I signed up manychat a few months agoand I have used it well.  But now I can’t see my instagram account when I log in on safari webpage or PC webpage Only I can see my instagram account and all the automation setups when I use the manychat app.  As you know, if I wanna upgrade it to pro version, and pay for it, I have to do it on webpage But I can’t find any data when I log in on webpage  Please help me asap Thank you

I am creating a subscription list on news reports and offers on Whatsapp.So I’m creating a feature for the user to manage it’s subscription and would like to dynamically return a list to the user once he/she requests it showing all subscriptions he has and all other available subscriptions.I am saving everything in my database via HTTP requests, so ideally I would return the data when sending the user the list of subscriptions.Is there a way to do this? I think on messenger it is the Dynamic Block, and I know in the UI there is no way to do this for whatsapp. But could I achieve this through the API?

I created a Webhook that pulls the customer’s phone number from MASKYOO. Then, I send that number to ManyChat to trigger the first flow for the customer.Issues I am facing:WhatsApp message is not being sent, even though the process completes successfully in Make. When trying to run the test again, I receive an error saying that the subscriber ID already exists, preventing progress.

Are there professionals who I could hire for an hour to teach me ManyChat and troubleshoot issues?I’m 90% sure this issue isn’t something I’m f-ing up, but it could be. I’m at a dead end -- no product support.I posted to the forum but didn’t get a response.How can I hire a pro? Any saints out there willing to jump on Zoom?

When user click on the newsletter and follow us on the instagram, after following if user sends a specific message then we want to send a message.if user following and not sending a message then want to send the user a follow up message.If user followed but not sending a message then want to send the follow up message to send the message.Can you please assist?Thank you

Hello im trying to add an audio in many chat response to an instagram directbut anything i do it gives me " Unsupported 'mp4' format. You can use 'wav', 'x-wav', 'm4a', 'x-m4a'. "I used m4a, mp3, wma but still nohow should i do it?

Y vi que podría haber una restricción para hacer ventas por whatsapp business con Manychat. Quisiera saber cómo podría manejar esta situación ya que queremos automatizar nuestros canales de mensajería pero esta restricción nos preocupa. 

 My chatbot uses Cody AI to anwer whatsapp. The bot works but when a new user comes to chat it bugs out. Gives this error and make integration stops.

I disabled and removed manychat from my fb page, but it seems users still can see the automation options (but of course the bot no longer reacts to it). How can i clear the options users see when they message the page? Help!

Thanks for your thoughts -- My comment automation isn’t working. The first reply comment button does not function.When I test it from another account (associated with the account I’m using with ManyChat) nothing happens. The screen refreshes and that’s it. ManyChat doesn’t register that the link was clicked.It works fine in the simulator but not live on Instagram. What’s up with that?

Hi, I am trying to somehow calculate the montly subscription cost from manychat  I thought about getting the contacts and I know how many contactss cost and how much so I can know the monthly cost but I don’t know what endpoint do I need to call to get the contacts count

I want to set up a bot that sends customers the link to our landing sales page and then add a functionality whereby the bot sends them a message if they purchase the product (ie. thanks for your purchase) and then a bot if they don’t purchase the product, to encourage them to purchase.  Our ecommerce store is on shopify - how can I integrate the two so that this can happen?

hey :)I need some help with my first broadcast. I would like to send a broadcast to contacts that opted in for whatsapp and have a tag. The contacts opted in 5 days ago. Als far as I can read, I have to pay for every Whatsapp message because I write them > 24h. I should have enough balace on my account.Anyway: I started to braodcast, my taged customers got untaged (as I wanted it), but not one single message was send :DHas someone any idea?RegardsDominik

Hello Everyone, i need your help, i'm just wondering how can i see the profile pictures of all of my whatsapp contacts in Manychat because so far it's just showing me the default icon in gray color, i don't know if its posible! :/  

I'm currently working on updating my ManyChat account and I'm looking to change my profile picture (the avatar icon similar to WhatsApp's profile photo). Could anyone guide me through the process of updating this icon on ManyChat? I've looked through the settings but can't seem to find where to make this change. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using ManyChat in live streams, but usually the broadcasts go offline, and I need to start a new live stream. Has anyone else experienced this problem or knows how to solve it?

Hello, I'm new to ManyChat and struggling to see why this flow isn’t working. They click the button and get tagged and then it’s supposed to send a message to those who are tagged, or if they don’t click the button they don’t get tagged it should send a follow up.  I tested it and got tagged but nothing happens after that. It seems nothing is happening after the yellow action box. Where did I go wrong?  

I am trying to find a way to follow up and send a message, if a contact has not responded to a message after 23 hours. I added a button to a message in an Instagram automation, but now I cannot find the option to only send a certain message if the contact as not interacted with the message/clicked on one of the buttons. It is not a ‘quick reply’ but a button, because one of the two buttons leads to a website. I can see the option ‘Follow up if contact hasn’t engaged option’ on the ‘Quick Reply’ option, but not on the buttons. Help would be very appreciated! Thanks, Mareike

Hi dearsWe want to get the Telegram User ID, but it's not available in the contacts. Also, when I create a new Flow with row insert, it doesn't export all the user IDs.Is there a place where I can get them? Why does it not export for everyone when I set the filter "Telegram User ID has any value"?
