English: The linked Instagram account only shows a fraction of the posts that were created there on ManyChat. I had previously linked another Instagram account, and everything was there.I also can't seem to get a previously used link out of the system, no matter how often I do it again and the link is there correctly.Thank you for your support. I am developing a Manychat IG conversational AI, connected to Make.com, in order to be able to set appointments. At the end of the Manychat flow, there is an action to call Make.com, and in the Make.com scenario, I am retrieving the users response (a date and time in the Manychat calendar), and adding the appointment to Google Calendar. At the end of the scenario, I am supposed to send a message to Manychat. The scenario is perfectly run in Make.com, it says the message has been sent to Manychat, but in my IG chat, I don’t receive it.  I have done the same for FB and it works, the message is sent to Manychat and I receive it in my FB chat. I don’t know what could be the main issue. HelloI enjoy using your site, but I need help with something.I just want to automatically send messages to those who comment on my posts on Instagram. I don't want to add them as contacts. As the number of contacts increases, the fee we pay every month increases and these contacts are of no use to me. I didn't even open it and look at it once. What can I do about this?I want to use Manychat regularly by paying 15 dollars every month, but the fee increases due to contacts and I cannot renew my pro subscription because my budget is not enough. The quality of my number connected to Manychat (the one I use for WhatsApp onboarding) has gone down. I won’t send the welcome flow anymore, but I’d like to at least tag the new contacts, so that I can contact them later.Is that possible or would it possibly make the whole number be blocked?Thank you!(context: I’m in the middle of a launching campaign, so we’ve been receveing thousands of contacts everyday. We receive a lot of comments under posts, Manychat sets the info directly, replying to comment on post and sensing info via Messenger. I would like to all of them to be marked as closed as soon as it will be done . As soon As I am doing that automation, I am getting message as below:  I have searched through many posts, I do not want to delete contact - it is not about the bill, it is only about keeping business suite inbox clean.Many thanks in advance!

When attempting to connect TikTok to Many chat, I received a message stating that TikTok isn't available in my country. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution for linking Many chat to the TikTok platform?I live in the US

He hecho una automatización para vender un ebook. Después de enviar el enlace de pago de Stripe y que el cliente haya pagado, quiero que le salga al cliente otro mensaje en Instagram para la descarga del ebook.Lo he testeado y hasta el pago funciona pero no consigo que despues se cree el mensaje de descarga en IG. Gracias por vuestra ayuda

Hey folks,we are using a lot of external request with a REST API and we want to see or work with the error codes of the http status.For instance, if everything is fine, we get an http 200. When we have a internal server error from the rest backend we get an http 500 for example and want to send an error message to the chat. Currently our workaround would be sending the error message in a valid json back, which is not intended to be done in REST Calls. Because its not 100% possible in every use case.So we want to have access to the http status while designing the flows and react with conditions to the flowThanks and best regardsMarc
