Hi, I’m new to ManyChat and have an automation that I think is working, but I’m getting this error type message asking if I want to have my message #1 be the reply to comments when I try to update. I don’t want that, but it’s still showing my automation as unpublished. I duplicated it from another automation, and it’s also still showing the old message until I click edit and then it shows update version. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!  

Hi everyone, I am setting up a competition for the first time and  I am struggling to connect one step.In summary, users need to comment ‘rug’ to go into the automation. They then are explained the rules and need to enter their email. Once they write their email, how do I make that response the trigger for the rest of the funnel?It’s that bit I cannot seem to figure out. Help! Hoping the rest of it is correct too? Manychat is connected to both Insta and FB, and the Converstation starters are live/published, but they don’t show on either when people go to my DMs. How do I fix this, what do I need to look for?

I’m trying to integrate Manychat with Google sheet through Make or Zapier.I have a google sheet with dataI want to send a request through Make or Zapier to search for a keyword in google Sheet and then give me all the matching products in a dynamic cards.I’m stuck with getting the data back to Manychat the Json file is not being accepted  is there a better way or a video I can watch to get it done?​​​​​​​

Looking at the daily reports on the mobile app I see a very high average response time and I don’t think it should be that high.  How is average response time calculated?  Also - is there a way to see daily reports on the desktop? 

Hello! I'd like to know if it's possible (and how) to automate a message sequence (once the user replies to a story) only when they reply to the previous message sent.  For example, if the user replies “Yes” to a story, it triggers a message sequence including a first message that says “Hi Jacque, how are you? Do you have any experience in this field or not at all?” Then the second automatic message is sent when the user has replied to the first message. I don't want the user to have the choice between several answers already written, but to give his own answer so that the rest of the sequence follows. Is it possible to do this? If so, how? Thanks for your help.

I have set-up a sequence for WhatsApp and have put as a Trigger User Clicks a Link. However, when clicking the link it will only open the WhatsApp Chatbot but the sequence is not being sent. What could be the reason? How to solve this issue?

Hi! My many chat is not working for two weeks already. Im quite frustrated, have tried all the solutions I found online and the ones support gave me. Instagram and Facebook pages are properly linked, no payment problems, permissions updated and refreshed in the manychat app, logged out and in again. I don't know what else to do… any idea?

Hi Guys,I am to far down the line to turn back now. I am currently running Facebook ads to messenger the using many chats. I am from the UK and i cant seem to track when a message happens so i cant optimise the budget because Facebook doesn't track the messages. Has anyone got any work arounds or ways to make the Facebook ads track the messages from the campaigns? I would like to stay on messenger rather than using a landing page etcThank you in advance for any suggestions. 

Hi all, I’ve been running the automation for Instagram comments > messages. However, quite often, the recipient doesn’t get the message/link. I am assuming due to their instagram message settings. How do I get around this? Can I set up a follow up link? I’ve attached an example:

After connecting my ChatGPT API key (the basic version, not Pro) with Manychat to automate Telegram and configuring the automation correctly, I decided to put it to the test. The messages work fine, but I noticed that when the flow reaches ChatGPT, it doesn't respond to user questions.Does anyone know why? Do I need to have the ChatGPT Plus version for it to work properly?

Hi I am Debbie and am starting  new digital marketing business.  I have a new Instagram for a new business. I have a personal and established business FB for my older already existing company. I do NOT have a FB page for my new business as I plan to run it off IG. So I signed up for Manychat and cannot get my new Instagram set up. Only my old FB and instagram . There is no way to add my new one?  What do I have to do set up another New FB page for account to sign up?  I will appreciate any help I can get!Thank you,Debbie

Hello everyone.I've been using Manychat for only 2 days. It's working well, but I found a little issue that you probably came across before.I have an automation for Instagram Comments. The automation is working nicely (at least for a few contacts). It worked for a few users and with my tests as well. Will it really get deprecated soon?  Will it affect both Messenger and WhatsApp? Then how to follow up outside of 24hr if we want to have ongoing conversation throughout the entire CJM? Why Meta does this? On Telegram it is so nice to be able to send a message at any time. How can I achieve long-term conversations with customers that will buy like in a few months?
