Hey team, looking for some assistance with this one. I have an Instagram bot that has 550,000 contacts in it. All of a sudden the bot has stopped sending links - all flows without links are sending as normal, but any message blocks that contain links are not sending.Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any fix on the ManyChat side or is this more likely to be some sort of Instagram ban? 

Hi All, Im putting together an email campaign (still) and im interested in using a technique ive seen someone else use for theirs. Their email has two images next to each other. The benefit of doing this instead of having the two images just be one image “looking” like two is that when you reduce the size of the email window on mac/pc, or open the email on mobile, the two images move on top of each other ensuring they stay large enough for readability. Is there a way to do this?- images below for reference. When on desktop (or big window) When on mobile or small window:  

Hey! So I have been exporting PSIDs of my contacts to retarget them via FB Ads and today when I tried to open those files, they’re all blank with 0 PSIDs. So I tried again, I selected 300 contacts > clicked on bulk action > export PSIDs. Checked that csv file & again, it’s blank!This is MONTHS of data! I don’t know what’s going wrong?  

Can I optimize my Facebook advertising campaign for custom conversion events set up within ManyChat automation?For example, if a custom conversion event within ManyChat automation is triggered when someone submits an email address, I would want to optimize my ads for this specific event - this way I’d get lower cost per lead and lead that matter.This approach ensures that ads are shown to people who are more likely to convert, which is far more effective than a simple post engagement campaign optimized for comments, shares, or likes.A backup plan would be to optimize for clicks through Messenger (instead of a flow being triggered when someone comments on the post), but it’s still less effective than directly optimizing for the custom event itself.Is this doable? 

Hi there. I’m using the new option “ChatGTP” in Action Task, instead using the External Query ( using json ). But there isn’t a field to inform the Assistant ID, only the API Key. So, I can’t connect my assistant threads with ChatGPT. Anyone knows how to set the Assistant ID ? I setup this window in ManyChat: Regards

I just noticed manychat was working fine for 10 days from today morning, dm automation is not working, it's sending msg but my users and even me are not able to seee it, So i turned off buttons on many chat and automated only text msg it works . But i bought manychat to increase my sales, how it's going to increase my sales, when buttons Don work?I tried adding other insta acc and same issue with that alsoAny fix?

I am building an FAQs automation for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Can I create one automation instead of building three separate ones for each channel? I just want to know if there is a way to recognize the channel. For example, if a user messages on WhatsApp, the automation triggers on WhatsApp, and if a user messages on Messenger, the automation triggers on Messenger. Do you know if it's possible to get the direct Facebook profile link from ManyChat? Based on my knowledge, directly from the webhook response it’s not possible, but do you guys maybe know some kind of external app that would populate the link of the FB profile of a sender?Cheers!Jakub :)

I have set up a simple flow for testing purposes to check whether the bot gets charged or not. However, when I click on the "Buy Now" button, I wasn’t charged. Please see the screenshot for a better understanding.Can Instagram DMs and Messenger be used to sell services? Hi everyone. I have an Instagram automation. When a user comments on my post, manychat tags the contact and then messages them an audio clip. I have separate automation that triggers when a tag for that post is created. As you can see from the screenshot, it is only sending the second message to a very small amount of the users, even though it says “passed” for all of them. Why is this?  

hello,i need urgent help with my automation. basically, this is my goal:when someone comments on my instagram post, i want to send them a dm, then wait 30 minutes, then send another dm, then wait 23 hours, then send another dm. please see screenshot of what i have done - however i cant seem to connect my initial dm to a delay, and it is only sending the first message not the next two. I am really confused. any help would be appreciated, thank you so much.

Hey there,i just completed a message template with the “flow” feature at business.facebook.com and its already active. But it does not show up in Manychat (right account) → Settings → Whatsapp → Message Templates. So basically the synronisation is not working. Am i missing something?Thanks in advance!

Our main platforms are Instagram and WhatsApp. Instagram is working perfectly—we have access to all messages, etc.—but WhatsApp has been a bit tricky.WhatsApp is our primary platform for client follow-ups and aftercare, but from what I understand, if we connect our current number, we will lose all our messages and face multiple limitations.Creating a new number isn’t ideal for us either, as our business cards, merchandise, and other materials all point to our current WhatsApp number, which is also our main phone number.Is there any way to set up a new number and have all messages sent to our
