Hey, The question is in the title. That is SO frustrating to progress in your automation, then you save it and many parts of it randomly go back to a previous old version of the automation. I’m forced to review all the parts of the automation. It may be “due to the fact I didn’t clean my cache” but why would you keep this in the cache anyways and for some reason put randomly parts of the automation to an older version? Please fix basic things like that!

The current setup is not functioning correctly with the data collection process, specifically regarding the default skip button.When I click on both buttons—1. Book an Appointment and 2. Skip Button (the default in data collection)—the following action triggered is Send Message #5.I would like to have distinct responses for each button. If I click on Book an Appointment, it should trigger Send Message #5. Conversely, if I click on the Skip Button, it should trigger Send Message #13.I need help on the subject.Thanks and Regards.  

Hi everyone! 👋I'm fairly new to ManyChat and I'm trying to build an escalation system where a contact gets reassigned to another team member if the currently assigned member doesn't respond within 24 hours.Right now, I’m struggling with how to accurately detect if a team member (human) has replied manually to the contact’s message. I tried using the “Last Interaction in WhatsApp” condition, but I noticed that it also counts automated messages as interaction — which makes it hard to know if a real team member actually replied.Is there a way to track only human responses (not automated flows), even if the message from the contact was sent more than 24 hours ago? I’d really appreciate any tips, examples, or best practices — even if it's a workaround!Thanks in advance for any help 🙏

I am facing a problem in my automations. At first I was having a problem with it. I had an automation that responded to a comment on Reels, and then linked to the trigger there was an action block, which was an opt-in, and then a block to respond to the comment.I realized the error and quickly fixed it.After that, another error occurred, with the buttons. When the person clicked on any button, from this button linked to the message, to another automation, etc., it DIDN'T work!

I'm facing a limitation in ManyChat regarding Live Chat conversation assignments. When a conversation is automatically assigned to an agent (e.g., via a rule or trigger), there seems to be no way to unassign it — not through automation.I need a way to remove the assignment (set it back to “Unassigned”) so that the conversation can be redistributed or handled by another agent, especially in cases where the originally assigned agent is unavailable.Is this a known limitation? I have tried to it now many times and it does not work. “I made sure that after the trigger comes a Comment Reply”. I have been working on an automation with Manychat ffor a whileBut now I got a problem with syncing information from Google Sheets: When I use the “Get For by Value” function, it doesn’t save the imports I have to make.In the past, I was able to do it, but it has been at least week since it doesn’t work at all: I am exemplifying under here:I choose the spreadsheet, lookup, etc as usual. Why my Manychat account is showing Whatsapp channel was turned off

Hi. This is happening for three days now. Using FB messenger for my automations. The buttons work when I'm clicking it from the business suite page, but on the customer's end everyone of them claim link is not appearing. I confirmed that my links doesn't work well. In fact it perfectly fine the previous months and I haven't changed configuration since. I checked all aspects, status, and it seems eveything should work as it suppose to. No problem in my settings and payment. Buttons which contains link cannot be accessed by customers. Nothing happens when they click the button.
