Hi, how can I set up an automation to tag people from my facebook group. I am thinkg of using a reffaral link to a chat for it, but don’t know if that would work. 

I need help to update my Whatsapp Icon/ profile picture. In the section channels > whatsapp, there is a way to upload a photo, but it dissapears when i refresh the page or change to another section. Please help!

I’ve been told that i’m “awaiting approval” of the owner of the manychat account linked to my instagram. But i genuinely cannot access said manychat account so I have no idea what to do. There is also no customer support in place for me to call so I’m lost here Please help!

The automation is triggered when a user comments on a specific post. The flow sends an initial message with a button labeled "Sí". The user clicks the button, but the flow does not continue to the next step. There are no filters or conditions preventing the flow from advancing. I'm experiencing an issue with my ManyChat bot and would appreciate your help.When I initiate the conversation by sending the first message, the bot responds correctly. However, if I wait approximately 10 seconds or more before sending the initial message, the bot does not respond at all.Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I keep getting “TikTok channel permissions disconnected” and I have to go and sign the tiktok account again to refresh the permission, this problem cost to me a lot of coming message to me on TikTok have been not respond. Please help me to fix this.

Has anyone else had this issue? Ever since downloading the manychat app and linking it to my instagram account to start using it ANY time i try and download or click on anyone elses link who uses manychat for their automations I am met with the same “This site can’t be reached - my.manychat.com refused to connect” I tried removing access from my instagram account and facebook account but this hasn’t made any change and I still can’t access anyones links. I can only assume If I was to set up my own automation it probably wouldn’t work either! 

I want a plan that allows me to send unlimited DM automation reply to comment but it's not mentioned in the plan's pricing.

Hi everyone 👋I'm currently using Make to send a webhook response back to ManyChat with a JSON payload.For some reason, when sending boolean values (true or false), the values don't seem to register correctly once received in ManyChat. It’s says that this is not set, please I have tried everything , I don’t know what to do.This is the mapping: Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to ensure ManyChat properly recognizes boolean values sent via webhook from Make?I'd greatly appreciate any insights or solutions you could share.Thanks! 😊

Hi,More and more automation is causing me the same problem. About 70% of contacts who start the automation don’t see the button with the link and drop out!Where is my mistake?Thank you!

I had around 900ish contacts before, and I started deleting and unsubscribing in order to decrease them. It went all the way down to 504 contacts but it wouldn’t go any lower than that. I’ve unsubscribed every single contact I have but for some reason it just didn’t go below 500.This is frustrating because I want the $15 dollar plan for having below 500 contacts. After some time my contacts went back up to 688. I unsubscribed all of them again but the number didn’t decrease at all and remained at 688.What is going on? please help  

I have my WhatsApp number linked and verified, everything is in order, and the ManyChat application itself tells me that they cannot send the message and I should contact support, but I cannot find a direct chat and I don't know what to do. Would it be better to connect another number from scratch?

For example, messages like a welcome message or a notification that their booking received a new review.I've been trying to do this with ManyChat, but I'm a bit confused about the correct setup.Do I need to make sure each user is subscribed to my ManyChat account first? If so, should I check whether the user is already subscribed before sending the message?Since I already have an active system with active clients, what would be the best way to handle this?I originally thought I could trigger an automation when ManyChat receives a webhook, but I couldn’t find a way to create or listen to a webhook in ManyChat.Also, I noticed that you can’t use an external request as the first step in a flow — only after another step.Any help

Why isn’t the automation firing when I message the keyword?I’m using the ‘out of the box’ automation template just to test this.When I message the keyword “video” nothing happens. I have another automation working when they comment on a post… that runs the workflow and sends the initial message - however clicking the button then doesn’t send the next message… nothing happens.Everythign is working fine with FB Messenger. It’s just the IG that’s the issue.I’ve tried disconnecting IG and starting over from scratching reconnecting the account etc. All the meta settings have manychat as the receiver - However I’m wondering about this… the Instagram receiver only gives me “manychat” as the option and not the Manychat-IG (IG App)… could that be something?  

Hi everyone I’m trying to build an Automation with Instagram + ChatGPT (see Screenshot below)For some strange reason instead of the response, I get “No longer available” in small grey text from Instagram (see screenshot below)The stranges thing is that when I reload the page, then I actually get the AI answer but with a button “Get updates” that I have no clue where it comes from.This automation used to work, but when I recorded and reproduced it it stopped working (both the newly made one and the old one that used to work).The exac
