Newbie here and in Canada, so Tiktok integration works for me! Although indeed, my followers have to DM me my keyword to get my freebie, I was still able to set up an automation to deliver same. Looking forward for you to unlock the option for the followers to “reply with comment” like Instagram and Facebook (I’m crossposting 1 piece of content on all platforms), it would be much easier and of course I wouldn’t have to put a special note on Tiktok that they have to DM me the word ;) Much thanks for everything!

I have connected to 2 different Manychat accounts using 2 different Google accounts. Everything works fine on one account, but on the other Manychat only shows me a portion of the posts and reels I have posted there.

i am new here so forgive me, however my issue is that i (IG business account) manually wrote to another user and then hoped that the reply from the user would be captured by manychat so that i can reply to it via manychat unfortunately manychat did not even trigger its as if there was no message at all that was sent. What am I missing

I would like to configure a message to automatically respond to my user after he sends a file via WhatsApp, something like "your file was received successfully", the problem is that by default, when waiting for a file to be sent, manychat forces the success condition as an action, and as far as I know... it is not possible to continue the flow after an action. 

English: The linked Instagram account only shows a fraction of the posts that were created there on ManyChat. I had previously linked another Instagram account, and everything was there.I also can't seem to get a previously used link out of the system, no matter how often I do it again and the link is there correctly.Thank you for your support. I am developing a Manychat IG conversational AI, connected to Make.com, in order to be able to set appointments. At the end of the Manychat flow, there is an action to call Make.com, and in the Make.com scenario, I am retrieving the users response (a date and time in the Manychat calendar), and adding the appointment to Google Calendar. At the end of the scenario, I am supposed to send a message to Manychat. The scenario is perfectly run in Make.com, it says the message has been sent to Manychat, but in my IG chat, I don’t receive it.  I have done the same for FB and it works, the message is sent to Manychat and I receive it in my FB chat. I don’t know what could be the main issue. As the number of contacts increases, the fee we pay every month increases and these contacts are of no use to me. I didn't even open it and look at it once. The quality of my number connected to Manychat (the one I use for WhatsApp onboarding) has gone down. I won’t send the welcome flow anymore, but I’d like to at least tag the new contacts, so that I can contact them later.Is that possible or would it possibly make the whole number be blocked?Thank you!(context: I’m in the middle of a launching campaign, so we’ve been receveing thousands of contacts everyday. Despite all the good practice, some still report our number).

I want to define a date type data entry but I can't see the option even though I already have the custom field created of date type.

We receive a lot of comments under posts, Manychat sets the info directly, replying to comment on post and sensing info via Messenger. When attempting to connect TikTok to Many chat, I received a message stating that TikTok isn't available in my country. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution for linking Many chat to the TikTok platform?I live in the US

Hey folks,we are using a lot of external request with a REST API and we want to see or work with the error codes of the http status.For instance, if everything is fine, we get an http 200. When we have a internal server error from the rest backend we get an http 500 for example and want to send an error message to the chat. Currently our workaround would be sending the error message in a valid json back, which is not intended to be done in REST Calls. Because its not 100% possible in every use case.So we want to have access to the http status while designing the flows and react with conditions to the flowThanks and best regardsMarc

Hey, I would love anyone’s advice or suggestions on this. I received my ManyChat bill, which had increased because I had supposedly gone over the 500-contact limit and was now being charged for the next tier. However, I know I do not use it enough to reach that limit. When I checked my contacts, they were all fake and not real users. As a result, I have been charged for a whole month based on this, and I had 808 fake contacts. I have now deleted these, but how do I prevent this from happening again? Can they be blocked? Also, how can they increase my bill without checking with me first or giving me the option to review and remove fake contacts beforehand?
