I have posted a reel on Instagram & forget to add automation in prior!I got 100+ comments .Now I want to send a message to all the comments on that  I got on reel !Is it possible to reply to existing comments?

Hello! I am new to ManyChat and I watched all the tutorial videos they provided. I still cannot figure out how to attach a keyword trigger to a facebook reel? I tried pasting the specific link to the post and it said invalid (which it is not)? Also, I attached my instagram acount to my many chat account but cannot get it to show up to be able to attach automations to it 😣 HELPPPPP a girl out please :)

Just saw this one while editing my flows and saw one that would be affected by this. Any news posting where I can read this or reasons why this is being changed?

I’ve been eager to learn from igsummit.com after purchasing the courses offered there.However, I get malware & riskware warnings from many anti-virus and protection softwares and websites.What is this issue really about? Will it ever be fixed?  

It seems that every time someone messages me on IG, it automatically adds them as a contact. This really takes up a lot of space, and I get charged more and more every month as these are contacts that I don’t do anything with, unless they enter into my automation, but not all of these contacts are being automated. Would love to hear and see if there is a switch off BUTTON for adding a contact? Unless they enter through my automation. Thanks guys! :)

Hi! Just curious as to the threshold for how many links can be sent in an hour/minute. When I have reels do really well and many link requests right away, it always stops working properly and I was just curious as to whether there is a cap set on how many dms can be sent per minute. Thanks. 

I have so many customers whose numbers are duplicated based on their mobile numbers. How do I remove duplicates?

I find it frustrating to search for a contact while in manychat whatsapp, even more frustrating is changing a contacts name.  It does not make sense that I cannot change a contacts name if they initiated the conversation while i can change the contact name if I saved the contact first with my desired name then contacted him/her  Anyone can help

I'm integrating manychat with gpt and it sometimes gives me long replies and ends up cutting off the message when it arrives in Instagram's DM. This can be resolved. The cut message is meaningless and I didn't want to give short answers.

The function doesn't work for me. I have it activated. I have several clicks on my advertisements and the messages are not sent to them. I suspect it has something to do with that 4. Does anyone know anything about it?

I think this should be straightforward, but I can’t figure out how to do it…I basically want to have a random reply to an comment on my Instagram posts. So, somebody comments, I want a store of 7 or 8 standard replies, and I want to randomly reply with one of those…I just want to reply to the comment - I don’t want to DM, I just want to reply…Has anyone done this?

When I create automations that use buttons I noticed that I would sometimes get messages that said “Get Updates”. It turns out the button text defaults to "Get Updates" on desktop. It seems to work fine on mobile for now so I’ll direct customers there. Is there another way to fix this? Thank you!

I use the ManyChat API to receive information about my subscribers, chats, and tag updates. While I can obtain relevant information about the subscriber, I do not receive any information about who is responsible for the chat on the ManyChat side. For example, if I want to create a deal in CRM based on conditions in ManyChat, I need to assign the same manager responsible for the chat in ManyChat to the deal in CRM. How can I resolve this? I have checked the API documentation, but there is no information related to this crucial detail. I need help!
