Estou com um pequeno desafio no ManyChat e gostaria da ajuda de vocês. Tenho um modelo planejado, mas estou enfrentando dificuldades para adicionar esse modelo dentro do fluxo para ser a primeira mensagem de boas-vindas dentro do fluxo. Não consigo encontrar a opção de modelo na área de ajuda.Preciso incluir essa mensagem para novos clientes que chegam através das propagandas do Facebook. Alguém já passou por isso e pode me orientar sobre como inserir a mensagem de boas-vindas no fluxo?aonde eu vou para coloca template, ?

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with list buttons not displaying custom user field values correctly. Here’s the problem:I successfully assign a value to a custom user field using the API. When I print the field inside a text message, it displays correctly.However, in list buttons, it only shows the field ID (e.g., {{cuf_12345678}} instead of the actual value) in WhatsApp.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround to make list buttons properly recognize the user field values?Thanks in advance!  

Please give me some Facebook fanpages that have chatbot powered by Manychat AI, ideally in Education sector with the aim to collect leads interested in taking a course and the language used in chat is either Vietnamese or English. I’ve read the introduction of Manychat AI and would like to know how it unfolds in real life example. I will act as a customer of such fan pages and have a chat with it.If you know or do create such fan pages using Manychat AI, I would love to hear your experience on using Manychat AI. For example, is it better to use a whole AI chatbot of another provider (that is powered by either ChatGPT or Gemini or else and get trained on product knowledge to chat like as close to a human as possible) or to utilize Manychat AI to build scripted flow?

I have like 20+ Facebook ad accounts, and in about half of them I can use the event goal sales purchase message. Does anyone know how to get this enabled across all my accounts?Would be great if anyone has any insight into this.

Já faz 3 dias que não estou conseguindo adicionar novas pessoas na OTN notificação única. Tenho 3 contas do manychat e nenhuma está funcionando essa opção.Os lead que já estão cadastrados nas OTNs estão recebendo as mensagens normalmente. O problema são novas pessoas que não está conseguindo se cadastrar. Elas apertão o botão “Receber Notificação” e simplesmente não acontece nada, não mostra que estão inscrito na OTN.Queria saber se mais alguém está com esse problema ?

Fala pessoal, eu já estou usando o manychat para disparar mensagens usando a API oficial do whatsapp a algum tempo, mas por algum motivo minhas mensagens não estão mais sendo enviadas, tenho saldo na carteira do manychat, minhas mensagens foram previamente aprovadas, verifiquei na minha BM da meta e por lá está tudo certo, o que posso fazer para encontrar qual o erro e corrigi-lo?

I have automated DM set up for one post that is going viral.  Instagram has restricted my commenting within a day, and I’m suspecting it’s because I set up automated public reply to each comment, so I turned that feature off. It’s been a day, but commenting feature hasn’t restored. I’m using ManyChat to automate a follow up when someone clicks one of my Instagram ads.This is working fine.However, I want it to send them a second chaser message ONLY if they don't respond to the initial message: if they do respond, they should not receive a second chaser message, as I will be taking the conversation myself.Is this possible? This surely must be a common use case but  I can’t find anything about it anywhere. 

For some reason, sometimes the button to join the broadcast channel shows up and other times it does not (for the same user). Any insights into why that might be the case?

Agora fui retornar e não consigo logar com a conta do facebook! Sendo que só tenho acesso a conta dos meus clientes por lá, e agora, eles pedem para que peça acesso a essa outra conta minha, mas não consigo entrar! Estou tentando criar uma automação com resposta ao story, já tentei tudo o que podia e não funciona! Percebi que nenhuma automação com resposta ao story está funcionando, aparece como “indisponível” O que pode ser? como fazer funcionar? 

After someone comments and the automation sends the first message asks a question and they have to use a button. Followers are always telling me the button don’t work. It’s not every follower but there are a few that say the button never works. Any thoughts?
