Ask and troubleshoot

I am building my Manychat bot with a lot of effort. People communicate via WhatsApp and I connect it to Google Sheet to collect the data. As soon as they communicate, I do the first insertion of the data. Then during the flow I update it 3 times. There are no more than 15 columns.Manychat says on its website that up to 150 requests can be made to the Google Sheet API per minute. I'm pretty sure I don't get over that. However, the messages from my bot to the user stop. In the "LOGS" part I found 3 warnings from Google Sheet that I had exceeded the limit. But that was yesterday. I did not find any more error messages, however the same thing keeps happening, when inserting or updating the data the bot stops for about 3 to 8 minutes, and then resumes. If I take out the insert data action in Google Sheets, my flow works normally, so the problem is due to that. Has

I have an issue in the automation on Instagram. Have connected the specific link https://buycoffee.to/yogga.pl however when the client receives this message, and click on the link, they receive the attached error. can you please advise why is this happening ? hi! maybe somebody could help me here. im getting a couple of complaints already. i created an automation sequence for instagram message which offers 3 buttons. the buttons work but not all the time. i have received about 10 messages telling me the buttons dont work. any idea why?when i tried on my mobile it worked but not on my laptop.

All comments or reactions on my posts or stories are triggering the flow.Guys, I'm having a very unusual problem with my account that has never happened before. I programmed the funnels as usual, with word triggers, etc.However, it seems that a bug has started, and any comment or reaction on my stories is triggering the flow that I uploaded. I've already checked the triggers, and they're correct. I've already updated the permissions and it didn't work...My hair is already gray and I don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone help?

Programei os funis como sempre, com gatilho de palavra, etc.Entretanto parece que começou a dar um bug, e qualquer comentário ou reação nos meus stories estão disparando o fluxo que subi. Dear community, I need help - I created a quiz to help my audience determine the next step in their career. The quiz progresses diferently depending on what they answer, so it’s not based on points. At the end of each route I need to know what’s their profile, to set an email sequence to this user. Hola comunidad,  Esta es mi primera pregunta que hago en la comunidad. Alguien alguna vez ha realizado o sabe como llevar el nombre del ad, adgroup o nombre de campaña a un sheets.Es decir yo tengo una base de datos de los contactos que envían mensaje desde mi campañas de META Business pero quiero guardar también el nombre de la campaña o del adgroup de la cual genero ese contacto como para incrementar la trazabilidad de el performance de mis campañas. Gracias

Hi! I created an automation to send a DM upon a comment with a keyword. I set it to trigger with any post, but it won’t work with a FB ad post. I tried adding the post’s ID and Manychat won’t find the post. The post isn’t showing either on the list when I try to set it to an individual post.I need this to work as my regular “comment X and I’ll DM you” posts, only that this time it’s from an ad. How can I make it work?Thank you!

Hola he creado una secuencia y la conecte a mi chatbot de msn, pero cuando he hecho una modificación no se publica, al usar el chatbot se pone a trabajar la version antoigua y veo que cuando reviso mi secuencia me dice que hay cambios sin publicar y que lo que hice se queda como borrador, pero revisando por todos lados no veo algun botón que diga publicar o actualizar secuencia. ¿Cómo hago?

Hola! tengo un flujo creado en instagram, en este le pido el email a la persona y dentro de este se le envía un correo, pero esto me esta haciendo que se me cree un contacto nuevo, que puedo hacer para que no cree ese contacto?
