Has anyone been having issues with Ad Leads being added to ManyChat? I’ve been running ads with a keyword and the lead would either type the key word or click the button, and the automation would begin. But since Monday only Ad Leads aren’t being added to my manychat. They don’t get the automation, nor can I manually start the automation since they aren’t a contact in ManyChat.However when I test my automation through other accounts that don’t follow me and they type the keyword it works. So the automation works only for people that don’t come from ads (and again it was working before). Any ideas / help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Andrew

Why have us pay for a pro account when we can’t get timely help from support? 😡Why is it so hard to find links for support? And when you do find the link - it’s broken! 

The automation keeps triggering again when the customer gets to the end of it and writes what's his question. Is there any way of stopping it? 

I created a new account yesterday, IG connected no problem. I set up my first automation yesterday, and tested it with a static post from a while back. Worked beautifully.Today I went to set up a new automation for a Reel I was about to post and I selected the “Next Post or Reel” option for the trigger. I used the same trigger words, replies and links from the last automation so I know the text/copy/flow should all be good. It didn't work – no automations are sending.I tried editing the previously successful automation from yesterday and adding a new trigger so that anyone who comments the same keywords on any post gets the reply, but it's still not working. Even the automation that was working yesterday on the static post isn't working. None of them are working.I tried refreshing the connection permissions multiple times. Still nothing.Can anyone help? I specifically tested it yesterday so that I wouldn't run into this issue today as this was a really important post for me to launch.

People are commenting on my reels and I have the auto responses set up, it’s not working suddenly and hasn’t been all week. Help!

Anyone with this issues?Contacts are not being created and also aumations are not responding triggers.

Hello, I am trying to connect my whatsapp to an openai assistant as a chatbot to converse with using custom knowledgebase. But the problem is in the POSt requests are not working with me. After i save the conversation thread and the user responses in their variables, I try to send it via post request in json format to my application url, but i get this error: <!doctype html><html lang=en><title>500 Internal Server Error</title><h1>Internal Server Error</h1><p>The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.</p>

Is it necessary to verify your business from meta in order to use whatsapp automation ?I’m working with a remote matketing agency and the verification requires them to submit a utility bill which ofcourse they cannot provide. 

I have the keyword comment to DM setup for instagram, and some people's settings do not let them receive DMs"This account can't receive your message because they don't allow new message requests from everyone."Instead of replying to their comment "sent! check your dms!" can manychat recognize that they can't receive messages and send a different replay "I can't DM you, you can check the link in my bio"?I've seen one creator do this, not sure if he's using manychat.

I’ve tested an automation that worked perfectly on iPhones, but it keeps duplicating buttons from other steps when on an Android phone. And for the same phone the buttons keep changing for the same steps. What’s wrong and what should I do? There’s nothing wrong on the steps I created.

There seems to be a problem with the live chat dashboard, where conversations that have been assigned do not appear on the dashboard.no filters work here.This only appears on the mobile application,is there any solution for this?? 

Hi so I’ve been looking at videos to set up automations to have those quick reply’s on my reels or post with the keyword I have like example: they type the keyword than id like for the automation to reply “Sent pls check your DM!”……..Then they’ll get a dm with the link but I don’t know how to get those reply’s to the keyword does anyone know pls.

FAQs and a chat bot that loops back to itself when trying to open a ticket?… fantastic. I would like to know about the main issues with this app as we are using SendPulse and it is giving us message and automation issues. Apparently this app is partnered with Meta?What I did is rebuild our entire flow from SendPulse into ManyChat. But we are not going to ‘shift’ to this app without understanding its application and use in terms of what we need. Also, I think our account is a professional account and it says in the pricing that technical support is available as an additional feature? I don’t see that anywhere. so, if someone could explain to me precisely where I can find support?According to my research this app experience problems just as SendPulse does with automated messages. So if someone from actual support can get back to me via my email, that would be fantastic because we are looking for a proper solution.  Thank you 

All day I have been creating an automation whereby I collect an email and phone number from the Dm’s and then trigger an outbound call once they’ve submitted their phone number, for this to work I used Make and Vapi. the only thing wrong now is an issue that lies in Manychat the numbers and emails that get collected don't register and it’s not sending the right data to Make to make the call can anybody help or advise with this issue, thank you!

Essentially, I need to ensure that when a user clicks on any buttons in the flow after the set date, the automation either:Displays a specific message indicating that the automation has ended, or Does nothing and prevents the flow from continuing.Has anyone tackled this issue before, or can anyone offer some guidance on how to set this up? Hello! Would like to create a flow to collect physical WhatsApp Leads.I've done it before for Facebook Ads sending them to Whatsapp, but not sure how to send people that are physically in the location... what would be the best way?Using a QR code? or a NFC chip? How can I differentiate the leads coming from different QR Codes in Manychat? Because nowadays I have a trigger when someone types anything. Should it be based on what they type? or is there another way to know when it is coming based on the QR code por example? TIA

Hi awesome community!I'm currently running ManyChat automations for my newsletter Instagram page about innovation news. I post every day with a different ManyChat automation for each news article. I've been running the automation for a month now. The first three weeks were great, with an increase in engagement, comments, likes, etc. The page was growing!However, in the last week, Instagram suddenly stopped pushing my reels to non-followers. Currently, my last videos haven't reached any non-followers...Has anyone else experienced this or knows what might be causing this problem?

Any pointers please..?I have a twilio number which is correctly connected to Manychat. I am also using the Textmagic sms platform to send outgoing SMS messages which include a ‘Keyword’ which should trigger a Manychat SMS flow.The process has worked several times up until today.  When the required Keyword is entered into the reply SMS message, instead of triggering the Manychat SMS flow, another SMS message (not initiated by the flow)  is sent to the sender which reads “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”.It looks like I have missed something, but Im not sure what. Advice appreciated - Cheers :-)
