Please tell me, I set up a reply to a comment under the publication, but the bot sends the link only once to the account, if a person comments on the same post a second time, the bot no longer sends it.How to make the bot always send a reply to a comment?___ how to set up manychat (for insta) so that it sends a message to a user every time instead of just once? (For example, if the user wrote the required code 2 times under the post, then the bot will send the necessary message 2 times)and so the bot works only 1 time for a new user, the second time it does not respond to the request.

Hey queens @Marina @Raquel C I don’t know who else to turn to, but I just logged into my IG Summit space (I bought the ticket and all), and under replays, I have exactly two recordings and nothing else. The recordings I have are the ones I was able to watch a week ago. The site says the replays should be available for 6 months (except for a few exceptions), but I can literally only see two. Also, I can’t even access the second day’s material at all. There are no filters applied in this view. Is this a bug, or am I really unable to watch all the videos? By the way, I can’t even re-watch the two videos that are on that list below. It just says "session ended." Also, I didn’t have this issue last week.  

Hey friends, as I remember - I had the option to trigger a flow from any user message,Now, I am trying to create a messenger flow, and I do not see an option to NOT detect keyword.Can anyone help? I want to trigger a flow from ANY user message.Thanks!

n my flow I have Waiting Delays followed by Typing Delays. When I test the flow from my iPhone, I do not see the typing dots. The dots showing typing are not there. In regular conversations on Messenger they are there. When I use my iMac the typing dots are there. Basically Amy typing delays are showing as a waiting delays.

If I give the word “ME” as a trigger in a CTA, and somebody wants to comment not as a CTA but just as a reply on my post to comment and uses the word “me” in the sentence then this persons will also be put in the automation. But that should not happen because it was not meant as a trigger word. Can something be done about that? So that the automation only starts if only the word “ME” is replied and not when used in a sentence?

Hey all, I have a FB Business Manager account with 2 ad accounts. Each ad account has a different business that I run. Under the “Business info” in the FB BM, I have added the business details of one of the businesses (because it is an older business).   Now it is starting to get tricky :)  I have 2 Manychat accounts (one for each business). I have created a WhatsApp Business Account to the older business and now I want to create for the second one. When I trying to connect my 2nd Manychat WhatsApp Business number, I am being asked to connect it with my FB Business Manager account and the “WhatsApp Business display name” is similar to my Business name of the FB Business Manager (make sense, because I called it that way). My question is, if I continue with the connection, will I be able to change the name of my 2nd WhatsApp Business number later? I don’t want to have 2 WhatsApp Business Numbers with the same WhatsApp Business disaply name. Also, Is it allowed to have 2 WhatsApp Business

I have deleted a story automation to reply to story comments via dm but it is still sending the message. Am I missing something? 

Hi Manychat Community,I found a bug on while working on Instagram automation.On Instagram Card, I have added 3 buttons. From the 3 buttons I have set “open website” for 2 buttons and for the 2 buttons I have added additional action. The additional action was increased by 1 user field. The motive of the additional action was to track clicks. But additional action was not working or triggered.I have set the same setup for Messenger and WhatsApp, and it is working fine I am able to track the click through the additional action but on Instagram, it's not working. Can anyone know what is issue how to solve it ?

How do I download my subscribers so that I can import them into ActiveCampaign? I did set up the integration, but none of the 80+ subscribers have been added to AC.I asked about this a few hours ago and don’t even see my question anywhere. Sorry if I’m just missing it.

Hello everyone! I have rarely been so frustrated with any app, as I am with Many Chat. I have set up all of my automations both on Instagram as well as Facebook and non of them are working! I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I have no one who can help me. I have launched my course online and since none of my manychat automations are working, the process isn’t moving. I have sent messages to manychat, however, the turnaround time is quite long and never quite understand what the issue is. If anyone can possibly help me with this, I shall be very grateful!

¿How do i change the WhatsApp Status? i have the default one "Hello, im using WhatsApp" thats no good status for my company

I posted 4 months ago and never got a response (pic attached). the daily average response time report. Can some break down exactly what it’s calculated off of?  I need to make sure I understand so I can coach my sales people.   does it take into account only open conversations? if a conversation is open and then closed does it count all of those responses too?    If we’re actively going back and forth with someone on IG is every response counted or just the initial?    if one lead slips through the cracks and goes beyond the 7 days and we respond in IG directly does that impact the time?    is there any way to see this report on the desktop? any insight and help is appreciatedthanks 

My colleague and I who are admins on the profile can't tap the button to test our flows - even from our personal IG accounts.  It works on other profiles, just not ours…. what can we do? 

Is it possible to revert back to the regular mouse and trackpad? The new editor thinks my Apple mouse is a trackpad.

Is there any way we can turn this off? The new update is making it hard to navigate, I think it thinks my Mac mouse is a trackpad and now it’s really cumbersome to actually build anything!

I keep getting this message on Manychat and on GHL when I try to send or respond to an instagram DM:(#2022) The business has been blocked from sending messages via the IG Messaging API Has anyone ever experienced this or know how to fix it??I also can't even send links from the Instagram app 

I’m really surprised that Manychat hasn’t implemented GPT-4 yet, especially when many other chatbot platforms are already taking advantage of its advanced capabilities. GPT-4 offers far better accuracy and natural language understanding compared to older models, which could significantly improve the user experience and help Manychat stay competitive.Why is this still not available? It feels like we’re falling behind in terms of AI capabilities. I’d like to know if there’s a specific reason for the delay or if there’s any plan to integrate GPT-4 soon. Many of us are ready for more advanced chatbot options, and it's frustrating not to have them here.

I don't want the automation to be triggered when I write to the customer or if the customer sends several messages.Because with each message from the customer, the chatbot will launch the automation.

Are there a maximum number of automations that can be set up?I want to link each individual instagram post to a different DM (that has a different URL). It will be around 200 posts a month - so 200 extra automation workflows a month.

Hi there, I have a few automations set up with Keyword triggers - very simple email capturing flows. One of them seems to be going off randomly mid-conversation in my DM’s/Story replies. For example I reached out to someone to ask her a question in my DMS and it set off - she didn’t opt in or reach out to me.  My keywords are short - PSA,  MA & WL.  The automation that is randomly sending is set up exactly like the other 2 and they are not randomly triggering.     I am wondering if they keywords are to short? Maybe they are being triggered within words.  My IG is @Docwishloff 

Hi,I am setting up a video sequence on instagram dm (following a webinar subscription funnel) using Instagram Ref URL but the message doesn’t start.I undertand it works only on the app & also created a Conversation Starters.
