Como cancelar uma assinatura indevida no cartão?  

Tengo un flujo conectado con n8n el cual genera las respuestas con exito, solo que manychat activa una pausa “inteligente” que NO existe en el flujo y no se envian las respuestas creadas por n8n.Quiero saber como eliminar esta pausa “inteligente” y que los mensajes que envia n8n se envien con normalidad al usuario. 

Olá,  Preciso de ajudar para trackear a origem dos meus contatos de Whatsapp.Inicialmente fiz uma automação para identificar palavras chaves no texto de primeira mensagem que deixei setado, porém o usuário pode apagar a mensagem e enviar uma própria, perdendo o rastreando.Pesquisando, vi a possibilidade de usar a opção de referência com o gatilho de whatsapp quando o “usuário clica em um link” Porém quando coloco digito a primeira mensagem para salvar o gatilho, sempre dá um erro. “ Parâmetro de Ref personalizado errado” ou Você já tem uma palavra chave com o mesmo valor”, dessa forma não consigo salvar o gatilho. Alguém sabe como solucionar?  

ive created a column in google sheets with a calculation from other manychat fields, but when a new row of data is inserted, obviously the calculated cell is empty. how to make a calculation and return the value to a manychat whatsapp message? 

On my reels, I ask they comment  word so I can send them a freebie.  I do this with multiple freebies. How can I upload the product on Manychat so they get that pdf file link once they commented. I know they ask for a website link.But my PDFs are not on a website, they are just a file in my google drive. But sharing that google drive link doesn’t seem to work, as I have to give them permission to access it. Is there a way to upload a file or do I have to use another platform for this matter?If so what could be the platform I could use to put my digital product freebies and link them to my manychat DM automation? Thanks 

Hey everyone – I’ve been using the AI Step on ManyChat and while it’s helpful, I’ve noticed it keeps sending these robotic, cringey messages like:“Have you ever sent me the message ‘READY’?” – which sounds super unnatural.I want to use AI Steps to detect vague messages like “ready” or “is this real” and route people to the correct automation or process. But right now, the replies it sends are weird and off-brand, and I can’t find any option to turn off the auto-response or customize what it says.I’ve looked through the settings and even tried editing the AI step logic, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to: Disable those auto-generated replies Send people into a flow without that weird AI chat popping up Just treat the AI step like a filter/trigger, not a “talker” Anyone know a fix? Is there a workaround, or is this just how the AI Step works right now? Paying $29/month,

Hey, I have created a 10 step flow with buttons and text/number inputs. I want to pull the responses into a file (csv, xls, etc). How to do that? Also, if a uk postcode is entered, can a check be made that it is valid? Finally, i want to process all the response data in order to calculate a quotation: can that be done ‘on the fly’ or could the responses be dynamically stored in a spreadsheet and the spreadsheet include a calculated quotation column that is returned to the user in real time?? Thanks 

Hola a todos, espero me puedan ayudar con mi petición, actualmente tengo un flujo muy funcional para una Taquería en donde el usuario puede ver los paquetes y seleccionar para un evento cuántas personas serán para recibir por imagen una cotización respectivamente, sin embargo cuando un usuario hace una pregunta fuera del flujo que no tiene contemplada quiero que Step AI lo conteste correctamente pero sin que se pierda el hilo de la conversación y el flujo actual.Así tengo ahorita el flujo  

The system is asking me to verify my email address before to complete an automated message. It's saying they will send an email with a link to complete the verification but I've never received it. I checked my spam too but nothing is there. Do you know how I can solve this?

Apesar de estar com todos os status de conexão ok, tanto na gerenciador de whatsapp da meta quando no ManyChat, não recebo mensagens no batepapo ao vivo. E ontem programei alguns disparos e não foi nenhum. Parece ter sido enviado mostra que foi, mas não houve cobrança e nem disparos. Alguém já passou por isso?

When using the new flodesk integration and setting up an instagram comment reply does there have to be a quick reply or button hit before you can collect their email?

hi i’m just trying to do a basic set up for a comment reply on my facebook reel. my trigger is commenting the world “hello” on a specific facebook post in turn then responses a message to their dm. issue is i cannot switch the trigger “on” the little slide bar on the edit page or on the main page the trigger just is stuck on the off position. i have a pro account and have refreshed my permissions. what am i doing wrong?  doing this from my iphone.  eding to add when i try to turn the trigger on from my computer it says i cannot on the free plan. but im on the pro plan.

Hola! tengo una duda, estamos pensado en volcar nuestra cuenta a manychat, pero tenemos una duda, cual es la cuota fija que ellos cobran por utilizar la app, imagino que tendrán una cuota fija y luego los gastos de los que envio.  luego queria preguntar que tal vincula con shopify, se puede integrar con shopify para tener el chat de whtasapp en la pagina? y se puede vincular con shopify para que los clientes reciban la confirmacion de pedido por Whtasapp. muchas gracias Edu

Hola! ando un poco perdido la verdad! me gustaria  poder conectar many chat a klaviyo y tambienme gustaria automatizar el intagram con many chat y klaviyo, es decir que si many chat reconoce un mail asociado a un intagram que no esta en nuestra base de datos many chat le anime a suscribirse y se añada a nuestra lista d eklaviyo. no se si me explico

Without warning and without explanation Manychat terminated my account. Despite many requests for clarification Manychat refused to explain what “suspicious activity that violates our Terms of Service” was detected. Their response: "we cannot disclose or pinpoint exactly which term has been violated”.So Manychat just terminates an account without be able or willing to explain based on what they act.Good product, but UNRELIABLE ORGANIZATION!

I need to know how to connect Zapier with ManyChat to create a listing that displays the properties I have for sale via WhatsApp messages.I set up the Zapier connection with Google Sheets, then used the "Get Many Spreadsheet Rows" action and converted the data into JSON using a Python script with Code by Zapier.Now, my question is: how can I display this information as individual messages when the customer clicks the "Buy Property" button within the message flow in ManyChat?Thanks in advance! Hey! So I’ve got an automation in ManyChat that sends people a DM with a link when they comment something like “ANT” on a post. Works great on regular posts. But now I’m running that same post as an ad (shows up as “sponsored” on the user’s end), and I’m just wondering—does the comment trigger still work on paid ads too? I want to make sure people are still getting the DM with the guide link. Not sure if I’m missing a step or if it works the same or if I’m just missing something 😅

When I connected my WhatsApp Business to ManyChat, all the devices that were linked to this WhatsApp Business were disconnected, and I cannot add them back again. Why did this happen and what should I do?

Pessoal!  estou tentando criar uma automação básica para envio de DM através de comentários no reels. Mas não estou conseguindo habilitar o gatilho. Já tentei fazer com todas as opções, mas está dando erro. E somente hoje apareceu este erro que estou anexando. pontos importantes para trazer aqui: * Meu plano é pró, tenho um fluxo muito grande de contatos mas exclui todos e mesmo assim não funcionou. * Já atualizei as permissões do Instagram * Já testei no desktop e no mobile em ambos com mesmo erro, pelo menos hoje ele mostrou essa mensagem no anexo.  Alguém me socorre??
