Is the IG DM beta open again yet? or any words on when it will be? I know it was put on pause due to meta staffing issues.I have a few accounts in the beta now but would like 1 more added

I am trying to set up auto assignment for two live chat agents. One of the agents already had 700 assignments on his profile, but the other one had 0. So many chat is giving ALL of the auto assignments to the agent with 0. This is a problem because they work commission. I want it to split it 50/50 moving forward. Can someone please help me figure this out? thank you,Jude

I am creating a post regarding my Manychat automations not working for a while. When I try to “Refresh Permissions”, I get a bar on the top of my screen that says “You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. I am not sure what to do and I am posting everyday with the use of a comment automation so I do not want my Manychat automations to go to waste without figuring out the problem. I also have gone through the chatbot suggestions and followed the steps with advanced refreshing options, but seems like that bar at the top of the screen keeps saying ““You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. Please help me out with this ASAP.My IG is @agastya_gudipati. Please let me know if there is anyway to solve this problem since it is really important.

“You've reached your limit of 1,000 contacts on your Free account” but I only have 155 contact under my contacts tab. Any ideas how it can be fixed? I was using Manychat for Instagram comment auto replies only...

Hello everyone,I'm contacting you to get your opinion on the subject of tags. Currently we create different tags for each of our campaigns. Example: if we have an “End Survey” tag, we have a “Campaign A - End Survey” tag “Campaign B - End Survey” tag etc... The advantages are as follows:We can create very precise conditions and send flows when we want. We can keep track of which ambassadors have carried out which campaigns.The disadvantages are as follows: We have to recreate tags for each new campaign. We have to modify these same tags in flow templates We have a very large number of tags in our database.My idea was to create a single specific tag for each campaign (e.g. “Campaign A”) and use generic tags for all tags. However, this approach seems to pose two problems:If there are two campaigns running at the same time, the tags will interfere with each other.I'm obliged to delete the person's tags for the next campaign, thus losing the history.What do you think of my approach? Hello,I am currently facing one issue : ManyChat is not detecting my scheduled posts in the calendar for future publications on my page.To better illustrate the issue, I’ve recorded my screen.This is a major problem because I can't prepare my automations before the posts are published. For example, for a quiz, the idea would be that when people comment with a number between 1 and 9 under the post, it triggers a flow with the corresponding question.Therefore, it’s crucial that all automations are ready before the post goes live.However, due to this issue, I can’t set things up correctly in advance.I also don’t have the option to schedule future posts directly on the Facebook page; I can only use MetaSuite for scheduling.Even stranger, as you will see in the video, ManyChat does not detect the posts scheduled in the calendar, but it does detect the posts that have already been published.film my screem : https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/32284831?key=112c0688fb849347bf3e8357e14db859

I have a Manychat Telegram chatbot, and when I add 15 consecutive if-else conditions, the automation stops. Is there a limit on the number of consecutive conditions? Also, after each condition, I’m using "Set User Field" actions—could the problem be related to having 15 consecutive "Set User Field" actions? Let me know if this sounds good!P.S. If I remove one condition and action it runs.

Hello All,                I’m new here and I have been trying for hours to get into the basic automation's screen and every time I select it it just loads the page but its like scrolling through the automation's. I have rebooted, cleared cache, etc… and it continues to scroll every time I select it. The other tabs sequences and my automation's screens work just fine. I’m not sure what else to do. Has any one else run into this type of issue?Thanks 

Is there a way to have a knowledge base where Manychat can retrieve info for my customers?

HelloI am facing an issue with an automation in ManyChat, and I would like your help. I have a main automation that notifies users when a live session begins. In the flow, there is a condition (Condition 3) that checks if the user is registered or not. If they are not confirmed, I send them to a second automation (Automation 2 – Central de Provas).The problem is that after the user goes through Automation 2, they do not return to the main automation in Condition 4, where they should receive messages related to the live session. Hello, I want to add users as team members live chats, do  they need to have a facebook account?

So i created my first automationuser comment --- send message with a quick reply --- when the click to the quick reply it will lead to another instagram message with the website. when i preview on instagram and put the code it works perfectlybut when it’s live only the first message is showing to the client after he comments without the quick reply for the engagement to continue. Thanks

If the customer sends a message after 1 day or 24 hours, instead of continuing from where the automation left off, it returns to the beginning and causes repetition AI answers. this needs to be resolved because I'm losing customers.

Since the system does not see these message types, the automation does not work and the messages remain unanswered, there must be a solution to this

I had this issue today. I have the same automation from previous posts but today the auto reply isn’t working. The automation is sending the DM and liking the post but not commenting. Anyone else with this issue?

I believe if you want to have automatic comment replies in Facebook, you need to switch ownership of conversations between apps. Right now we’re using meta business manager - would this cause any problems? Do you have any experience on what it looks like when Manychat has primary ownership of conversations - does it affect all conversations, even if the trigger words are not used?

HiI’m trying to connect whatsapp to a Custom GPT through Pabbly connectI’m a newbie…  Here’s how the flow works: 1. Receiving the Message on WhatsApp: The user sends a message on WhatsApp, which is handled by ManyChat. 2. ManyChat Webhook to Pabbly Connect: ManyChat sends the details of the WhatsApp message to Pabbly Connect via a webhook. 3. Pabbly Connect Sends the Message to XYZ CUSTOM GPT: Pabbly Connect takes the received message and sends it to the ChatGPT API endpoint XYZ CUSTOM GPT. 4. XYZ CUSTOM GPT Processes the Message:  generates a response based on the received message. 5. Sending the Response to ManyChat: The response generated by XYZ CUSTOM GPT is sent back to ManyChat via Pabbly Connect. 6. ManyChat Sends the Response to the User on WhatsApp: ManyChat takes the response and sends it to the user on WhatsApp.   can u pls help?can u pls explain in details?
