I have a Manychat account that I have connected to make.com and open AI. The user sends a message to a phone number connected to manychat and they get a response through my open ai API. It works well. The text the user receives after sending their prompt or question is relevant but upon responding, manychat also sends the question or "prompt" back to the user along with the answer.  i have two automation flows set up. One is for when a user signs up and the other is for cyclical conversación with the user.  but when i run it, i continue to receive both the answer to my question and the question itself. the build is made using make.com and open ai’s chatgpt. Also this is for sms only, and not for instagram engagement or social media. I would appreciate any and all guidance thank you!

Hope you’re doing well!We currently saw that the messages on Instagram were not fully displayed.We were advised to insert a “quick reply” and then send the actual link as a second message when someone clicks on the quick reply. But..., I don't know how to set up this automation.. Can someone send me an instruction or describe how to set it up? Thank you!!

When I send a link to a Telegram group or my DM’s with the bot there is a pop-up when the user clicks the link. (see screenshot). I used a bot from a different company before, there was no such pop-up, the user instantly got redirected to the group/DMs. Is there a way to remove this pop-up on ManyChat for links to groups/Dms? Thank you! :) Screenshot

hey everyone Im using facebook ad for instagram messaging, I used engagement  for getting income customer requests. but  even my budget is reasonable im not converting . Does anyone knows if the engagement ootion is right choice. Or does the AI automation in my  Manychat flow has a conflict with fb policy ?  I tried it with awareness promote option but it didn’t give me the option to integrate with manychat . Hi,I have a flow that starts from the "offline world" lolImportant: this is a flow that someone can use from their phone or someone else.If I validate that the user is using the pre-registered number (it's a Whatsapp flow), when I use the {firstname} variable, it uses the value coming from the Whatsapp. But I do have on Manychat, via integration, the real name.So, if I validate the phone number, how can I correctly call my user using {firstname} and not her son's name or SuperQueen80?Thanks

HelloSay I want to create an automation with manychat, and when my user hasn’t responded in say 20 seconds I would like to ask him if he’s still there. If he’s not, we will wait 5 mins to ask him again, and if he still doesn’t answer we close the convo. But if he does answer we continue the flow. I tried to research how to implement such thing and couldn’t find anything. Does anybody have any idea?

I configured my manychat flow but after the user clicks on the first message button, the flow stops and no longer sends any of the pre-established messages.  Can someone help me?I really didn't want to have to shorten the flow process, because the messages are very strategic. It doesn't make sense to cut it and make it small to fit just one message

Hi everyone, I've set up an automation for Fb ads for IG for my webinar. This is an automation 'user clicks on ad'. I made and saved the funnel before the ad. But in Facebook Ads manager it seems to work, but in real life with the IG ad, it doesn't work.When people press the buttons within the app, the second message doesn't come forward from Manychat.How can I fix this?I already tried with a second automation that should only trigger when 'user sends a message that contains the same words'. But then it also doesn't sent the other message.Does somebody know this problem? And knows the solution? Thanks in advance!!

I have connected Manychat to Telegram and built an initial flow. I would like to add commands to the Telegram menu, but it seems the option isn’t available in Manychat anymore. Does anyone have an idea whether it’s possible?PS: I saw some older Youtube videos where the option was there, but I don’t see the menu option for Telegram in the current MC version. 

I am building a WhatsApp chatbot automation , where user will input mobile number and an external http request (POST Request) will be called , In the response api will deliver the pdf link (pdf will be different for each mobile number basically its the invoice of services against that mobile number).I am getting download link  successfully but instead of sending user download link , i directly want to send PDF
