Hello ! I'm having a problem with my customs fields. Here's the situation:Thanks to the advice of a community member, I was able to find a solution to stop using tags and instead use custom fields to store info. I use a “campaign name” custom field for two purposes:Automatically fill in the campaign name in messages, automatically fill in the custom fields corresponding to the stages completed by the ambassadors (example > End Survey: Campaign 1, Campaign 2, Campaign 3).For now, I'll fill in the Campaign Name custom field as follows: {Campaign Name}; Campaign 1In this case, Campaign 1 is the name of the current campaign. This way, the custom fields corresponding to the different stages of the campaign remember all the campaigns, not just the last one. Do I also have to account for the costs per conversation (or the number of texts we received and sent), or does this only apply to WhatsApp?

I am trying to set up auto assignment for two live chat agents. One of the agents already had 700 assignments on his profile, but the other one had 0. So many chat is giving ALL of the auto assignments to the agent with 0. This is a problem because they work commission. I want it to split it 50/50 moving forward. Can someone please help me figure this out? thank you,Jude

Example: if we have an “End Survey” tag, we have a “Campaign A - End Survey” tag “Campaign B - End Survey” tag etc... The advantages are as follows:We can create very precise conditions and send flows when we want. We can keep track of which ambassadors have carried out which campaigns.The disadvantages are as follows: We have to recreate tags for each new campaign. We have to modify these same tags in flow templates We have a very large number of tags in our database.My idea was to create a single specific tag for each campaign (e.g. “Campaign A”) and use generic tags for all tags. Hello,I am currently facing one issue : ManyChat is not detecting my scheduled posts in the calendar for future publications on my page.To better illustrate the issue, I’ve recorded my screen.This is a major problem because I can't prepare my automations before the posts are published. For example, for a quiz, the idea would be that when people comment with a number between 1 and 9 under the post, it triggers a flow with the corresponding question.Therefore, it’s crucial that all automations are ready before the post goes live.However, due to this issue, I can’t set things up correctly in advance.I also don’t have the option to schedule future posts directly on the Facebook page; I can only use MetaSuite for scheduling.Even stranger, as you will see in the video, ManyChat does not detect the posts scheduled in the calendar, but it does detect the posts that have already been published.film my screem : 

I have a Manychat Telegram chatbot, and when I add 15 consecutive if-else conditions, the automation stops. Is there a limit on the number of consecutive conditions? Also, after each condition, I’m using "Set User Field" actions—could the problem be related to having 15 consecutive "Set User Field" actions? Let me know if this sounds good!P.S. If I remove one condition and action it runs.

Hello All,                I’m new here and I have been trying for hours to get into the basic automation's screen and every time I select it it just loads the page but its like scrolling through the automation's. I have rebooted, cleared cache, etc… and it continues to scroll every time I select it. The other tabs sequences and my automation's screens work just fine. I’m not sure what else to do. Has any one else run into this type of issue?Thanks

HelloI am facing an issue with an automation in ManyChat, and I would like your help. I have a main automation that notifies users when a live session begins. In the flow, there is a condition (Condition 3) that checks if the user is registered or not. If they are not confirmed, I send them to a second automation (Automation 2 – Central de Provas).The problem is that after the user goes through Automation 2, they do not return to the main automation in Condition 4, where they should receive messages related to the live session. Hello, I want to add users as team members live chats, do  they need to have a facebook account?

So i created my first automationuser comment --- send message with a quick reply --- when the click to the quick reply it will lead to another instagram message with the website. when i preview on instagram and put the code it works perfectlybut when it’s live only the first message is showing to the client after he comments without the quick reply for the engagement to continue. Thanks

If the customer sends a message after 1 day or 24 hours, instead of continuing from where the automation left off, it returns to the beginning and causes repetition AI answers. this needs to be resolved because I'm losing customers.

Since the system does not see these message types, the automation does not work and the messages remain unanswered, there must be a solution to this
