 Boa tarde, alguém pode me ajudar a resolver esse problema tá falando que meu Instagram está conectado com outra conta do Manychat só que não tenho outra conta, já tentei de tuco conectar mas não consigo.

Minha automação Follow to DM está LIVE e as permissões do Instagram estão atualizadas. Recebi pelo menos sete novos seguidores entre aproximadamente 00h e 06h, mas o gatilho “Mensagem automática para novos seguidores” continua registrando apenas uma execução antiga. Nenhum desses seguidores entrou no fluxo ou foi enviado ao webhook. O que será que tá acontecendo? 

Olá!Criei a automação por palavra chave, e ao selecionar o post, aparece como se não tivesse nenhuma publicação no perfil, e é um perfil grande. Alguém passou por isso, saberia me dizer o que pode estar acontecendo?

Goal:I want to connect my Facebook Page to ManyChat so I can build Messenger automation flows for my Facebook Ads.What Happened: During ManyChat onboarding, I was prompted to connect a channel. My Facebook Page did not have an Instagram account connected, so I created a new Instagram Professional Account and linked it to my Facebook Page. After connecting Instagram, ManyChat successfully created a workspace under the Instagram channel. However, when I try to connect the Facebook/Messenger channel, the connection does not complete. Current Behavior: ManyChat can see my Facebook Page. My Facebook Page appears in the permissions and integrations. I have Full Control access to the Facebook Page. I am the creator and only administrator of the Page. The Page is properly connected to my Facebook account. ManyChat is listed under Facebook Business Integrations. What does your funnel look like? Do you keep people inside TikTok DMs all the way, or move them somewhere else — link in bio, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, a landing page?2. Instagram creator account @fer_nogueras, connected to Manychat via the Unified onboarding flow, permissions refreshed today (Meta confirmed "Manage and access messages for the Instagram account").Everything from the troubleshooting checklist is verified:"Allow access to messages" is enabled under Connected tools, message requests open to "Everyone". The account is linked to the Facebook Page "Fer Nogueras" (ID 1211766582012999), owned by the Business Palmara Group. No connection alerts in Meta Business Suite. No age or country restrictions on the Page. Incoming DMs arrive correctly in the Manychat Inbox, so the connection works.The "Say hi to new followers" automation is LIVE, shows 7 runs and 0 sends. Hello, I keep realising my automated DMs sometimes work and sometimes don’t work when looking at people’s comments. It’s so frustrating. Do I have to keep refreshing the permissions or is there a way to fix this permanently?

Hi,I’ve made an automation where people leave their e-mailaddress and first name and Manychat automatically adds them to Kit. But for some reason it won’t add their First Name to the Contact Data. I’m adding it manually now but that’s quite overwhelming when hundreds of people are reacting.Does somebody recognize this problem? Or is somebody using a similar automation with the difference that it works? If so - please tell me how you do it. :) Many thanks!

Hi! I’m setting up the “Say hi to new followers” Instagram automation.It currently opens in Quick Automation / Easy Builder, and I only see the option to add a link.I want to use Flow Builder so I can upload a PDF directly and customize the automation more.I can’t find “Switch to Flow Builder” anywhere in the current interface.Where exactly can I find it?I’m on the Essential plan. My goal is for the PDF to open directly inside Instagram, not through Google Drive or another external link.

everything worked fine, auto DMs with links were being sent UNTIL I  paid for a subscription and now nothing works.  I’ve edited, reposted, refreshed, repeat.  NOTHING WORKS SINCE PAYING.  

Comment to DM feature is now working and all the funnels are down. 

Hi everyone, I'm trying to connect my Instagram account to a new ManyChat account, but I'm getting an error because this Instagram account is already linked to another ManyChat profile. The problem is that this connection was set up previously by someone else, and neither I nor anyone on my team has access to that old ManyChat profile anymore. Is there a way to unlink my Instagram account from that old ManyChat profile without needing access to it? I'd really like to avoid having to create a brand new Instagram account just to solve this. Has anyone run into this before, or does the ManyChat team have a support process for this kind of situation? Any guidance would be appreciated!
