Hi All,  I’ve been using ManyChat and am starting to realize there is a slight inefficiency in the products automation. Instagram does not allow you to turn off “message request” to allow all messages into your inbox. This means that for non-followers who see my content and reply to my ads or post, their message actually goes into the “Instagram Message Request Folder” vs. my inbox so the automated response created in ManyChat does not get triggered, leaving these individuals with no follow up actions.  Has anyone found a creative way to enable ManyChat automated repsonses to work for all messages both in the inbox and request? Many thanks for the insight! 

If someone contacts me about a service request and I need more than 24 hours to service it, how do I contact them afterwards?  I understand for the other categories you have to build templates but for service related calls I don’t understand 

After using it and getting 4000 commentsCurrently I can't reply to comments on Instagramnotifications like violating the communityhas anyone experienced this?and is manychat safe from being banned?

Hi, There!I have created an automation that needs to go through the SMART DELAY function. However, this function has a BUG and does NOT respect the 10 seconds I set. Most of the time, it takes over 1 minute, sometimes even 2 or more.Has anyone experienced this issue and, please,  knows how to solve it?Thanks in advance.Sidnei   

HiSo I’m having this issue for a few days now that manychat sees our new inbound messages, but once the lead replies it is not updating any other messaging between our team and the lead that happened through Instagram on Manychat.Not entirely sure how to fix this, tried contacting support but no luck so far.If you have any ideas besides the basic refresh permissions make sure your IG is a business page and have a FB page properly connected I’m an open book :) 

Ive set up a very simple automation for sending a DM anytime someone comments on any of my posts with the keyword but it doesn’t work when i test on a different account or have a friend comment Its weird because the automations trigger for Instagram DM’s for the same automation/keywords and it sends when i preview and send the test code but doesn’t work when its live Ive tried everything but for some reason nothing works Heres the very basic automationhttps://manychat.com/flowPlayerPage?share_hash=1019482_c0c524435333fd2e2327db20410ca92bf7d93253

On Instagram, since June 28, 2024, the entire automation stopped sending. Only the first word and a link are sent. We have checked all the settings but cannot find the problem. What can be done in this situation? Thank you for your help. 

Hey guys,So I have set up a campaign on FB Ads Manager & have linked it to a Manychat Automation (Trigger - User clicks on Ad)However since a few weeks I have been noticing that now when users see my Ad & click on the “Send Message” CTA they are redirected to my DM, but the automation does not get triggered. Instead they have to send a message to me normally.This is leading to replying to the messages manually, which could ideally been automated. Not just this, but my response time also is getting affected.Any guesses why this could be happening?

Hi there, I tested the auto DM link from comments a few days ago, but the feature is not working for me because the comments are coming from Instagram users who don’t follow my account, and they don’t allow DM chat from everyone, so they cannot see the automatic messages. Is there any solution for this? Thanks 

Can I dynamically track user interest and keep the conversation going instead of stopping after one upsell? Is it worth upgrading to the ai plan?Can we use webhooks to ManyChat to confirm payments, or should we track Stripe transactions separately?

Facebook has released a new option that now allows connecting existing WhatsApp Business numbers. Does ManyChat already have this capability?Please don't be the last ones to implement this feature.

Hi Community,I need urgent help! A customer’s WhatsApp Business account was blocked after attempting to integrate with Manychat. Despite submitting a support ticket to Manychat over a week ago, responses have been delayed, and the issue remains unresolved. This has left the customer unable to handle any WhatsApp requests, causing a significant impact on their business.I’m struggling to get proper attention from both Manychat and WhatsApp. Does anyone know how to escalate a support request with Manychat or have any suggestions to help unblock the account quickly?Any mitigation plan would also be greatly appreciated. We attempted to install regular WhatsApp (non-business), but that too was blocked. Legends, I set up an ad to send DMs to IG, Lead form has quick reply Learn More, this works. The Automation from Manychat is Not triggering when the Learn More Quick reply is sent though. It DOES fire when I manually send Learn More from another profile.Whats happening with this and how do I fix?Things I have tried..the “magic refresh button”disconnecting and reconnecting meta troubleshoot Trigger in automation. No issue found.

Hi ManyChatters,I’ve been having issues with some accounts since last week that says:“This person messaged you about a comment you made on their post.”But there was no ManyChat message or link. Some people have responded they aren’t seeing anything but I’m afraid there are others who won’t bother. Is this a known issue too?

Call option is available in Manychat ? Once User clicks the Call button it should dial directly. Else any work around is there to achieve.

When a website visitor clicks on a WhatsApp link, which initiates an automation, is there a way to automatically grab the persons WhatsApp number and add it to their System Field?Or do I have to ask over WhatsApp for them to share their number with me in order to capture that user data and store it as their phone number in the system field?

I want to connect my whatsapp bot so that users can create appointments from whatsapp connected with my outlook calendar (or other i can change calendars) and then send reminders for the appointments.

I’m trying to collect data prior to sending information, it’s asking me to change to ‘send as comment reply’.  When I do that, I receive this error message.  Can I not collect data when a user replies to a post? Please help!

Hi all, Been using Manychat with much success, however I am unable to find a use for keeping and paying for all these contacts. I want to be able to message all my contacts about a new app i have coming, however, I cannot find broadcasting in the browser or in the app. How do I message all of these contacts without sending it individually 11,000 times and getting a 24 hour ban on Instagram??
