 I see in my Manychat account that I have 100 subscribers. These are people I can see who have engaged with me via DM on Instagram but it says that they subscribed. Can someone please explain to me what this function is? I haven’t enabled a feature for someone to subscribe so I'm not sure how that's possible through my DM's. Also the subscribed contacts appearing in many chat don't include all of my DM's so I'm not sure how it's being filtered.  How do these contacts work on Manychat? Is there a functionality beyond just listing some of the people who DM’d me. 

How do I delete this unknown contacts? I’ve had them for more than 7 days now and I hate how I can’t do anything about it to remove them. I already refreshed everything. 

I just noticed that on the notification list on Instagram – under comments – the “message” button is missing all of a sudden. Anybody else experiencing this?

Are there any tips to not getting your IG account reported as spam with many chat automation? This is the second time in less than 10 days. It is gravely affecting my business. their only solution is don't use many chat but there has to be a way. 

Hi guys,I have a problem. I set up ManyChat today, followed all the instructions. I connected my Instagram account, but I can't add any automation because it keeps saying "Instagram channel is not active."Has anyone had a similar issue and could help me?I also tried to remove my Instagram channel, but after typing "remove" in the window and clicking CONFIRM, another red window pops up with the message "Something went wrong."Please help 🥺  

Hello, Can someone confirm if AI features suddenly stopped working today? My flows with smart triggers and AI steps are still not working.Is there any way to be informed of the status of these? I would like to know when they go down and back up again. Thanks!

I just joined Many chat because our Instagram and FB ads get a lot of comments for information. Instead of replying individually, we want to send them a message. I watched a bunch of tutorials on how to obtain the Json code but when it comes to actually finding the code, it’s not where it’s supposed to be. Do I need to create the campaign with the consideration being the message first? I have campaigns running but not with that consideration. Could that be why I can’t find it? When I do set it up, will it only work for people who click the ad? Or can I set it to work on people who comment? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I have an issue: I set two triggers to run the automation, but only one trigger works. The second trigger, 'new contact created,' does not work. I can manually create a new contact, and the automation count shows that the new contact add in the automation but not  runs and against the adds a new member.Attached a screenshot below:    

I am intensively testing ai step. I get pretty nice results, as my understanding of how to split information between goal, tasks, and context is increasing.However, once the ai step is a bit more complex than just asking for simple information, it happens a lot that it gets stuck. By stuck, I mean that in messenger, the conversation is still open because it does not go to next step, but it does not react anymore.What intrigue me is that in the playground, it never happens. It can ends the conversation too soon because of bad design in the context / tasks, but that is not what happens as it would go to next step in that case.Does someone know why it gets stuck and/or knows how to prevent that? And why it does not get stuck in the playground?

In the AI ​​step, it does not answer in the language the customer asks, sometimes it answers English in German and German in Turkish. How can I prevent this? Why does AI do this when there is only English training data in the training data?

Yesterday I had an issue with public replies being greyed out. I refreshed my IG connection and it was working…but now it lets me set it up but nothing actually sends today, on a new reel. My message automation works, just not the public comment replies.  also, if I accidentally deleted an entire automation, is there a way to restore it? 😫

How do I unlink my account? Someone linked a business account to manychat and now I can't use it

hello I’ve had the following message - ‘connection to this page was lost. The bot can no longer send messages to your contacts. To fix this, you need to refresh the page’s permissions’ Ive been clicking refresh permissions multiple times but it just keeps taking me back to the same pop up box saying I need to refresh permissions.   

For some reason the instagram permissions are lost for the account and have no idea what the problem is. We disconnected Manychat from the backend of Facebook and connected it again but its still not working. Is anyone dealing with the same issue?  

Everything is set up correctly but it just doesn’t work. The same flows work when the trigger comes by stroy reply, live reply or direct message but comment replies on reels and regular posts do nothing. I have sent a total of 3 tickets to support and I only get the same standard message, even though I have said in the ticket that I have already followed all those procedures.I have seen this thread  and I understand the issue may be out of Manychat team’s hands, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll cancel my pro account because I have no reason to pay for it.

Everytime someone dms me and it includes the keyword, the automated message is sent. How can I make it so that it will only send if the keyword is in the first message someone sends me on Instagram rather than every message? Thank you.

I tried to automatizaton my 1 reel and i failed. you have to help me where is the problem, i got i lot message pripare and i start with trigger “User comments on your Post or Reel” and after that send message to people. but not working. only working if someone send me message but under the reel when they comment, dont working my automatization. please help where is the problem. HERE IS MY SCREEN if you can see what i got set up. 

 What is meant by price per 1 conversation started ? is it when the contact click on a button from the template sent? or just by sending a template it will be counted as conversation started? 

I have a Manychat account that I have connected to make.com and open AI. The user sends a message to a phone number connected to manychat and they get a response through my open ai API. It works well. The text the user receives after sending their prompt or question is relevant but upon responding, manychat also sends the question or "prompt" back to the user along with the answer.  i have two automation flows set up. One is for when a user signs up and the other is for cyclical conversación with the user.  but when i run it, i continue to receive both the answer to my question and the question itself. the build is made using make.com and open ai’s chatgpt. Also this is for sms only, and not for instagram engagement or social media. I would appreciate any and all guidance thank you!

Hope you’re doing well!We currently saw that the messages on Instagram were not fully displayed.We were advised to insert a “quick reply” and then send the actual link as a second message when someone clicks on the quick reply. But..., I don't know how to set up this automation.. Can someone send me an instruction or describe how to set it up? Thank you!!
