Hi, I was wondering what the perfect structure for the AI knowledge base should look like. I created one but the responses aren’t conversational, and it seems to favor some services over others. Hoping someone could offer some advice. 

Is it possible to let the user choose several answers at once. For exampleWhat is your favorite team?1. Barcelona2. Madrid3. BayernFor example, the user wants to choose Barcelona and Madrid together. Can he choose this with 1 action so that the answer is saved in the fildes or as a tag?

Hello, I am binding WhatsApp with Facebook Business Manager, and I have been waiting for a week. It has always been in the “pending review” status. Is this normal?Also, I would like to use ManyChat’s auto-reply feature, so that the bot can automatically reply to messages on WhatsApp. Does this require per-message charges? Bom dia, fiz o pagamento do plano PRO basic, coloquei valores na carteira e minha conta não mudou de FREE para PRO mesmo já debitado do meu cartão. Ainda tive um problema ao importar os 500 contatos permitidos no plano PRO que gerou uma cobrança de 75 reais, já coloquei o numero do cartão já aprovei no banco e a cobrança não sai da tela principal. I am needing to set up an automation that splits based on the action taken The goal is to deliver the link to a free resource upon clicking the initial link we send them1: When link is clicked, prize is automatically sent as a follow up 2: If the link not clicked....we want to send a follow-up message telling them they're missing out on a free gift and prompt them to click the link again. hi! Could someone let me know what’s wrong with my automation? The ‘if link is clicked’ part works fine but not the ‘condition link isn’t clicked’ (obviously the time delays will be moved to 24h this is for the sake of testing 😊) Would really appreciate help thanks

Why can't my LIVE sequences be found on my Meta ads?They can detect my ManyChat but cannot detect my LIVE sequence.

Eu sou administradora da conta de um cliente que precisou fazer uma nova pagina no Facebook para os anuncios. Essa pagina está conectada ao perfil do Insta dele, no entanto, nao consigo fazer o Manychat reconhecer ela. Por esse motivo, as automações não estão mais funcionando.Paralelo a isso, o dono do negócio nao consegue acessar o Manychat como Proprietário da conta (o perfil dele é o proprietário), porque ele nao sabe mais a senha do Facebook dele e nao consegue recuperar de nenhuma maneira. Alguém já passou por uma situação semelhante pra me dar uma luz? Não consigo nem cancelar a conta, pra contratar de novo porque o dono da conta está sem acesso ao Facebook dele - e somente o proprietário pode cancelar a conta. Como falo com o chat do Manychat para cancelar essa cobrança?

I’ve set up the Manychat automation so that when they comment a specific word, they should get an automated DM with a link to my lead magnet, but loads of people have commented and not received the message. Can anyone explain why this is? Cheers

Hola a todos, he estado trabajando en una automatización para una taquería que necesita atender a sus clientes para contratar servicio para eventos y el Step Ai debe responder con una cotización que se le da en el contexto dependiendo del número de personas que proporcione el cliente, debe de ofrecer una cortesía, debe pedir datos para validar si hay disponibilidad y debe responder cualquier duda del cliente. Sin embargo me ha estado surgiendo este problema de la imagen y el cliente de repente ya no tiene respuesta aunque a penas haya iniciado la interacción.Espero me puedan ayudar  

Quisiera saber como hacen el cobro en Manichat. Es por el numero de interacciones que haga una automatización? o por el numero de seguidores que ya tienes en Instagram? Hicimos una automatización hace 3 meses la cual tuvo 24 interacciones, es decir 24 personas entraron a la automatización y resulta que me aparecen un contador que dice 3257/1000 😱 yo pause la automatizacion antes de llegar a las 500 para utilizar en otra publicacion y ahora nos tocaria pagar nuevamente.

Inicie sesión con cuenta de google se abrió la cuenta pero no tenía opción a configuraciones , me decía que no tenía canal y me mandó a Facebook para creara un canal con Facebook igual  manera me manda a una ventanilla que me pide el código que llegaría a mi email pero no recibo ningún código  ayuda por favor

Hola Tengo una duda! n0 se estan agregando los mail a la lista de correos por lo que no se esta activando el flujo de correos, el caso que nuestro mensaje pide el correo pero una persona me dijo que aparece la opcion de skip y que salta y no pide el correo. Edu
