What does this mean?This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply"

When i respond with a trigger word i get a message. I click the link but continuously get ManyChat server not safe. Can anyone help me here. I’ve turned of my phone, updated everything and cleared cache. This is really stopping me from getting on and no one can tell me why when I never had a problem UNTIL I started using manychat myself!     

Many followers are complaining they are not receiving my automations but they are in the string and i have refreshed permissions.  Why are they not seeing them?

My virtual assistant (a human) is trying to login to my account via Instagram. It sends her an error message (see attached). When she tries to connect via meta business suite, it sends me a request, and prompts me to log in. I log in and nothing has changed. 

I suddenly started getting this error on Manychat even though my Instagram is working perfectly fine and the backend connection seems alright as well. Is this happening with others or it has to do something with my account?  

Hi. This is happening a lot lately, when the leads comments the keyword in an Instagram publication, the automation does not work, they only get a blank message. Is there anything we can do to fix this?

hello, it’s been one day since I subscribed with 99.9$ plan just for setting an automations response on DM (without conditions) for anyone comment on my post on Instagram, for one day every things is allright but today when i create a new simple automations and when I want to turn on the trigger the message pups up saying to me “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.Upgrade To Pro” when I already in the Pro mode, please help me to solve this.

Hi community,I recently started using Manychat and I've run into an issue with an automation I've set up. The automation is set to trigger when the users comment on a post and the reply is sent via message. I added an action to count the number one by one and then followed a condition saying 200 or less. So for the first 200 people it is supposed to give one message and after 200 people sign up, it's supposed to give an alternative message. Even after the desired count(i.e.200) , I am receiving the same message which the first 200 people are supposed to receive. The automation is not taking into account the number limit I had given.Any idea on how I could rectify this? Thanks

Hi All, I have a 200 promo codes in Excel. How can I automated sending my users that unique codes for unique users? For example i have a quizz, and first 200 users, who won that quizz I must send a promo codes, and in my Excel automatted mentioned that codes are expired. Thnaks for advice.

I just signed up for ManyChat a few days ago and posted my first instagram comment to dm automation, but believe I will get more than 500 replies within the next few days, and technically my next pro billing date isn't for at least 10 days. Since I did the pro trial will I just automatically start getting charged for the additional contacts, or because I’m under trial period will I just be limited to 500 contacts? Any insight greatly appreciated.

It looks like the Manychat team is not testing before updating their live server! So the User Input (a premium option) with multiple choice quick replies is now creating a messy horizontal scrollbar in Facebook. To clarify I’m not playing with toy phones, I’m on a proper desktop browser. The right-most arrow points to where the third quick reply link in, not wrapped to the next line.Where is the bug reporting supposed to be done?

My client wants me to make three primary automations, all three need to collect basic information like the person’s name and phone number. Well, each primary automation has it’s own Google Sheet.I want to avoid having to manually recreate the steps to collect basic information for every single automation because he wants all the data stored in specific Google Sheets.I’m a programmer, it’s just a programming variable. The whole point is I’m collecting the exact same contact information regardless of the automation though it all has to go in to the (same named columns) of each relative Google Sheet.Is this possible or am I stuck having to manually do everything repetitiously?

Hi, i’m struggling to take into account the first message of a new customer contacting me as a user input so I can trigger chatGPT directly to know its intention. I know there is an AI plan in Manychat allowing to get the intention of a message but isn’t there a way to put the *first message* in a variable so I can answer him in a smart way? I could use the “message contains...” feature but I prefer by far asking chatGPT to classify the intention himself. If a user sends me “Hello i’d like to know your prices”, I’d like to take into account his very first message to start the automation instead of telling me to write a message that I can then classify with chatGPT (which I can do thanks to user input). Thanks a lot!

I would like to configure ManyChat to respond with multiple messages, similar to how a human would. For example, ManyChat would first send "Hello," then follow up with "How are you doing?" and finally, "How can I help you?"—even if the client hasn't responded yet.Instead of sending "Hello, how are you doing? How can I help you?" in a single text message, I want these to be sent as separate messages.Thank you for your assistance.
