Ask and troubleshoot

For some reason the instagram permissions are lost for the account and have no idea what the problem is. We disconnected Manychat from the backend of Facebook and connected it again but its still not working. Is anyone dealing with the same issue?  

Everything is set up correctly but it just doesn’t work. The same flows work when the trigger comes by stroy reply, live reply or direct message but comment replies on reels and regular posts do nothing. I have sent a total of 3 tickets to support and I only get the same standard message, even though I have said in the ticket that I have already followed all those procedures.I have seen this thread  and I understand the issue may be out of Manychat team’s hands, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll cancel my pro account because I have no reason to pay for it.

Everytime someone dms me and it includes the keyword, the automated message is sent. How can I make it so that it will only send if the keyword is in the first message someone sends me on Instagram rather than every message? Thank you.

Hello everyone! I need you help! I tried to automatizaton my 1 reel and i failed. you have to help me where is the problem, i got i lot message pripare and i start with trigger “User comments on your Post or Reel” and after that send message to people. but not working. only working if someone send me message but under the reel when they comment, dont working my automatization. please help where is the problem.  What is meant by price per 1 conversation started ? is it when the contact click on a button from the template sent? or just by sending a template it will be counted as conversation started?

I have a Manychat account that I have connected to make.com and open AI. The user sends a message to a phone number connected to manychat and they get a response through my open ai API. It works well. The text the user receives after sending their prompt or question is relevant but upon responding, manychat also sends the question or "prompt" back to the user along with the answer.  i have two automation flows set up. One is for when a user signs up and the other is for cyclical conversación with the user.  but when i run it, i continue to receive both the answer to my question and the question itself. the build is made using make.com and open ai’s chatgpt. Also this is for sms only, and not for instagram engagement or social media. I would appreciate any and all guidance thank you!

When I send a link to a Telegram group or my DM’s with the bot there is a pop-up when the user clicks the link. (see screenshot). I used a bot from a different company before, there was no such pop-up, the user instantly got redirected to the group/DMs. Is there a way to remove this pop-up on ManyChat for links to groups/Dms? Thank you! :) Screenshot 

 I'm reaching out regarding an issue I'm encountering with message automation in ManyChat. I've been trying to set up automatation, but I'm facing a problem where the messages being sent are incomplete, cutting off before the end of the sentence.I'm reaching out to this forum in the hopes that someone here might have encountered a similar issue and can provide some guidance on how to resolve it.Any assistance or insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated. My followers told me that they don’t see the message of manychat but me I can see the message of manychat  So what can I do ? 

Me pasa frecuentemente que cuando pongo un texto antes de un botón de acción se ve incompleto el texto cuando voy a ver el flujo desde un dispositivo. Les ha pasado? lo estoy viendo desde un android. Por que se ve el texto incompleto? que debo hacer para que el texto se vean completo desde cualquier dispositivo?  Gracias por su ayuda. 

Buenos dias. tengo un plan gratuito. Hago toda la secuencia para post/reel (uno especifico) y para historias. Ambos responden a una palabra. El post no se habilita. NO es posible elegir solo 1 post en el plan gratuito? Veo que dice TODOS como pro. Y por otro lado, quiero editar y me pone como si lo creara de cero cuando tengo todo ya creado.Espero puedan responderme.Gracias

Buenos días, necesito ayuda! Hace un tiempo me comenzaron a fallar la automatización de mensajes en IG, ya sea en respuesta en comentario por una palabra clave en mensaje directo. La respuesta que le llega al usuario está cortada y solo puede visualizar la primera y segunda línea y los botones del final, pero se pierde toda la información. En un principio la automatización funciona bien pero en algún momento se rompe y comienza a suceder esto. Tengo los permisos de Face actualizados y ya no se que probar… Alguien que le pase lo mismo y haya podido solucionarlo???? Gracias! Adjunto foto par que se entienda mejor…  

hey everyone Im using facebook ad for instagram messaging, I used engagement  for getting income customer requests. but  even my budget is reasonable im not converting . Does anyone knows if the engagement ootion is right choice. Or does the AI automation in my  Manychat flow has a conflict with fb policy ?  I tried it with awareness promote option but it didn’t give me the option to integrate with manychat . Hi,I have a flow that starts from the "offline world" lolImportant: this is a flow that someone can use from their phone or someone else.If I validate that the user is using the pre-registered number (it's a Whatsapp flow), when I use the {firstname} variable, it uses the value coming from the Whatsapp. But I do have on Manychat, via integration, the real name.So, if I validate the phone number, how can I correctly call my user using {firstname} and not her son's name or SuperQueen80?Thanks

HelloSay I want to create an automation with manychat, and when my user hasn’t responded in say 20 seconds I would like to ask him if he’s still there. If he’s not, we will wait 5 mins to ask him again, and if he still doesn’t answer we close the convo. But if he does answer we continue the flow. I tried to research how to implement such thing and couldn’t find anything. Does anybody have any idea?
