IG DM Automation for Restaurants For Restaurant Marketers, are you getting any traction with Instagram Keywords?I’ve set up keywords like: Order, Menu, Reserve, Gift Card, Directions, Hours & Specials to fire corresponding flows in DMs.Our Posts & Stories feature the Keywords as “Comment” or “Reply” CTAs.No one uses them!I know there’s a learning curve for Followers to understand they can do things like reserve tables in DMs -- so I’m interested if other restaurants are getting any traction with core/functional Keywords like these.On another note, keywords for giveaways & events do fine.Thanks for sharing your experience & any suggestions on how to make these functional keywords (order, menu, reserve, etc.) perform better are welcome! -Stewart
