Hi - I want to use one manychat account across two of my business instagrams, how is that possible?

Ola pessoal. Sou novo aqui e minha principal duvida é se conseguimos enviar arquivos de audio gravados como se fossem mensagens de audio gravadas (como zap voice por exemplo). E no chat online tambem obrigado.

Looking to trigger a bot based off a user voting in a poll, unfortunately manychat doesnt have this yet so I am employing someone to message everyone who votes in the poll. I want my chatbot to begin messaging the user after the user responds to the message my employee sends. What is the best way for me to do this?Do I setup a trigger for a specific word and make the user reply quoting a certain word or is there a better way that I haven’t thought of.

I understand you can only add one link in the automated dms. I always have multiple links I need to send. I tried to put them in the text reply and they are not clickable, forcing my followers to have to copy and paste, which is not ideal. How do I connect multiple links that are clickable?

But these reels were published before January 1. But these reels have automation - we send useful materials. So we are breaking the rules if the reel is published before January 1, but a person leaves a comment now? And in the future, we should not say the phrase "subscribe" in reels at all? Hello,I use Ref URL to get people to start a Facebook messenger automation, it don't always work, sometimes it will sit open the messages with my page and stop.I also noticed that later (several days after) when the user starts a new automation with me page they will get previous automation my gussing are what didn't open then they first click the the Ref URL then will get the automation they are requesting now. Is that a known issue? Any solutions? Thanks.

Gostaria de alterar o numero ‘’virgem’’ que registrei na API do WhatsApp para usar no ManyChat. Ja deu tudo certo e até criei um bom fluxo de mensagens automáticas para as atividades que temos por aqui, mas agora gostaria de trocar o novo numero para o antigo que ja usavamos antes na conta padrão do whatsapp (que era conectada no celular da empresa). Acontece que o motivo para a troca do antigo numero, são os mais de 15 mil contatos nele, e preciso saber se é possível recuperar esses contatos antes de desconectar a conta dele do Whatsapp e assim eu poder fazer a troca para o Manychat. Tem alguma forma de transferir os contatos do numero antigo para a a nova conta que fiz pro manychat e depois eu desconecto o antigo do whatsapp para fazer a troca dos números ? Assim os nossos contatos poderiam iniciar uma nova conversa pelo numero que eles ja tinham registrado nos seus dispositivos mas agora com as automações do Manychat. 

Hello, the bot has a problem when it finished the conversation, at the end of the flow i have an external request, but it doesn´t do it, so i checked the logs of my system, and it doesn´t show anything, so it means that the bot is not doing the external request. But if i do the test request, it works, shows 200, the connection is successfully and i can see all the data in the logs of my system. Is there an issue in Venezuela for external request? What’s happening?, Why it works only the test request?

I can't receive pdf from my whatsapp bot, is it possible in many chats ?

I am building my Manychat bot with a lot of effort. People communicate via WhatsApp and I connect it to Google Sheet to collect the data. As soon as they communicate, I do the first insertion of the data. Then during the flow I update it 3 times. There are no more than 15 columns.Manychat says on its website that up to 150 requests can be made to the Google Sheet API per minute. I'm pretty sure I don't get over that. However, the messages from my bot to the user stop. In the "LOGS" part I found 3 warnings from Google Sheet that I had exceeded the limit. But that was yesterday. I did not find any more error messages, however the same thing keeps happening, when inserting or updating the data the bot stops for about 3 to 8 minutes, and then resumes. If I take out the insert data action in Google Sheets, my flow works normally, so the problem is due to that. This

In my meta business portfolio my whatsapp is showing as a connected asset but when I go to whatsapp settings on Many chat, add own phone number, the search returns blank and does not show the connected, verified whatsapp business account? 

Hi! Sometimes people comment on my post before the automation is set up and then they don’t get the links to their DMs. What is the best way to remedy this? I have not been able to figure out a way to preset an automation if the post is not already live on Instagram. Not even sure if this is possible. Thanks for your time and help!

Estoy construyendo mi bot Manychat con mucho esfuerzo.La gente se comunica a través de WhatsApp y lo conecto a Google Sheet para recopilar los datos.
