Is there any way we could store URL payload to a custom field in the Whatsapp Bot. We currently have a similar feature for messenger where you can get a payload(user inputted value) along the messenger REF URL and save it to a custom field

Hi! I’m testing my “reply to post comment” automation and even though I sent the keyword multiple times, it only ran once. How can I get it to keep running for every time someone replies with a keyword?

I have my instagram and Facebook accounts connected, however every time I try to log in, it goes in a loop that takes me back to having log back into either Facebook or instagram.  It says a request has been sent, but WHERE???  I haven’t received any emails and I’ve checked every folder and account I have. Anyone know what’s going on?

Tengo una duda, lo que ocurre es que he detectado que la opción de Manychat llamada “Conversaciones para romper el hielo” sólo está disponible en dispositivos Android, en iOS no funciona correctamente, ya que sí salen las opciones, pero no deja seleccionarlas, por el contrario en Android si funcionan correctamente ejecutando su respectiva automatización.No se si es que tengo algo mal configurado en mi cuenta, o es algo de políticas, ya que creo recordar que en iOS si me funcionaba al principio.Gracias por leer, espero sus comentarios 🤗 

Hey, I set up my first automation but it’s not triggering at all. Checked and nothing is disabled. I’ve refreshed and confirmed it’s connected to my account….but nothing. Does anyone have any advice? Is there something I’m missing?

But it's not working.I've already tried adding action, but it still doesn't work.The trigger I used was "hello" when I send this message in Instagram direct, it does not activate the flow. 

Ola tudo bem a todosA alguns dias eu estava a procura de uma ferramenta para fazer um bot para um cliente de um modo mais rápido até que encontro o manychat tentei fazer um pequeno teste, pesquisei no YouTube e encontrei um vídeo que explicava a fazer um bot para WhatsApp, que era exatamente o que eu queria. Até que após eu tentar criar minha conta Manychat como o vídeo mostrava eu tinha que ter um número WhatsApp ou comprava um, nessa momento eu vi que o valor do número era muito pequeno e não fiquei preocupado por serem só 1.50$ , mas provavelmente isso foi um equívoco 🤦 meu ao olhar, na verdade era a assinatura do plano pro do ManyChat que só hoje descubro que assinei e são 15$.Como fiz essa compra a 5 dias sei que ainda tenho como fazer o reembolso mais ainda estou com dúvidas em relação a o que fazer já enviei um requisição para o suporte do ManyChat, mas não sei quando serei respondido e gostaria de saber se eu ir a conta e desativa

Hi everyone, I would like to export all the statistics from time to time from my automations to a google sheet or something like this just to see the performance of each automation, the CTR per button, number of people who triggered the automation, people who opened it...etc same you can se in the app but I would like to export it to a database/excel/google sheet. is it possbile? how can i do it? 

 When we get the Phone number value from the user, there is an option to Save Phone to System Field which creates a WhatsApp profile in the manychat in addition to the messenger profile.  We already have two separate flows for the messenger bot(users signing up via Messenger) and WhatsApp bot (users signing up via WhatsApp). If we start using this feature and users use both the bots, will it come under once single contact or separate contact costing ? Also, how to send separate flows to the facebook and WhatsApp conversations if both come under the same contact name 

I have gone through the trouble shoot for automations, but its weird; Every other manyChat automation works except for the “reply to story with key word function” I tested the automation with the numerical code, and it works, but the actual phrase doesn’t activate the automation. Any ideas?

There are two buttons available: 'Single' and 'Married.'If the user clicks on 'Single,' can I capture that information directly in Google Sheets as 'Single'?Currently, it seems like I can only capture responses if the user types their answer as text or the regular variables such as phone or email. However, to improve the user experience, I would like them to be able to select an answer by clicking a button, and then I would receive the corresponding information automatically.Is this possible in ManyChat?

Hello I have the issue of the instagram already connected to manychat, but don't appear in the profile or I'm which part I can guide the client to know which email was activated, or how to delete that connection. I have access to the instagram account

How can I export all followers by manychat?

When trying to connect my ManyChat to my FB Business Page, it sent an access email to someone who used to manage my page in the past and that company is no longer in business so the person will never receive the email.  I then removed them as a partner who manages my page, but it still says Access Request Sent to the guy’s email.  How can I start over or reset it since I have now removed him and the email granting access can come to my email?

I was using Chatcenter with my whatsapp number, it is a chatbot from a different company, in Spanish. I am now signed in to Manychat, but I am not able to connect the number I had linked with Chatcenter, although this number is unlinked from Chatcenter.The number is a landline, and the only option Manychat is giving me is to send a text message.Did anyone encounter a similar problem?Any suggestions on how to solve it? Thanks in advance,Georges
