Actualmente, el sistema me está intentando realizar el cobro anual, pero necesito cambiarlo a cobro mensual de manera inmediata.Como agencia, gestiono múltiples cuentas y este error en la modalidad de pago está deteniendo nuestra operatividad. Necesito solucionar esto para poder seguir escalando y vinculando más cuentas de clientes a su plataforma.Solicito de su ayuda para: Revertir o cancelar el intento de cobro anual. Hi, I’ve run into this situation and need help.My client has a newly created ManyChat account that currently has Instagram automations connected and working.Now we want to connect Messenger automations, but when we click on Messenger, we see this message:“This page was connected to Manychat by another admin. To access the account in Manychat, send a request to X.”The issue is that this person (from the previous marketing team/agency) is not responding and is not approving access.How can we solve this?That old agency is no longer connected in Meta Business Suite, and they’re also not connected to the new ManyChat account, but the system is still asking for their approval.

Tengo una automatización realizada en Make, en la cual ante una respuesta de Whatsapp ente mensaje ingresa a Make, lo trabaja un agente y devuelve sin problemas la respuesta al usuario. Por otro lado, tengo una campaña en Manychat donde contacto a una serie de usuarios con una acción de marketing. El problema es que aquellos usuarios que responden, dichas respuestas no ingresan en la automatización de Make.  Alguno podría darme una idea de donde buscar la solución? Muchas Gracias!!!

Hola! :) Estoy con una cuenta de ManyChat PRO. Hace unos días me di de alta en el periodo de prueba e introduje mis datos de pago. Todavía sigo en el periodo de prueba.El problema que me encuentro es que quiero enviar mensajes Business-initiated por Whatsapp a los leads que dejan sus datos de contacto en mi web y no sé cómo hacerlo. Hago 2 consultas:1- ¿Puedo enviar mensajes Business-initiated por Whatsapp utilizando Make.com para identificar cuando un nuevo lead deja sus datos en mi web y enviar el mensaje con mi cuenta de ManyChat PRO o necesito contratar un proveedor BSP (como 360dialog) al tratarse de mensajes Business-initiated?2- En caso que necesite un proveedor BSP creo que lo haré con 360dialog. Todavía no tengo cuenta 360dialog pero antes quería asegurarme cuáles son los pasos que tendré que seguir para poder conectarlo. Según me he informado tendría que ir a Settings → Channels → WhatsApp, y buscar la opción “Conectar proveedor BSP extern

I have added one of my pages on many chat last March 2026Did the basic setups and paid the pro for a year. But after 4-5 days, the page suddenly disappears on my pages list.I checked the facebook page and it shows that it’s still connected on manychat. I did the basic troubleshooting and yes it still doesn’t show up.Does anyone experienced something like this too? How did you fixed it?

I want to add another IG account to my Manychat account… but the error message“Invalid Request: Invalid redirect URI.” appears…How can I add another account? 

i have set the following 2 triggers for whatsapp:-  but currently for some users, when the user type “Hi there”, 2 duplicate messages will be sent? any advice?  when i checked the inbox, it mentioned one reply is been sent by whatsapp business app:-  

I have created a basic automation where users comment a specific word on my post and they automatically receive a DM. I’ve attached the preview flow.In the preview, everything looks fine. i had tried with Instagram preivew as well. i send the code and it’s works fine.However, when I comment the specific keyword on the reel from a different account, nothing happens no DM is sent. i removed the specific work condition and change it to any word still it didn’t work.I have tried: Using “Auto-DM links from comments” Creating the automation from scratch Refreshing permissions But still, it’s not working. Can someone please help me figure out what’s wrong?

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great!

I have verified I have a TikTok business account, but ManyChat will still not allow me to connect my TikTok. For reference: I am a new ManyChat user today who already connected Instagram successfully (with a paid ManyChat account).  The ManyChat directions seem outdated? Account settings available for me are “switch to personal account” or “switch to business account”.Thanks for your help! 

Hola, buen día.Quisiera reportar un problema que llevo experimentando desde hace más de una semana en varias de las cuentas que administro en ManyChat.El bot está respondiendo los mensajes de manera corrida, sin respetar espacios, saltos de línea ni separaciones. Todo aparece junto en un solo bloque de texto, lo cual se ve mal y afecta directamente la experiencia del usuario.Para ser sincero, el AI Step ha estado fallando demasiado últimamente y esto está afectando seriamente mi trabajo, ya que administro varias cuentas y es fundamental que el bot responda de forma clara y ordenada.Por favor, necesito su ayuda urgente para revisar y solucionar este problema.Quedo atento.

Access denied login issue:  {"0":"Access denied","state":true} tried phone, incognito etc.

within the last 2 days my ManyChat automations have not been sending anything to the DMs or responding to the comments. It's been fine up until two days ago, but even if I try to refresh permissions, nothing changes. The automations still don’t work. If anybody can please help with this, I need this resolved ASAP, as I rely on Instagram for my business. 

I’ve tried connecting with Facebook and Instagram, set all permissions ok, but it doesnt go past the ‘request sent’ - i didnt get the request, it appears a name of an admin that doesnt even have access anymore, and neither current admin received any request, and i cant remove or try connect again

Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..Terrible customer service.Anyone have any actual solutions?

i just want to disintergrate my instagram from manychat  & I can’t see the remove button. this is so frustrating. Attaching screenshot  at bottom . this is a critical problem . i have filled out the form . I got no solution answers. I created a new ManyChat account today in Israel (after March 2, 2026).According to @Raquel C's post, Israel has the new pricing model where Active Contacts reset monthly. But my billing page shows: Plan: Marketing Automation, 500 contacts included, $15/month.The support bot also told me three times that contacts do NOT reset monthly — which contradicts Raquel C's statement.My specific question: If 1,000 people interact with me in May but ZERO in June — is my June bill $15 (new model, reset) or $25 (old model, cumulative)?Has anyone in Israel or the other listed countries confirmed this from an actual invoice?​@Raquel C  — can you clarify why the billing interface shows old model terminology for new accounts in Israel? 

Based on the Community notes this issue has been going on for three years and I dont see a fix.  I was trying to set up my Purchased local number and Twilio Said I needed to start with a trial 888 number so I did that.  I requested the local number be approved so I can send and receive text response and keyword triggers through ManyChat.  I continue to be declined.  Who has been Successful and HOW?  THanks in advance  Frank Mazzuca

However, since this tool would be a game-changer for my strategy, I’d like to know if there is an estimated timeline or roadmap for when it will be rolled out to all users.Also, since the feature is not yet available in my workspace, is there any way I can apply for Beta testing or manually request its activation for my account?I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you.Best regards, Líbano

Hello,I previously set up this automation a few months ago and it worked perfectly. After deleting my account, I’ve now tried to set it up again — but none of my new followers are receiving any messages from this automation.What’s concerning is that other automations are working fine. Direct messages are being sent without any issue, so the problem is clearly specific to the “New Followers” trigger (the most interesting)I’ve attempted to contact support, but it’s been extremely disappointing. Both the email and chatbot responses feel entirely AI-driven and unhelpful. On top of that, I can see that many other users are reporting the exact same issue, with no clear resolution.This raises serious concerns about the reliability of your platform. Can you explain what’s going on here and provide a real solution?

Hi there, hoping for some quick assistance! Below is my flow – for the life of me, I cannot make the Smart Delay work. What am I doing wrong?Here is how my flow is working: 1- Comment on IG Post to DM2- DM requests an email address.3- Once received, email is added to Mailchimp + email including resources is sent out via the email feature within ManyChat.4- If no response, SMART DELAY and then re-ask for email. Except Smart Delay isn’t working, sigh!  Thank you so much in advance for any help and insight! 🙂
