Hi, Today I got the “We suspect automated behavior on your account warning” for the second time in three days.When it happened the first time, I turned off the Public Reply feature on my automations - according to some posts I found here. Now I got it again - does anyone know what I can do?

Hello, how are you? Someone knows why the automation for the response with a specific word in stories is not working for me?

After attaching Manychat to the pages I manage I have been getting a “Get Quote” button the remains persistent to the user. This was not visible to a user prior to connecting Manychat. I have looked it up before and it is called “Lead Forms” in Facebook. In the pages inbox settings I have disabled “Lead Forms” but it is not fixing the problem. The “Get Quote” button remains. I have no main menu’s set up in Manychat so I don’t know why this is appearing 🤔Anyone had the issue and fixed it?

Hello Everyone! Hope you're doing great!I've been testing Manychat and been enjoying it so far!However since I'm a programmer, I find myself wanting to do some stuff through code instead of using the UI…Is there a way to create a flow block throw the API? I cannot see any corresponding endpoint on the swagger documentation... But I also read elsewhere that the documents might not be the most up to date ones…Any help is much appreciated! Thanks a lot!

Crio automação na versão pro e diz que o gatilho só pode ser ativo ao abrir a automação.  Mas quando abro, não aparece a opção de ativar. O que fazer?

Hi everyone,I am currently trying to set up our first automation and on some point I can’t save it. This is, what our automation looks like:We want our users to comment on a post. Then they should receive a DM where they enter their eMail address. After that, we want to send them an eMail. When I try to save this, there is an error message:I tried to mark the message as Comment reply, but when I do so, another message block pops up. I thought: Okay, I have to confirm to the user, that he is getting an eMail now in this message, but this second message block can’t be connected to any other following block, so the automation ends there. What am I missing? Can anyone help me with this, please

Hey Team, i need to update the whatsapp_phone of user’s whos already subscribe to my Instagram account few mounts ago, but when i am trying to do that, i am getting a success but not really getting any number there.This is the contact i want to update → as you can see she got an custom field of “phone” which i created as i ask her for the number later down the road but cant set is as phone as our customer dont really put the full national phone number which can cause us to lose leads for that.So the first problem is that i cant set an “auto national number” as my customer will not write the full number of (+972) and they directly write there country number which start with 0.the second problem is that the API to update that part is not really working.and the third issue as that i cant seems to find the m

I don't have this menu. I need to take 4 photos, 2 in a row, and 2 more in a row. and he posts 4 separately in full size, and the message becomes very long.but I found in the article that there is such a menu,https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281274994332-Instagram-Buttons#toc_How-to-Set-up-Instagram-Buttons-with-a-Gallery- , but I don’t have it  

I’m having an issue where my automation is restarted when someone repeats my trigger words. So for example, if the word is ready and someone DM’s me that, and the first message they get is “Here’s the info you’ve requested….” and then later in the convo they say, “thanks for the information, I’m ready to get started” the automation starts all over again and says “Here’s the info you’ve requested...”  How can I stop this?! 

Pessoal, mais uma coisa que me bugou aqui kkk Na foto que vou deixar, a automação foi disparada 534x ,  porém, a primeira mensagem foi enviada apenas 29x. O manychat contabiliza como mensagem enviada apenas quando o lead abre a mensagem?  Por que ao meu entendimento, quando a mensagem é disparada ela já está na caixa do usuário…alguém tem uma luz?

Hi. I want to place buttons on my webpage that will open directly in Messenger. So a click on a button forces opening Messenger app on a phone.Years ago it worked very well. Now all I’m getting is another window that show that I have to log in to facebook or download it. Is there any way to force the button click action to open the Messenger app straight away? Thanks

Hello, I just noticed there is “AI step” option in the automation now… it cost pretty much more than just the automation so i would like to know if anyone tried ? is it GPT-4 level of answers ? does the chat bot remember the answers of lead within a chat to continue the conversation properly ? is it really much better than openAI integration which is way cheaper for me currently.. and last question this one about OpenAI integration : Can anyone help me with setting up an AI chatbot for IG ? i already set it up actually, answers are ok but the way i did the bot has no memory at all about what has been said in the chat so he repeat the same thing many times it look stupid :P i’m learning fast just need some guidance how to do.. 

Fui tentar instalar o WhatsApp Business após ter conectado o número com o Manychat e agora ele não envia o código de confirmação para instalação.Alguém poderia me ajudar a resolver esse problema?Obrigado.

Recentemente, eu integrei esse número ao ManyChat. Após várias tentativas de adicionar o número, ele foi finalmente adicionado. No entanto, agora estou tendo dificuldades para reinstalar o WhatsApp Business. Toda vez que tento, recebo uma mensagem indicando que preciso esperar uma hora para tentar novamente, mesmo após várias horas de espera.Eu já desativei o WhatsApp no ManyChat, mas o problema persiste. Não consigo concluir a instalação do WhatsApp Business no número mencionado.

Buen día a todos,Tengo el siguiente issue con mi fan page, he tratado de hacer unas campañas pagadas en meta para atraer nuevos usuarios con el Call To Action de WhatsApp, pero no puedo enlazar el número telefónico que he contratado en aquí en ManyChat, el número es de US, el detalle es durante la verificación ya que no tengo acceso a ese numero telefónico. ¿Alguien sabe como lograr enlazarlo? Mil gracias de antemano, saludos desde México.

I have a contact/influencer colleague with a large (1M+)+ Instagram following who is concerned about using story reply or DM automation on a large scale.She was told from another influencer with a similar audience size that a large volume of Many Chat automations on a similar account shut down their Instagram completely.Has anyone had any experience with this?  Had their IG shut down for a high volume of automations used?It seems unlikely to me as long as the automation itself is compliant with policies and well built.TIA!

I received a warning from Instagram “We suspect automated behavior on your account” I am instructed to disable automation tools or risk having my account permanently disabled. I just started using Many Chat and with my second trigger post I received this message. Is Many Chat not allowed on Instagram? What do I do to ensure my Instagram account is safe?

Estou usando o Manychat na versão gratuita, porém de uns dias para cá, toda vez que vou ativar o fluxo ele me diz que não posso ativar  Widget na versão free. Eu faço fluxo e configuro para ativar com um comentário em um post do Instagram.

Hi, I’m creating a flow for facebook comments that has Call To Actions for viewer to type things like one, two, three in the comments to trigger certain flows. I am having a parsing issue where if the viewers comment things like “alone”, “someone”, “money”, and other words that have my keyword as subsets, it also triggers. Examples:al[one], some[one], m[one]y. I have it set as “comment includes one of these keywords” on Manychat and i’m not sure how to make it more strict. I also want to utilize numbers like 1,2,3 as my keywords but any number like 451 would trigger the “1” flow. Any solutions?
