Hi, I have created an internal chatbot using CustomGPT and WhatsApp. My problem is that when there is a line break in the “last text input” (the last message on WhatsApp), ManyChat cannot send the request via the API. I don’t know why. It seems that line breaks are not supported, and there is no way to bypass this issue. There is also no way to modify a custom user field to remove the line breaks ?    

My instagram automated response only answers some of the messages and only does it every now and then, i check the triggers and its fine, refreshed the permissions and nothing seems to work. It was working fine until the start of the month. Can someone tell what can i do?

On my end, I can see that the automation works and the DM is sent, however, people are saying they don’t see it on their end. Is this a glitch or did anyone find a fix?  It seems totally random and inconsistent, but has been happening a lot lately!

On the “prices”-site of many chat I see the Pro-Version for 15$. When I log into my free-account and want to upgrade it, the system shows me 25$ per month. Why is that answer why can´t I get the 15$-account? Thanks for helping!

Hey everyone,Over the past few weeks, I’ve been building a waitlist for my ebook launch. Now I have several hundred contacts tagged as “waitlist,” and I want to send them a DM on Instagram with the purchase link. This seems like it should be a straightforward process, but I haven’t been able to get it to work.Here’s what I’ve tried: I set up a sequence to automatically send a DM to contacts subscribed to it. Then, I subscribed the tagged contacts to the sequence, but nothing happened. Only 2 random contacts received the DM, and I have no idea why.Is this the right approach? Or is there a simpler way to do this that I might be missing?Thanks so much for your help!

I have a telegram bot. I connected an automation for it. After some triggers, bots stops answering until I restart bot. How can I solve it?

When I click the button to refresh my Instagram permission, I get this error message: {"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Your activity off Meta technologies is currently turned off."}  Any idea how to solve this? 

im looking to use manychat to qualify leads from my facebook adds, i have a mix of questions some have text answers and others have buttons. ive been able to set things up to export the text answers to the google sheet using custom fields. but i cant seem to work out how to export the button answers to my google sheet. if anyone can advise it would be appreciated. thanks 

Hi...i am new in Manychat...but i tested my automation for comments. I have more than 60k followers (organicaly) and i made promo post for commenting. Strange is, that afer 2 hours i have one comment, but instagram showing me 14 comments. And when i refreshed, it shows me one more person at time with comment ,,video” what was the trigger - but no action from manychat...
