Hello, this is the part of my automation. So, there’s a ‘Send Message’ step at the end of the automation, its count is ‘1’, which means it already sent a message to a user. There’s a ‘Insert Row’ step that is 2 step before the ‘Send Message’ step and its count is ‘0’. Is there anyone who can explain how these automation is skipping a step?

Im trying to setup ice breakers on whatsapp to get our leads to redirected to a curtain flow.The button(s) show up in the chat, but they are not clickable. Also the text bar on WhatsApp is gone whenever the ice breakers are on. This is on my device but also a few others.Please help

Hi,I want to create an automation that sends an auto-reply to customers who contact me on WhatsApp. I can set the default reply to trigger with every message the user sends, or once every 24 hours.However, I would like the auto-reply to be sent every time a user stops interacting with me for more than 2 hours.Is this possible? Hi Community, I’m assisting a customer who is trying to integrate an existing WhatsApp for Business (phone number )with ManyChat. However, after attempting the integration, the number was blocked, and they are unable to unblock it. The reason for the block is unclear, and unfortunately, WhatsApp has not responded to the support tickets we submitted."Phone Number has been blocked. Please check alert prompt in WhatsApp Manager Overview or follow instructions in Account Quality"I can't see any notification or flag when I go to Account Quality.Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I have setup a automation for instagram where a word trigger from a post is suppose to be replied with a message with a link.Unfortunately I cannot get it to work. I have gone trough all the steps in troubleshooting and tried to read through the forum to find a sollution, but I am stuck.Here is my automation: Worth mentioning that when I first created this automation, I already had a automation setup that had the same keyword and where suppose to work with all posts. I have deleted that one now, and created this one from scratch. It is the only one active right now.Also, I have a trial pro subscription. And I have not connected any facebook page to my instagram or manychat. But that shouldn`t be necessary in the latest version, should it?

Hello, I created 2 chatbots to respond to my Instagram and Messenger DMs. My problem is that every time someone sends me a message, the chatbot replies with a default message like: "Hello! How can I assist you today?" instead of responding directly to the DM. I’ve searched through the different settings and even instructed the chatbot to reply directly, but this issue persists. Do you know how to permanently remove this default message?

Morning. For some reason my manychat is not showing all messages in live order.  I can see the contact being added as a subscriber and the message on my instagram page but it doesnt show in my unnasigned. If I search it I can find the message in manychat and its only when i message them that it pops into manychats chats in time order. Anything I need to do?

Hello everyone, I am new to Manychat so I apologize in advance for the question I am going to ask.I've been using Manychat for a week now, and it helps me a lot to automatically send download links of my designs to my followers, so I upgraded to Pro today.The reason I switched to Pro was the Smart delay feature, because my a Reel video on instagram, which I used Many chat, was watched 57.6K and many people wrote the word I specified as a comment to get the download links, a few days later Instagram deleted it as Spam with a warning like below. For this, I have to add a little delay time to comment replies and DM messages. I couldn't find the delay setting in the settings of the automations I had set before, 

 I’ve created new webhooks in make.com but I can’t see them in manychat…  

Hello everyone, I am using Google Sheet Integration with Instagram automations. I am collecting some information on Instagram and inserting or updating columns in Google Sheet. Sometimes related columns are totally mixing up by ManyChat integration. I am looking-up the row by Contact Id which is given by the ManyChat system field, I think it should just work fine. I am waiting for some help on this, thanks. As you can see from the screenshot below that some text are written in the Phone section, which is not how its setted. 

I am using external requests. and when I test the request everything is fine. I want to do the response mapping like the document explained here:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281285374364-Dev-Tools-External-requestbut  I get nothing in Select Custom Field when I type in $.all_users[0].name in JSONPath.btw my generated response is: {"all_users":[{"id":1,"name":"Alice"},{"id":2,"name":"Bob"}],"current_time":"2025-02-17 14:30:00"} Would my JSONPath be wrong? or there must be another issue?

On other channels like WhatsApp or Messenger I can access audi messages from the URL field but I think it’s impossible with Instagram. Am I missing something? Messenger: Instagram: 

So i got over the learning curve in my personal opinion. I figured out that Manychat has a 10sec wait limit when you send data through a webhook and response. FINE. Then i found a helpful post how to workaround this, which meant breaking my flow but i had to create a new flow with a trigger that if custom field changes it should send a message. Very helpful thank you.  However i stumbled upon another problem is that when message is received tag is added custom field is updated correctly but still message is not sent and I would like to know why. Why does it work and then suddenly stop randomly 😫😭 i just want to be able to send a message.   and here you can see that the same thing happens but message is sent

Hey everyone! We are having trouble with our flow on Instagram. We have created a flow where people can dm us off a story the words “level up” and we want to send them an email after.  We have the automation setup where we have tagged them and separated them from all contact but cannot figure out how to blast off the emails without “sending a broadcast.” We want it to send the email out directly after they opt in.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  -Brayden
