Hola tengo 2 dudas.La primera es que necesito que ManyChat responda diferente según palabra en un post. Es decir, en la publicación 1 envíe una imagen al escribir "b" y mande otra imagen al escribir la palabra "b". El detalle es que tengo 23 palabras. La otra ruta es que se inicie la conversación con palabra clave y en el chat responder con una palabra clave con imagen. Donde puedo leer al respecto y como puedo desarrollar esto.

My Instagram DM messages are only showing the first two lines of the message as well as the button. It was working before but just stopped out of the blue. Anybody know how to fix this issue? 

 Manychat triggering the DM, after a comment on post but it’s not sending the full message. Does anybody facing the same issue? Attaching the screenshots for reference. From last 2 days I’m facing this issue. Last one month it worked well like second image(it usually send full message), but from past 2 days facing the issue like in First image message error(Sending only first line of message).  

Nem todas as conversas do meu Direct aparecem no Manychat. Por exemplo, as pessoas que comentaram nos meus posts e receberam a automação não aparecem no Manychat.As que aparecem no Manychat: As do Instagram: Como resolver isso e fazer com que todas as conversas apareçam no Manychat? 

Fiz uma automação e ela está enviando para alguns e para outros não.Por exemplo, uma pessoa enviou a palavra-chave “ANGUS” mas não disparou a automação e a pessoa ficou naquela parte de “Solicitações”.O início da automação: Não é questão de pagamento ou limite de contatos, porque depois uma outra pessoa enviou e a automação disparou. E ontem eu tinha ido nas configurações e “Atualizado as Permissões” então acredito que não seja esse o problema também.Parece que só acontece com quem nunca me enviou uma mensagem.Como resolver?

I have more than one IG account, and I could really use Manychat on my other accounts also. Is it possible to connect more than one IG account to Manychat?

Hi everybody,I want to connect chatbase to my manychat account to set up a smart chatbot for Instagram and Facebook Messenger. I am using make to connect them all.I created 2 automations in manychat and it works fine if the user only sends one message: chatbase replies but if the user asks for something else, the user's 2nd message is ignored, the chatbot (chatbase) doesn't reply.I would like to make chatbase carrying on the conversation. chatbase works fine on my website as a javascript widget. So I guess I am doing something wrong on Manychat and Make?Anyone has an idea to connect an AI agent to my social networks DM able to have a conversation and try to sell it instead of giving only 1 reply?I watched a popular tutorial from Joren Wouters on Youtube.I missed something and I need the help of a Manychat Expert, please. Minha automação não inicia quando os leads clicam no link de gatilho

estava logado com minha conta, do Instagram, ai desliguei para logar outra conta através do MacBook , ele fez o procedimento de conexão porem travou na tela e não conecta e não volta ao inicio, a tela esta aberta porem somente com símbolo do Instagram . não vai mem para próxima etapa e nem volta para fazer a conexão com Facebook . alguém sabe como resolver

I cannot find anywhere where to resubscribe I guess my billing did not go through and I have looked for like an hour and it’s very frustrating. Where can I sign back up again because everything I go to use it says that it is a pro feature and it’s not available on a free account, but I never had a free account so that tells me the billing did not go through.

Hi, I’m new to Manychat.I have 2 different links for my store. One is for my native country, other for international. I would like to use the “convert Instagram comments to sales” template to let the users comment their country name and send the link based on their country.Is there any feature that checks whether a word is a country name? Or is there any way to add a list of country names (keywords) to verify from, instead of adding all the 195 countries’ name individually? 

half of my dm response is missing. i dont know why. i changed the text often but nothing is working

Antes a mesma automação que antes saia com todos os caracteres no instagram, agora ele está sendo reduzido e colocado (...) na metade, alguém sabe como resolver? do texto.

He creado un flujo con 4 introctores de conversacion para mi cuenta de instagram. Pero quienes abren el chat de mi cuenta no pueden verlas. Las consultas como activas. Cual puede ser el motivo?

I setup an automation for IG that when a specific word is mentioned in comment a trigger is set and they get a message with a button. The user is not receiving a button with the correct text but in the live chat it shows the correct button.When the user clicks on the mislabeled button it does not take them to the next step in the flow.I have read all the tutorials and tried the chat with no luck. Como podemos ver en la primera imagen le puse: “No puedo” y se capturo la respuesta el el Nuevo Valor a través de una vinculación que hice con ChatGPT a través de make.com, sin embargo no se manda el mensaje del nuevo valor hasta que el usuario manda otro mensaje, en la segunda imagen le volví a escribir no puedo y ya me contestó lo que se había guardado en el valor de la primera vez de que le puse “No puedo”, si me pudieran ayudar a identificar el error para que no se mande el mensaje después del segundo input del usuario sino que se mande desde la primera vez que le ponga “No puedo”. La imagen del flujo esta en la tercera imagen Si me pudieran ayudar a solucionar esto se los agradecería un montón! 🙏
