Hello! I am an amateur in manychat. I will buy Pro Version but I want to make sure “List Message” is aviable on Pro Version, It does not appear in the testing version, not even the button, but i wacth video tutorials and is aviable. 

Hi everyone, I’d love some support <3Does anyone know how to create a message that after 2 mins if someone has not responded to a message, that the bot sends them a reminder automated message,  The way i have currently created this is 2 ways: for messages with no quick replies  (ie the question requires customer to type answer) there is a button called “if customer does not respond’ then added a message onto that, and then with quick replies (ie the question has multiple ‘buttons’ a customer can choose to press) on quick reply settings ive added a rule that after 2 mins - send an automated message  neither of these options are working in the instagram preview.  Has anyone got experience with this? 

Is there anyway to specifically make a trigger be just that word? For example, we have a trigger for ‘POSE’ and someone commented the surd ‘suppose’ so it triggered the message.. but are we able to just make it be that one word? 

Hi! New to Manychat - so we just tried with our first sequence on IG using keywords as triggers and that went well and so we want to replicate that for FB as well.When we tried to create an FB sequence, we had to connect FB and my client had to create a new Manychat account for that. So question is, is it possible to have the IG and FB in just one Manychat account? Or does it have to be separate for different channels? By the way, one the main account (with IG) FB is already connected but when I try to make an FB sequence, it doesn’t show options for FB. Thanks!

I'm new to Manychat, so I want to add Instagram as a channel. Every time I log in, I link Instagram, but when I want to connect and it says 'confirmed'. Then I get the same message to RETURN to connect. Continuously again. Instagram just doesn't connect. I don't know what to do. Who can help me or has the golden tip?

We want to use a single WhatsApp Business number to receive all messages and direct them to different departments within the company as needed. Can anyone confirm if Manychat can handle this efficiently with the PRO plan? Hello, I have trouble with manychat. My situation:I paid for pro on Arpil 29, 2024. And I have tried to delete my manychat account on the same day. (cancel subscription, Remove Team, Remove channels) and I got message. “You have canceled your subscription, it will end on May 26, 2024, after which you can delete your account.” <It means that can I use many chat until May 26? or it means that I have canceled my subscription, that’s why I can not use manychat anymore? Anyway, I log in the manychat and try to use it, but It does not work. My two IG accounts are visible but the connect button isn’t clickable. Should I subscribe again? And once I do, will I be able to reconnect my IG accounts to Manychat? My account is activate now. However, every connect, activate button are not activating now…… How can I do? I am troubling my business because of this problem… Please let me know how

Hi all!  So Sequences!  They are frustrating! I am trying to set up a relatively simple sequences that contains 4 newsletters (weekly newsletters for each week of the month of May) and I am certain that I know how to do that (set up a “Condition” node that looks at the date and time and sends out the relevant email when a new contact is tagged appropriately and subsequently subscribed to a sequence)…...but Manychat does not agree!  I have tested this with a few dummy accounts and, even though I have the first message of the Sequence set up as “Immediately” send, I don’t get an email immediately!  Instead, when you’re looking within Manychat at the dummy contact account (and trying to figure out what’s going on), all you get is a message that says:“New message from sequence:

Hi everyone!  Seeking help with sequences. Very new user here so hoping someone can lend me hand. I’ve set up a sequence and have roughly 200+ ‘subscribers’ which I manually subscribed. When I sent up a auto DM flow to drive people in our app, it's only fired out to 6 subscribers not all of them. I’ve set it up to send immediately, although still only sent to the 6 people. Can anyone let me know why it’s only going to such a small cohort?  Thanks so much!

I have 5 comercial agents that work from WhatsApp. Can my account have those 5 employees working simultaneously and receiving an equal number os leads? And can they have access to the other comercial agent’s leads?  Is there a tutorial video or blog post teaching how to do this?

I've noticed a recent change in the ManyChat dashboard where the Growth tool button is no longer visible on the left side. Consequently, I'm encountering difficulties when building a bot, particularly in following video instructions which now require an upgrade. Is there a new video tutorial available that explains the updated process for accessing the Growth tool?

Trying to update my flow but error shows up, and it saya “wrong root content”. What seems to be the problem?

 I'd like to find out if there's a way to add labels like these. With multiple customers messaging simultaneously, having labels like these would make it much easier to keep track of what stage I'm at with each client. 

Is it possible to start the automation by asking, “What’s the best email” without having a button the user needs to hit? I am attempting to bypass the “As comment reply,” but it won’t let me proceed without a button.
