Hi,I have set up an automated acknowledge for messages on Instagram, and every time “Automation powered by manychat” is added and I cannot remove it in my settings on manychat (or I haven’t found a way to do so).It just looks very unprofessional to me, if I send an acknowledge to clients I work with.I’ve seen other accounts use automation and they don’t have this extra comment added.Is there even a way to remove this notification, if I use a free account?If yes, please let me know if you know how to remove it. :) Thank you.Kind regardsTina 

I have a quick question about the recent Messenger update from March 4, 2020.I understand that if a user doesn't respond within 24 hours, bot messages aren't supported. I noticed there are two message options: within the 24-hour window and outside it. Will the second option meet our needs?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, all. My name is Eduardo, and I’m currently a developer for a small chilean agency that offers services to real estate companies.I’m trying to fetch external data from a CRM to populate a reply . There are indications that this is doable, but I’m stuck because there is not a dynamic block available as a WhatsApp reply. Is there any way to do this via an external request? I’m already formatting the data as the documentation for the dynamic block says, so I only need to show the response on the reply. Best regards, Eduardo.

Hi, Over the last 2 days, I have gotten comments on my posts for automation to send a DM. On the post, I can see I have comments, but when I open them, nothing appears. In my manychat, it shows 0% CTR so despite there being comments; the automation isn’t going through. Is this a manychat or Instagram issue? Thanks!

Last week my Meta account was hacked and the hacker deleted my FB Business page that is tied to manychat pro account.  Now my automations are not firing in Instagram.  This is costing me thousands of dollars a week in loss of sales.I created a new FB business page, but cant figure out how to switch out the old one that is gone (Says I dont have sufficent rights) because it doesnt exist. How to disable and enable my new business page?

Should I be managing all the accounts and new contact numbers directly, or is it standard practice for the client to create their own account and then grant me access? When I receive a message. Detect when you send a media message. I didn't see it in these options. When a user sends a media message, what should I write instead of the keyword? To detect the media message?

However, despite testing it with several accounts, I've noticed that it's not functioning as expected.Initially, it worked smoothly with my primary account, where I tested it by commenting on posts made by real individuals. However, even with the same account, I'm no longer receiving any messages in my DMs when I comment with the keyword "extract." I'm uncertain if there's a limitation on sending multiple links to the same person.Furthermore, when I tested the automation with other accounts, the outcome was the same - no messages were received upon commenting with the designated keyword.I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide on

I created an automation for Instagram and it says it's active but it's not working. Everything seems to be connected, I refreshed the page, deleted the video and re-uploaded and it still doesn't work. what could be the problem?

Hey guys, I've been trying to set a custom field using Make <> Manychat and it worked. But the problem is, the date format is not being set in the right format, because it looks like Manychat does not accept the formatting I chose and sent from Make. I found a way to format the button variable inside Manychat! But now my problem is, the button name using the variable custom field is not being accepted, it says: "Button Title is longer than 20 symbols", when it's really not. If I format with only Day in the date, it is still giving the same error message. Anyone here can help?

Hey! I made a flow of 4 questions to trigger when someone comments on post. For the first 2 questions, trigger worked well but not after that.  Last 2 questions are not being answered in messenger. I checked but it is not happening. How can it be done?
