Subsequently, I attempted to create a new catalog on WhatsApp, as I had deleted the previous one upon your recommendation. I am on a free account and the limit is 1000 contacts but the thousand contacts that are being added, aren’t being added from interacting with Manychat posts. And I have not added them manually. They are adding people to my contacts that I just DM through IG. How can I get this to stop?

Did the new follower automation ever get fixed to the point where it hits 100% of new leads?I asked about this a few months ago and I was told it was a glitch on Meta’s end and they were working on fixing it. So just wondering if this was resolved?

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end. Please help 🙏I cannot create a new automation for facebook messenger. It’s somehow locked to instagram. Facebook is connected to manychat. it’s listed as partnerapp in my facebook page. I have pro account.But I only have the option for instagram?

Hi ManyChat and ManyChat community!I’m wondering how I can hyperlink to an email -- as it stands, even if the person right clicked the message, they wouldn’t be able to copy the link, as it would copy the whole message.Second, I’d love to know how to prevent ManyChat from opening up a new little bubble / chat when you do use a link. When I send my website in the text, for example, it’ sends a message before the automated message with my website alone. See attached :)thanks!

Hello everyone,I'm having the following problem.ManyChat keeps interrupting the flow for no apparent reason, at least not one I can understand after a thorough review.As you can see in the screenshots, the system messages show exactly how far the flow has progressed. After that point, there's nothing to stop it; there's simply a message that needs to be sent, but it doesn't.So, it seems to be some kind of bug. This is quite discouraging, as there's no solution to apply in this case, and it's worrying that the system is failing like this.I hope I'm overlooking something and that you can help me fix it.Thanks in advance.Leo. 

I’m trying to set up a gallery reply in Instagram for the first time, but it gives me this error - Mark this message as a "Private Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post, reel comment, a follow action or share to story reply.It seems I can’t change it to private reply if I’m using cards, and I don’t want to add a message before the gallery. I’ve seen other people do it recently, so there must be a way. What am I missing?

Facebook is already connected and working fine, but when I go through the Instagram connection steps, I keep landing on this screen:"Your account is already connected to .... Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner."I've already hit Request Sent, but we have no idea which ManyChat account the Instagram is tied to — it was likely set up by someone previously who is no longer with the brand. The actual Instagram account owner (Karena Thek) has confirmed she doesn't have access to that old account either.I've tried:✓ Refreshing permissions✓ Removing ManyChat from Facebook Business Integrations and reconnecting✓ Toggling "Allow access to messages" on in Instagram settings✓ Using desktop (not mobile)
