebook followers for many months now and love it. In the post I tell them to comment a specific word and if they do then the automation sends them the link to purchase. It has been working perfectly but I have recently come upon a new article from Meta (https://www.facebook.com/business/help/259911614709806) that sounds like they are now saying it is “comment baiting”. Comment baiting: Asking people to comment with specific answers (words, numbers, phrases or emojis). My question is, does this apply to our automated messages and will this change things for this feature moving forward? I’m not really baiting them it’s just an easy way for them to get the link right to their inbox automatically if they want it. I don’t want to use the automation if it’s going to get my account suspended or action taken against me in any way.Thank you!

Hi, I'm having an issue with a client where the automations are not working.In the triggers, they can't select any content, which means that ManyChat isn't able to detect their Instagram content.We've tried a lot of things:- Connecting the Instagram account to Facebook- Refreshing permissions- Triggering through private messages, but that didn't work eitherWe also tried with a different Instagram account, and ManyChat was able to recognize the content, so the automations worked perfectly.I have no idea where the problem could be coming from, so I asked them to contact customer support.If you've seen this with any of your clients, feel free to share your solutions.Thank youSylvain
