Hi, I'd like to ask, is it possible to set up automation on Instagram when two profiles collaborate. A person would comment on a keyword and then a message would come to them. I know it works on one account, but I'm wondering how it is for a collab post. Thank you for the reply.

Thank you!The only problem Im facing right now is that I need, for security reasons, restrict access to this external API so it can only accept calls from manychat bot. As I know you don't provide 1 IP or range? Which is the best way so I can solve this issue?

im trying to integrate my voiceflow bot and manychat bot to automate my instagram DM’s. How do i get many chat to send the users message to voiceflow and send a response back to manychat to reply to DM’s using Make preferably, but can adapt and learn zapier if neccessary.

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my current automation.I believe I set it up correctly but the preview keeps telling me I haven’t picked a post. But as you can see on the top left of the screen cap below, I have selected a post.I’ve tried to refresh permissions. I did an automation before that worked. Tried duplicating this one but doesn’t work either, nothing is sent to my followers.What am I missing here ?Thanks for your help !

Currently, many of my contacts have their data saved as tags, and I need a way to export this information to analyze and organize it properly.I have tried using a Google Sheets flow with the "Tag applied" trigger, but it doesn't work for bulk exporting all existing tags for my contacts. I also couldn't find a straightforward way to export the tags using the Audience Export feature, as it seems limited in its capabilities.Could you please guide me on how to:Export all existing tags assigned to my contacts. Extract this data in a usable format (e.g., CSV or Google Sheets). Hello all!i accidentally formated one of the custom field (that is assumed to be text) to number. Now i cannot edit or delete that field. Is there any way to do that?

Is there issues with saving First Name data collection to the System Field?On all the client accounts that I have access to - and my own - this is greyed out and it’s not normally? I can’t turn it on.I always save to System Field first before then also saving the data to a custom field.Anyone else seeing this? 

Ok, so when someone comments on my IG post, they get sent a message and the idea is they click the button to confirm they want my freebie and the next step is entering their email. The button to click to confirm they want my freebie was working fine and now it seems it’s not. Is there a way to work around this with a comment reply? I’m getting sick of manually sending people and apologising for the messages they got that was pointless. 

Hello,I have created an automation which is supposed to be triggered when a tag is applied to a contact. If i go to certain contacts and apply tags to them manually then the automation doesn’t work. The same is the case with updating a custom field. Bulk updating a custom field isn’t triggering the automation for those contacts.

Hi all!I’m trying to set up a zap (done this many times in the past) and I need to name it in ManyChat in order to sync it up to the zap I’ve created but in ManyChat - I can only select a previous zap and can’t type in a new name. Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone have a solution? Thank you!

i am using my personal gmail account to log in to ManyChat and connecting to my customer’s account to connect to Instagram.That process works perfect.Then in order to let my customer answer IG chats, i created an account for my customer.No problem on that.Now, i want to start using customer’s Messenger as a chanel. When i go to add the service there is a message than that account (the one from my customer) is already in use, which is true, because my customer is already using many chat for the live chat service.So i am re-logged as my customer account, then i can’t add the Messenger account.What’s the best way to add a customer account?Isn’t possible to add an account that doesn’t belongs to me?I don’t want to ask user credentials to log in to their accounts. Thanks

Can I create some action that will check if the number of followers has increased, or if a given account has already followed my account? I want to avoid a situation where someone will unfollow my account and follow again just for the coupon.Thank you for help!
