Hi everyone,I'm currently using the free plan of ManyChat and have connected my Instagram account properly.I recently posted a reel on Instagram and set up a Comment to DM automation (consisting of only 1 keyword). The idea is that if someone comments a specific keyword, they should receive a DM automatically. Please refer to the screenshots below:  However, the automation doesn't seem to be working. Here's what I've tried so far: Removed and reconnected my Instagram account Refreshed all permissions in ManyChat Still, nothing works.Als

I keep getting this message "you have insufficient rights to reload the account" - when I follow the instructions they don't work. I changed browsers, logged out and logged back in - I am the owner of the account - but still not working??

I cant connect my instagram account and i bought the pro subscription. why is this the case as tiktok connected very easily

Great day to all my ManyChatters. I am have issues getting approved for the affiliate program . Is there a way to get my affiliate link without the hassle of Partner Share.  Partner Share’s asking me for Linkedin account info and i only use Meta and Google. Please tell me a better way.

Hi,I have a question about “Next step” and “Action on reply”.I have set up that after the user replies from the chat the response is saved in a field and send to OpenAI API with “Action on reply” → Action “External request”. After OpenAI API gives response its saved in a field and sent as a message to the user.Sometimes this doesnt work and when the user answers, OpenAI API responds correctly and then the user sends another message, then the reply from OpenAI is the same because all responses are saved in to the same field for OpenAI API responses. The problem is the timing of the requests, maybe a timeout from someones side.Will the problem be fixed if the Action External Request is set after “Next Setp” and then after action there is “Send Message”? “Action on reply” → Action “External request” → “Send Mes

Looking to set up an ai automation to chat with people who send their first ever message to my account. Because currently it jumps into existing automations and interrupts them. Is there a way to do this?

Hi there, I need your help.I connected ManyChat with Instagram and set it up so that when specific words are entered on Instagram, an automated message is sent. I have double-checked everything according to online guides, but the message still isn't being sent on Instagram. I believe the automation setup is correct. I also did ‘Refresh instagram permission’. :(When I log in to ManyChat, I get the message "You have insufficient rights to reload the account." Could this be the issue? How can I resolve this? According to Meta, Facebook is connected with Instagram. I've been trying to solve this problem for two days without success. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible, to send multiple messages to the same person in when they are commeting on the same Facebook post, with different Keywords.Example: Peter is commenting on Facebook post 1 with “Yes E-book”. Then he is sent a message.Peter is commenting on the same Facebook post (Facebook post 1) with “Yes Video”. Then he is sent a message (or the same message).So the same person is commenting on the same Facebook posts, and each time he is commeting a specific word, then he is sent a message. (It’s okay for it, to be the same message he recieves) I just want to sent the same person, the same message, each time he is commeting a specific word on the Facebook post. :-) Looking forward to hear from you - This is urgent.Best regardsMartin

Hey, so whenever I get a dm in instagram manychat triggers zapier with webhook and send the data with json format. then with ai I make a reply to the message and then I want to send that reply back to manychat and then to instagram. but I have problem while adding the data in the webhook action I tried various ways to add the data but it keeps giving me errors. so the trigger webhook works, but when im trying to send back the data to manychat it wont work.

I keep having an issue that I can’t seem to figure out why it is happening.  I set up the entire automation for a keyword to Instagram, and it tests correctly when doing the preview through Instagram.  But when I attempt to make it go live, an error message pops up that says:  “Mark this message as “comment reply” if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.”  I did that when I clicked the “Start from Scratch” area.  What am I missing?  I’m new to this, and I am sure it is a simple fix, right?

I don’t like that we don’t have the same options on TikTok like we do on Instagram. I need COMMENT to DM automations. It's pointless to ask followers to DM us first to get the automation started. Using automations is supposed to convenient for our followers. Asking them DM us first is not beneficial for conversion at all. I want to be the conversation starter in the DM not my followers.  As of right now I won’t be using not even to test out. TikTok DM aren’t used as much as Instagram in the first place.

Hi, I’ve had this issue too many times. I duplicate an automation, edit it, save it, go to the Automations screen, click on the automation – and MY CHANGES WERE NOT SAVED. It cost me once because i didn’t check, my video went viral, and a bunch of people go the wrong automation. It’s impossible to replicate, but it has happened more than 5 times. It’s really annoying to have to do things over and over. I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this bug. Please help.

2 questionsQ1 - Trying to connect a client instagram account and when we click connect, the pop up glitches and doesnt let us, tried on different browsers and diff computers - manychat is the issue, how do we fix?Q2 - In the nicest way possible - how the actual f*** can we get support for stuff like this? comment in here and wait 2-4 weeks to see if someone might respond to us? You are now comparable to Meta support 2 years ago when it didnt exist, at least now you can get some live chat support from them.

In my new automation I have it set up to auto respond when someone comments “anything” I tested it on a friend and one the auto comments is pulling from somewhere else b/c it’s a generic comment I set up on something else. It’s not part of the new automation i just published on my latest reel and i don’t know where to look to edit that one comment that it is making.   the part in the white circle is not part of this animation. It’s pulling from somewhere else.
