Hi team, My understanding is that Manychat will ONLY connect with page, not profiles. Is that right?Secondly, Messenger Kids will only connect with profiles, right?We are launching a membership for kids around healthy eating, and if the parents give permission, want to provide the education and content directly to the children (without any option for them to upgrade or spend money or anything of the sort). I want to find a way to make this work. I need DM automation help for Instagram.The automation starts with a keyword trigger to a post/reel and a response that says "just confirming you want blah blah blah - with a button that confirms the trigger"The person pushes the button which triggers them to say the button text. Which then triggers another message that says "okay just drop your best email below so I can send you the link"The person responds with their email.That's where I'm stuck. Once they respond back with their email, what is the automation step that recognizes they have responded with their email and then another IG message triggers with some text and a link to the thing you're wanting to send them for next steps.Simplified:Message: confirming you want blah blah blah with button text that says "yes" >> person pushes button which triggers a "yes" message from them in DMs >> auto message sends "okay just drop your best email...">> person provides their email in DMs >> ___________I don't know

Hello, what I currently need the most help with is whether it's possible to automatically send follow-up messages if a lead doesn't respond after 23 hours and 59 minutes. Attached is the current script we're using, which should remain the same without any buttons, etc., just with an automatic follow-up. Is that possible? Important: I don't want to use any buttons.If not, what would be the minimum number of buttons that would need to be added? 

I’m concerned if thousands of users trigger my automation on a reel on Instagram and comment “live” which triggers my comment reply and dm with a link, it will get rate limited. Can someone at ManyChat confirm that I will not get rate limited if thousands of people comment “live”?

Instagram ai automation did not save answers user field and did not answer when reply came over 24 hrs. 

It would be amazing if we could capture the keyword that triggered an automation.For example, if you have multiple keywords you can see which one was used. If we have a keyword trigger like begins with or contains (let's say the key word is MENU and someone sent MENU123. We can get and manipulate MENU123 in different ways...) we could get the whole thing and manipulate. This can open a world of opportunities for us.

If I get my opt-ins on a HubSpot form along with consent to text people on HubSpot do I still have to get their consent through my first ManyChat text to them? 

Hello, I am trying to create a button in ManyChat that, when clicked in instagram app, directs the user to my Instagram profile https://instagram.com/mik888em , specifically within the Instagram app itself, rather than opening the profile in a web browser((.The problem I'm facing in a ManyChat  button is that when I use a standard URL to my Instagram profile (e.g., https://instagram.com/mik888em), it opens the profile in a web browser instead of the Instagram app. This creates a less seamless experience for the user, as they have to log in through the web or manually open the Instagram app and search for my profile.Is there a way to configure the button in ManyChat so that when users click it, they are taken directly to my profile in the Instagram app?Thank you!

Good evening everyone!! I keep receiving the message “Invalid JSON; Variables are not defined.” I’ve used an already made template and used riplit to generate the url. When deploying the chatbot to instagram, I’ve got as far as creating the thread. The chatbot won’t go no further than the introduction. For example, after sending the trigger, it responds, then after I ask the question, no response. I’ve also attempted to enter a contact, but nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong, any suggestions? I also attempted to create the external requests from scratch but I keep running into the same error as I duplicate it.Not sure what I’m doing wrong. 

Hello, I want to stop my automation when I send a message from Instagram, is there a way to do that ?(ex: the bot is chattting with my client, and as some point i want to takeover the conversation, so i send a message from IG) I know it stop automatically if i send a message from ManyChat but I DON’T WANT THIS OPTION !So, is there a way to do that ?Or at least have access to the last message sent in manychat ? so i can compare it to the last message generated ? I.ve been having problems with the conversations being marked as closed once the flow is complete even though the last step is to move them to open. This causes our agents to get lost in the queue as they have to go back to all Closed Conversations and review all of them. Does anyone know how to fix it ?
