Hello Fellow ManyChattersI am trying to set up a sequence for my coaching clients.After a session they subscribe to the next sequence in their 12 week program.I want my bot to give them inspiration through out the day (2-3 messages a day) I have created an automation with a few added smart delays - so it is all in one automation pr. day.The client subscribes to a Messenger List and to the sequence - and all looks good - I think.But nothing happens - that is - no message is sent to the client at least.

I have read the entire Manychat Commumity intro with a great description of the ins and outs of ManyChat.  I don't understand most of the lingo.   Is there anyone who could help me decode the language being used?  4 days ago my auto-reply was set up and worked once.  Now, nothing.  I feel in over my head...BIG time.  lol.  please help

Hi everyone, I noticed that my Marketing Automation plan shows 509/2500 contacts used, but I don’t actually have that many clients actively engaging with my bot. I suspect it’s counting all dialogs, including those that don’t involve the bot directly. Is there a way to adjust the settings so that ManyChat only tracks or counts conversations where the bot is actively interacting with users? My goal is to avoid unnecessary contact usage for manual or non-bot conversations. Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, I have an automation set up the same way I set up a prior automation that had no issues. But now this new one isn’t working.It’s set up to send a DM once someone comments with the trigger word. The first DM prompts them to reply to the DM, then the second message sends them the link.I’ve tried two separate automations and both are getting stuck - it only sends the first DM but not the second once they reply.I did this same automation last month and now it’s not working. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a Facebook add, connected via Make.com to ManyChat. And there an Automation is supposed send a Whatsapp message to the Leads after a tag was applied (which happens through make.com).The automation shows that it ran 3 times, for the three leads that I tested. I tested the first message to be a template or regular whatsapp message. But in both cases the receipient didnt receive the message. But in ManyChat it shows as sent.What can be the reason?Yonatan

I am using many chat from last 30 days not i am trying to automate my instagram comment automation. Now its asking for me to upgrade to pro. I have also cleared all my contacts please help.

How can I get my manychat to respond differently on instagram when people click the ad. I have trigger words setup in the event that they send a dm. However in most cases they just click “learn more” and it sends a standard message to me, which trigger manyhcat to sent a certain automation. How do I get manychat to know...this is for a retreat vs this is for a session or certification etc. . Otherwise they all get the same message. 

For a long time I’ve been asking people to comment a keyword as a call-to-action to get my freebie.But now, it feels like comments don’t really help boost a post’s reach anymore on Instagram.I’m thinking of changing my CTA to ask people to send me a DM to get my freebie instead.Do you think this would get better open rates and click-through rates? Has anyone tested this?    

HI all. I’m new here and I’m so happy to set up many chat automations. I’m pushing myself to figure out all after the initial trigger. I set up a lead magnet (also on a FB ad). The first trigger is working and people are getting their first message. Then I want to send them an upsell after 23 hours. It’s the photo of me pointing in the middle. This one is not going out and also all else after it. Where can I fix this? Thank you. 

Hello! I created a campaign and as a result of it I reached the limit of free contacts. I clear the useless contacts (250+) and now have around 730 but still my Free account is restricted. What can I do to continue using the free plan? 

Hi, can please somebody help here. I have a simple automation which isnt live even though I set it live. But when I go in the automation up on the left it shows that I can not switch it on. What kind of error is that?  

How do i force to end trial and start pro? I need to use api with no limits, i have already set my card info and tried to charge, but it dont seen to actual charge on my card and ends my trial and start pro account.

Could you please provide more details about your query?"} JSONPath: $.responseMessage User Field: Chatgpt output Despite this setup working previously, it now returns an error: Response is null.Steps I've taken:Verified the server and response format. What happened to the Facebook Ads function and the ability to create Custom Audiences from ManyChat? Did ManyChat remove this feature, and if so, why? Does anyone have any information about this?

Hello,I created a new basic flow. I added my URL to the button. However, the URL is coming back as page not found. I checked the URL on my browser, and it’s working just fine. So I changed the URL to a page on my website. Again, I’m getting the same error page. And once again, I checked this link in my browser and it’s working just fine. I’m not sure why it’s not working within ManyChat. Any ideas that may help would be appreciated

I'm doing a series of tips on my Instagram account and set up automations for them. However, tip1 is triggering for every comment. For example... If someone comments tip14 they get the message for tip1 instead. Adding in exclusions for all of these (over 100) would be a nightmare because 16 would trigger instead of 163 or 169.  I'd there a way to make the comments an exact match instead of a partial match?

I understand that Instagram's native scheduler can sometimes reduce engagement on Reels. I’m curious whether ManyChat's actions—such as AI messaging in DMs, auto-DM links triggered by comments, and scheduled posts/Reels through the API—are treated similarly by Instagram's algorithm. Could these actions as a whole impact organic engagement or visibility for accounts? If so, what steps can we take to minimize potential negative effects?

Dear Members,I want to take a moment , I have built a flow. After 18 hours, I send a message to the customer to check if their query has been resolved or not. However, I want to save the response in the same row, but it is actually being saved in a new row.Please help with this.
