Tengo un problema al agregar un suscriptor a traves de Make. Me arroja un error 404 indicando que no tengo autorización para agregar teléfono o Id de usuario. Sugiere ponerse en contacto con soporte para habilitar la opción pero no encuentro por ningún lado una comunicación directa con soporte.

However, we're now facing difficulty reconnecting this restored WhatsApp number with our ManyChat account.Has anyone experienced something similar or know what steps we might be missing?Any help or guidance on how to reconnect our WhatsApp number to ManyChat successfully would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone 👋I'm currently using Make to send a webhook response back to ManyChat with a JSON payload.For some reason, when sending boolean values (true or false), the values don't seem to register correctly once received in ManyChat. It’s says that this is not set, please I have tried everything , I don’t know what to do.This is the mapping: Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to ensure ManyChat properly recognizes boolean values sent via webhook from Make?I'd greatly appreciate any insights or solutions you could share.Thanks! 😊

Hi,More and more automation is causing me the same problem. About 70% of contacts who start the automation don’t see the button with the link and drop out!Where is my mistake?Thank you!

I had around 900ish contacts before, and I started deleting and unsubscribing in order to decrease them. It went all the way down to 504 contacts but it wouldn’t go any lower than that. I’ve unsubscribed every single contact I have but for some reason it just didn’t go below 500.This is frustrating because I want the $15 dollar plan for having below 500 contacts. After some time my contacts went back up to 688. I unsubscribed all of them again but the number didn’t decrease at all and remained at 688.What is going on? please help  

I have my WhatsApp number linked and verified, everything is in order, and the ManyChat application itself tells me that they cannot send the message and I should contact support, but I cannot find a direct chat and I don't know what to do. Would it be better to connect another number from scratch?

Hola, desde hace dos días me registre en una nueva cuenta con manychat, he tenido otras anteriormente , pero me cree esta nueva porque es un nuevo negocio, vincule un whatsapp con el numero que da la aplicación gratuita, y me encuentro con la sorpresa que manychat no me deja enviar mensajes, yo si puedo recibir y todo, lo que no me dejan es enviar los mensajes, no entiendo porque es primera vez que me pasa, pues ya tengo otras cuentas y jamás había tenido problema, el mensaje que me aparece es este No se pudo enviar el mensaje

For example, messages like a welcome message or a notification that their booking received a new review.I've been trying to do this with ManyChat, but I'm a bit confused about the correct setup.Do I need to make sure each user is subscribed to my ManyChat account first? If so, should I check whether the user is already subscribed before sending the message?Since I already have an active system with active clients, what would be the best way to handle this?I originally thought I could trigger an automation when ManyChat receives a webhook, but I couldn’t find a way to create or listen to a webhook in ManyChat.Also, I noticed that you can’t use an external request as the first step in a flow — only after another step.Any help

Why isn’t the automation firing when I message the keyword?I’m using the ‘out of the box’ automation template just to test this.When I message the keyword “video” nothing happens. I have another automation working when they comment on a post… that runs the workflow and sends the initial message - however clicking the button then doesn’t send the next message… nothing happens.Everythign is working fine with FB Messenger. It’s just the IG that’s the issue.I’ve tried disconnecting IG and starting over from scratching reconnecting the account etc. All the meta settings have manychat as the receiver - However I’m wondering about this… the Instagram receiver only gives me “manychat” as the option and not the Manychat-IG (IG App)… could that be something?

Nowhere can I find an explanation regarding the differences among these 3. (I am very new to ManyChat and using Messenger, so please be kind. 🙂)To me they all seem like variations of FAQs. Hi everyone, I really need help with my Manychat Pro subscription. I’m a tech influencer with 792K+ followers on Instagram, and my March bill was $42.The problem is — my card's auto-pay limit was set to $39, so the payment got declined. I quickly updated my card limit, but now I’m stuck. Whenever I try to renew the subscription, it only tries to charge me $15 (as if I’m a new Pro user), and then it shows an error: "Something went wrong."I can’t find a way to pay the original $42, and I’m not getting any response from support. The only available option is "Renew Subscription," which doesn’t fix the issue.Has anyone faced this or know how to solve it?Thanks in advance!

They only have an Instagram Business account.My questions:Since ManyChat is a Meta partner, you likely have access to private APIs that allow users to authenticate via Instagram Login without needing a Facebook Page.Do you offer a white-label Instagram integration? Human support responds via Live Chat. After resolving the user's issue, human support closes the ticket. The ticket status is updated to "Closed." My question is:Is there a built-in trigger or event in Manychat that activates once a Live Chat ticket is closed by support? If not, are there recommended workarounds to detect this event so that I can execute subsequent automation actions?Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

 i want to ask about contacts in the manychat, as you can see, my contacts are 12k. We paid manychat automation depending on the number of contacts, as i know, the contacts that saved into our account are needed to followup or chat blast, how if we delete all the contacts here ? are we gonna pay less ?
