We are integrating ManyChat with Klaviyo and trying ManyChat fields to Klaviyo properties, for consent fields related to SMS and email.However we are having trouble ensuring that consent is correctly marked in Klaviyo when passing data from ManyChat

Currently I’m still testing the free version’s options and I’m concerned if you can define the phrase “Contact” for me.  Does the Free plan have unlimited contacts?Effective December 10, 2020, new Free accounts will be limited to 1,000 contacts which include all subscribed, unsubscribed, and deleted contacts.What happens if I reach the contact limit on my Free plan and don't upgrade to Pro?Once the threshold of 1,000 contacts is reached, account owners will no longer be able to send messages to their contacts through configured automations, Live Chat, or Broadcasts. If my goal is to send IG DM’s after sb leave particular comment under the post - how should I understand the limit. If it means that I can send unlimited dms to 1000 followers, or only 1000 DMs?

I’ve set uo an automation for a specific post or reel. When someone comments with a keyword, they get an automated response in their DM. It all worked fine, until the morning I responded to someone else's story with a keyword (another keyword then I use for my reel), and it sent MY automation to her. I’ve got a free account. 

I want to integrate Google Sheet, but it tells me that I have to be on Pro, and I'm still in free, and will be for 9 more days.The only place I found to end free trial early - Apply Coupon And Get Pro - requires adding a coupon code.Is there another way, or will you be giving me a nice coupon code😉?

Hello,I just set up my chatbot with:- If someone sends me a DM with keywords- If someone replies to a video/RealFor example, I put the word "hi" to send a message.Let's say that today, he sends me a 'hi', my bot will send him a message and do the whole process. But if tomorrow he sends me a "hi", it will restart.How can I make the loop only happen once?Same, if he replies to one of my videos and sends me a DM afterwards, the bot will launch twice.I would like the loop to only happen once and I can't find it.Thanks

Hi, I'd like to learn more about how to create a welcome message for Instagram via contact events. I'm having doubts about sending an automatic message when someone becomes a new follower. Mi pregunta es será que el inconveniente es porque la cuenta a un esta en prueba gratis? solo funciona en cuenta Pro de manychat?Muchas gracias estaré atenta si alguien por favor puede ayudarme  

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my automation. The automation itself is running smoothly, but there’s a problem with the link it sends to customers. When they click the link, it doesn’t work. However, I’ve tested the link multiple times outside the automation, and it works perfectly.I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps:  - Reconnecting the automation.  - Activating and deactivating it.  - Refreshing permissions.  - Re-pasting the link and double-checking its functionality outside of the automation.  I’ve even tested it across multiple Instagram pages by running the automation, and the issue persists—the link just doesn’t work within the automation.  This is costing me a lot of sales. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?  

I want a way to connect WhatsApp to Manychat while I can keep using the app, it’s important to my client to keep connected to the app, so is their a way to keep it?

Using Messenger, I’m creating an OTN to contact my subscribers outside the 24-hour window. My understanding is that I need to use the Messenger List feature. I’d like to customize the text of the subscribe button, but I haven’t found a way to do so. I’ve checked all tutorials, but they refer to the "Flow" feature, which I believe is no longer supported. Has anyone here had success automatically importing new subscribers from manychat to Beehiiv? Im wanting to use Zapier to zap these emails into Beehiiv but somethings not working. I created an automation where the user receives pre-defined messages and is then directed to an AI service. But normally the user arrives sending more than one message and the trigger activated by (if the message contains: a, e, i, o, u) is activated 2 times or more sending the pre-defined messages more than once. I would like to know how to temporarily disable the trigger after user input so as not to receive duplicate messages.Add as many details as possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier for others to reply

Does this mean the second message and third etc in a sequence can be promotional?

Hello, i’m trying to send an automatic message everytime i receive a DM on my IG profile but it seems there’s no option such this.I can only select the trigger “send message” and then select a keyword that activate the trigger…?? How is possible? Thank you.

How does ManyChat work when collecting emails? We would love to set up a funnel where “you put your best email” and our freebee will be sent straight to their email. Instead of sending them a link to sign up to our Freebee, they will automatically be opted in. Is this possible? Can this work with our platform Groove CM?

On the page of my bot on Telegram it shows nicely the Title and a profile pic, but it also shows the word "bot” below the title.Elsewhere - like on Manychat and Botfather - I see the number of subscribers.How to replace the "bot” by number of subscribers?

From what I understand, both deleting and unsubcribing a contact have a similar effect: once done, they’re no longer an active contact and you don’t have to pay for their presence in your base. However, when you delete a contact you lose them permanently, while when you unscribe them you still have their infos, but you can no longer send them messages.Which of the two options do you use the most? Which one usually works best for your strategy? Or are differences too irrelevant?Thanks.

Hi please see image below which is my chatgpt prompt when I replied yes the ai replied “Got it let me know how I can assist you :)” I then replied yes again and didn’t get a message back. where am I going wrong please
