Hello,I am creating a multi choice follow up after I send a link to person when he commented. How can I choose what next message he will receive after he chooses an option in the multiple choice message? Can you please help?  

When messenger begins chatting with Mobot, the DMode Digital chatbot, it goes directly to AI (installed as a template). I want it to first go to the “New Mobot Flow”. I am new with Manychat, and I don’t know the difference between a flow and a template. Can you please explain.

Nowhere can I find an explanation regarding the differences among these 3. (I am very new to ManyChat and using Messenger, so please be kind. 🙂)To me they all seem like variations of FAQs. But it’s not clear to me when you use one vs. the other, nor where, nor when. nor how often.A diagram or table showing the differences, if one exists, would be enlightening. Hi everyone, I really need help with my Manychat Pro subscription. I’m a tech influencer with 792K+ followers on Instagram, and my March bill was $42.The problem is — my card's auto-pay limit was set to $39, so the payment got declined. I quickly updated my card limit, but now I’m stuck. Whenever I try to renew the subscription, it only tries to charge me $15 (as if I’m a new Pro user), and then it shows an error: "Something went wrong."I can’t find a way to pay the original $42, and I’m not getting any response from support. The only available option is "Renew Subscription," which doesn’t fix the issue.Has anyone faced this or know how to solve it?Thanks in advance!

Hello,My goal:I want to listen to Instagram comments and automatically reply to users via Direct Message (DM).The problem:According to Facebook's official documentation, an Instagram Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page to subscribe to the Instagram Webhook.However, most of our users do not have a Facebook Page, and I don't want to force them to create one. They only have an Instagram Business account.My questions:Since ManyChat is a Meta partner, you likely have access to private APIs that allow users to authenticate via Instagram Login without needing a Facebook Page.Do you offer a white-label Instagram integration? Hi everyone, 😎I'm seeking assistance regarding a scenario with my Manychat bot's Live Chat feature. Here’s the process I'm working with: A user requests human support through the bot. Human support responds via Live Chat. After resolving the user's issue, human support closes the ticket. The ticket status is updated to "Closed." My question is:Is there a built-in trigger or event in Manychat that activates once a Live Chat ticket is closed by support? If not, are there recommended workarounds to detect this event so that I can execute subsequent automation actions?Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

 i want to ask about contacts in the manychat, as you can see, my contacts are 12k. We paid manychat automation depending on the number of contacts, as i know, the contacts that saved into our account are needed to followup or chat blast, how if we delete all the contacts here ? are we gonna pay less ?

Update Sept 16: This issue has been resolved Hi Manychat family,Private messages are being delivered as blank or not showing up in DMs for some of the IG users. This issue is beyond our control and requires intervention from the Meta team. We are looking into many similar reports at this time and have already escalated this issue directly to Meta. I’m trying to create an automation to collect information from the user but apparently the automation stopped working in the middle. See the screenshots below. One user reached the step “Condition #1” but then no one reached any steps after it. Neither the true step triggered nor the false one. I thought it might be the messaging window problem, I checked the variable for this user and its value is empty. I’m not sure what this means.

Hi. Is it possible for ManyChat automation to read the previous messages of a user and determine if certain information is available like their name? Currently I have a basic automation that triggers when someone sends me a DM, I ask for their name. But in case I have talked to that person previously and they have provided their name, I don’t want the bot to ask for it again.

Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Can someone give me a definitive answer on if manychat works with collab posts and can do this? To be clear we are the collaborator, not the original poster. Thanks!

Hi! I have deleted my old automations and have updated new ones for DM replies and Instagram comment for Dem reply to a keyword but for some reason, people are still getting the old automation with an old link and I can’t even find where that automation is because it doesn’t exist in my flow of automations when I check all of them. Any ideas?

Hi, I keep getting this warning in manychat “TikTok automations are disabled for you due to regional limitations”, how can I fix it? I would really appreciate your support

I have recently noticed that when I visit the settings of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, there is no option to remove the ManyChat account channel. I suppose this is a recent change that occurred at the platform level, but now I am left with the question of how I can unlink a social network from my ManyChat account. 

I am finding out that not everyone that comments the keyword isn't getting the automation. It is showing on my end that they have it. but they aren't getting it. 

Edit. Solved! see first comment. Hello The default reply with Facebook doesn’t work. I can trigger a keyword reply just fine, but after I set up a default reply it get’s marked “disabled”. I have a Pro Plan. Did I make a mistake?  Thank you!  

Hello,My Instagram bot keeps the previous message. For example, if I don't reply immediately but later, my bot responds with the same message as the previous response. However, once the conversation is engaged, it starts working correctly again.   I used the same workflow as in this post: Thank you for your help.

Im launching an email campaign and have added 102 contacts to the sequence- including one of my own test email address, but it doesnt look like its running. I have received an email on the test email address but It looks like it was sent to just 3 people out of the 102 in total. What am i missing? Screenshots of sequence below: Thanks for the help in advance.  

Okay so, we’ve been working on an automation for a client where we connect a certain promotion created from Business Manager to Manychat in order to gather leads, we’ve followed all of the process and it’s fairly easy but we we encountered an error that we cannot fix, following the documentation we get stuck here:  -In the “Select Partner App” Step we see this as the next step to take but we get the message “No partner apps connected” even though a user with admin permissions from the clients BM already made the integration to Facebook themselves, what can be happening? we already connected and disconnected the integration and updated the permissions but no result, can you help us?
