I set up an automation to activate “the message IS” and not “the message contains” but one client sent me a message including the keyword and the automation started. Is that normal? I don’t think so..

Hello, we have completed a Manychat automation and can call it in WhatsApp. However, the automation does not start at the trigger but jumps “further back” into the conversation. There is only this one (URL) trigger in the entire automation. My gut feeling is that it might have something to do with the settings, but I'm not sure. How can I proceed? Is API integration necessary? Does the company have to be verified on Meta? What requirements must be met? Tom

Hi everyone, I hope somebody can help me with the issue that I have on making a Facebook Lead form Ads- Manychat- Zapier integration. I encountered an error while I was trying to hook up Facebook Lead Form input from a lead form submission towards Manychat so I can send 30 day nurturing sequence (Bible Verses) via Whatsapp SMS. So On the FB Ads Lead form, we were collecting the following information: First Name, email address and phone number and we currently have a Messaging sequence set-up in Manychat that is being used organically where they message a keyword. however I am getting this error (Screenshot 2 & 3). Our goal is to subscribe those who opt-in from the Facebook Ad Lead form so they can receive the 30 Day Whatsapp SMS via Manychat. I also am trying to figure out how to connect it to trigger the following action events in Manychat because each of these action events that can be selected on Zapier with their Manychat integration “Subscribe user to sequence” “Add a Tag to

For more the 3 weeks lots of people can’t even find the posts to conect the automations. Today we can only find the lasts posts. But remix and next post still not working. Some solution for tons of people here?????? 

I have done the handover. I have refreshed permissions probably 75 times. I followed every trouble shooting hack in the help section. I have disconnected and reconnected and refreshed permissions. But, it will not preview my automation or fire live.  Has anyone run into this and tried something different? 

I want to increase the limit of conversation limit in Manychat for whatsapp bot. How can I do this? Plus, I want to know if I can integrate Manychat to Zapier to create AI appointment setter? Which calendars can be acceptable?

We are currently experiencing Recurring notifications not recording any new sign ups on Messenger. Does anyone experience any issues related to Recurring Notifications or is there an error currently with that specific field on the Messenger API?

As title says our account got banned for nothing, when prompted to login or connect with facebook business portofolio, it asked for website and there it said you can add any social media url if you don’t have website, and we added our Instagram url. Hello everyone, I need your help, I want to set up my Facebook page on manychat, but I can't navigate the sales funnel for Facebook page or messenger. 

I have a free account and I’ve been trying all day to create an automation (which I have successfully done in the past). My triggers work when tested on the back end, but won’t turn on and when the automation is re-opened the trigger disappears. What am I doing wrong?

I have the Pro plan which comes with 3 users.Is there a way to add more users?if so how much does it cost? All i found is information regarding Manychat Inbox which costs 99usd for 3 users, but does that mean i have to jump from 3 to 6 users?how do these 2 plans work together if at all? 

Hey, I have added my internationally enablesd credit card which is working on all the service provider like, convertkit, zoom etc. Only manychat doesn’t renew. Everything is working perfectly on my credit card’s side.Even I’m unable to pay them through link, how to get this sorted?It just feels like, Manychat itself don’t want their customers to renew the subscription.

I’ve seen many big IG creators starting their automation with a message that allows them to collect data, such as email, asking people’s names, or using multiple answer choices (versus sending a message “as a comment reply”). How do you do that?This is what I did, but it isn’t working:Step 1: I set up an automation that when people comment KEYWORD on my reel/post they get a tag (flow 1)Step 2: I set up a rule that once people get this tag, it triggers my automationStep 3: I created an automation with the tag as a trigger (“contact event occurs”) and my first message is a message type “within 24 hour window” (flow 2)It doesn’t work ☹️ What am I missing here?Thank you!

Hi all!i have a lot of people who keep triggering automation without taking any steps.  How do i remove them ? I tried pausing automation for them from contacts … but they still keep triggering the automation.  In deleting contact i see that it shows … “until they message you again” … I dont want them to ever trigger the automation for them  What am i missing ? Regards

I ran a Facebook a few months ago and collected over 3000 contacts. Then I stopped the ads, and now I am planning to run another ad with the goal of signing up more user and collect contacts. With the ad we are going to offer some deals, like Buy 6 Get 6. Can the contact who already signed up during the initial run enter the same email and/or phone number, take advantage of the coupon but still be one contact in my contacts list? In short, can an existing contact enter her same email or phone number and get the new deal?

Hello. I´m trying to set my first automation, but when I click on the “try live” button, the followinf message pops up: Try Pro for free. Waiting for people to tap the link? Send follow-up DMs with our Pro plan. What is more, when I try to turn the automation on, there appears the symbol of prohibited and the message: “open automation so set up a trigger”, but I have aleady done it.  

I’m trying to hack Smart Delays and follow up with someone via Instagram DM’s. I don’t necessarily need them to reply or take action. It looks like the users are going through the delays but for some reason they’re not being pushed into the next action which is another DM. Any thoughts on another way to accomplish this or how to fix?
