I shared said template with a friend.When the template is installed, all triggers disappear. Is that normal, or did I make a mistake?Prob the later, but worth asking before diving down the rabbit hole.  

Hello,I'm new to Manychat and currently working on my strategy while getting familiar with the chatbot.I have a question, please.To be honest, I'm not sure if this is related to Manychat or Facebook Ads.I launched my fan page a week ago.Next week, I plan to launch my chatbot, which I'm currently finalizing.I want to send a message directly to the Messenger of my new fans to introduce them to my chatbot and the information it contains.In other words, I would like all the people who become fans of my new Facebook page to receive a message directly in their Messenger.Is this possible?And if so, would this be set up in Facebook Ads or Manychat? Thanks for your reply

Hello ManyChat Support,I am experiencing an issue with linking my Instagram account to a new ManyChat account. Here’s the situation:I initially had a ManyChat account linked to a newly created Facebook account. Unfortunately, that Facebook account has been suspended. To resolve this, I created a new ManyChat account linked to my older, active Facebook account. When I attempted to connect my Instagram account to this new ManyChat account, I received the message that it already connected to a ManyChat account and that account should grant permission. Since the original Facebook account is suspended, I cannot access it to pass ownership or make any changes.Is there any way to disconnect the Instagram account from the old ManyChat account or transfer ownership to my new ManyChat account? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.Thank you for your help.Best regards,

I am trying to send people to my podcast and using the episode number as the keyword. Well, I realized now that Ive gotten into double digits, that all the numbers are sending the single number episodes. For example, keyword 12 is sending episode 2 because “2” was the trigger work for episode 2. Episode 18 is sending the flow for episode 8. Episode 16 is sending the flow for 6. It’s like it’s ignoring the 1 and sending to the single last digit.  I have is set to trigger for SPECIFIC word “18” “16” etc….but it’s sending to flows for 8 and 6 etc….. Can someone share what I’m not doing right? 

When I press the set live button on ManyChat, it does not run.It can be previewed but not executed.I don't know why.Please check if it is not working because it is a free version.

I just signed up for Many Chat.  My account is set up and I went through the step by step process of (what I thought was) linking the automated reply to my IG account.  It’s not working. I’ve asked and asked for help. I’ve received no help or assistance whatsoever from anyone.  I NEED HELP.  I really cannot make this more clear.  PLEASE HELP ME.

Hello everyone! I'm facing a persistent problem with the Messenger app on my Android phone. The quick reply buttons are not functioning properly—they keep appearing when they aren't necessary, such as in chatbot messages, and they don’t disappear after I send a new message, which is quite bothersome. This issue isn’t limited to one specific chat or bot; it affects all quick reply functionalities throughout the app. I’ve checked this on multiple Android devices, and the problem remains consistent. It also occurs with ManyChat bots, suggesting that the issue is widespread and affects various quick reply options across different bots and conversation flows. Ideally, these quick replies should vanish once you move to the next part of the conversation, but they linger and show up where they aren’t needed.

This is the second time I am experiencing this bizarre situation. I set up the automation so that when someone comments “CHEESE CRIMES” on my recent post they get sent a message and a link to my patreon. The automation includes a reply comment to their comment.It worked for over 12 hours and sent the DM’s to the handful of people who replied (6 people) and then on the 7th person - no DM was sent and no comment reply. The automation suddenly totally failed. ( I’m wondering if I got flagged for encouraging cheese crimes ? Kidding of course)Also I set the replies up to randomly reply with six different reply options… It shouldn’t be connected but is there a setting somewhere that might have limited the run to the variety of replies. I’m stumped.  Any input would be greatly appreciated : ) 

Hi there! All of my automations have stopped working. I upgraded to a pro account thinking that was the issue, but still no luck. Everything seems to be set up properly but on the automation something shows up on the instagram post with a exclamation mark and triangle saying for collaborative posts the automation does not work with collaborators comments- however, this is not a collaborative posts. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Hi ManyChat community! I recently noticed I’m having an issue with META. I have double checked that Facebook is connected but for some reason I am not receiving some messages that come through META and if a message has been replied to in META, it is not showing up in ManyChat. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or know how to resolve the issue?
