hi there, after a long break about two or three years ago, manychat features were free then,Manychat Fb messenger bot helped me a lot at that time. So again i came back to use its features but new plans that im not aware about it.  i have only one question. What does contact limit means?  suppose i have 10k fb messages, and the limit of contacts in manychat is 500 only. Does it mean i can only broadcast automessage to only 500?  pls explaim me and sorry my english is not good

I have a flow in Manychat that connects a chatbot made on Voiceflow with several social networks like Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram.Recently i´m having problems whit the connection to Instagram. When i text with the chatbot on IG the messages send and error when getting to certain part of the chatbot´s flow instead of following like it should it just goes back to the beggining of the chatbot flow and starts again.Already tried changing the flow in Manychat and Voiceflow but nothing and those same flows are working perfectly on the others plataforms, also refreshed the permissions and disconnected and connected the Instagram account again just in case. Can somebody tell me why this happens?

I have a flow where the reference and utm codes appears to be there in ManyChat and then once the automation is sent via IG the ref/utm codes disappear. It only seems to be happening with one particular automation - why is that the case? Has anyone experienced this?

I am facing problem with the Buttons that are not working on live automation chatbot.  When someone clicks on the button, it just represh the page, but not going forward What is the bug about?

I have been using manychat for IG reels and they are working out great! The same reels are posted to my linked facebook account. How can I extend the IG automation to FB? I am not seeing Facebook option in my manychat settings;  Thank you!

Hello! I would like to use the Instagram Broadcast feature to send messages to followers who have previously commented on my posts.I found a button that seems to allow exporting the follower list—is this the correct one?Or is there another function that allows me to export a list of followers who have commented on my past posts into a spreadsheet?

Newbie here and in Canada, so Tiktok integration works for me! Although indeed, my followers have to DM me my keyword to get my freebie, I was still able to set up an automation to deliver same. Looking forward for you to unlock the option for the followers to “reply with comment” like Instagram and Facebook (I’m crossposting 1 piece of content on all platforms), it would be much easier and of course I wouldn’t have to put a special note on Tiktok that they have to DM me the word ;) Much thanks for everything!

I have connected to 2 different Manychat accounts using 2 different Google accounts. Everything works fine on one account, but on the other Manychat only shows me a portion of the posts and reels I have posted there.

i am new here so forgive me, however my issue is that i (IG business account) manually wrote to another user and then hoped that the reply from the user would be captured by manychat so that i can reply to it via manychat unfortunately manychat did not even trigger its as if there was no message at all that was sent. What am I missing

I would like to configure a message to automatically respond to my user after he sends a file via WhatsApp, something like "your file was received successfully", the problem is that by default, when waiting for a file to be sent, manychat forces the success condition as an action, and as far as I know... it is not possible to continue the flow after an action. 

English: The linked Instagram account only shows a fraction of the posts that were created there on ManyChat. I had previously linked another Instagram account, and everything was there.I also can't seem to get a previously used link out of the system, no matter how often I do it again and the link is there correctly.Thank you for your support. I am developing a Manychat IG conversational AI, connected to Make.com, in order to be able to set appointments. At the end of the Manychat flow, there is an action to call Make.com, and in the Make.com scenario, I am retrieving the users response (a date and time in the Manychat calendar), and adding the appointment to Google Calendar. At the end of the scenario, I am supposed to send a message to Manychat. The scenario is perfectly run in Make.com, it says the message has been sent to Manychat, but in my IG chat, I don’t receive it.  I have done the same for FB and it works, the message is sent to Manychat and I receive it in my FB chat. I don’t know what could be the main issue. HelloI enjoy using your site, but I need help with something.I just want to automatically send messages to those who comment on my posts on Instagram. I don't want to add them as contacts. As the number of contacts increases, the fee we pay every month increases and these contacts are of no use to me. I didn't even open it and look at it once. What can I do about this?I want to use Manychat regularly by paying 15 dollars every month, but the fee increases due to contacts and I cannot renew my pro subscription because my budget is not enough. The quality of my number connected to Manychat (the one I use for WhatsApp onboarding) has gone down. I won’t send the welcome flow anymore, but I’d like to at least tag the new contacts, so that I can contact them later.Is that possible or would it possibly make the whole number be blocked?Thank you!(context: I’m in the middle of a launching campaign, so we’ve been receveing thousands of contacts everyday. Despite all the good practice, some still report our number).
