DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW CHATBOT CAN RECOGNIZE AN AUDIO USER INPUT, I AM USING CHATGPT ALONG WITH MANYCHAT TO MAKE A BOT, BUT WHEN I RECEIVE AN AUDIO I WOULD LIKE TO PAUSE THE INTERACTION SINCE CHATGPT IS NOT ABLE TO INTERPRET AUDIO

Hi i I set up an dinstagram automation but when they send me a message the conersation starter doenst ignite. What do i do wrong? 

When I click on “send message” in my facebook ad which should take me to a Manychat flow, I oftentimes see the following,     “Something Went Wrong   We are currently  updating this feature in response to new rules for messaging services in Europe”     I am posting this ad within 15 mile radius of central Illinois.  Please help!!!Phil

Hello,I am new here and planning to use Manychat from tomorrow on for my creator account on IG. About a month ago I created my free account with Manychat but am currently having neither keywords defined nor an automation set up yet. I just logged in and it shows me that I have 14 contacts already without even having used Manychat once...I don't get it. My private account is one of these contacts, and I am 100% sure I did not subscribe to my Manychat account or test a keyword or something as I did not even have set a keyword yet.How can that be that there are random IG accounts (some of them spam accounts, but not all) added to my contacts & community without having interacted with any of my posts (as my IG account is new and I will only be starting to post from tomorrow on)? As I am planning to go for a paid account with Manychat but as the price increases with increasing contacts, I want to make sure that I only pay for contacts who actua

Dear Support Team,I have created a rule to update a custom field whenever a tag is added to a contact. However, after applying the tag to all my contacts, the rule did not trigger as expected.The rule only works if I manually change the tag by entering the chat with each contact.I need to apply this rule to my entire client base of 220,000 contacts. Hi, how can I change the direction of the automated chats and move them to the “General” section instead of the “Main” one? 

Using Manychat most of the time for dm Automations based on Keyword comments, and it works for 90% of the time, but for ±50 Messages a day I have to manually send the message.The user which commented gets an empty message to his DM’s where it says something like that: xxxx sent you a message to a comment u wrote. (dont know exactly cause I use german Instagram, but u can take a look on the added Screenshot) Is there anyway to fix this? 

Is it possible to send a DM to existing followers or do I have to manually do this follower by follower? I am not looking to automate a DM upon a new follow. I want to DM each of my 100K followers. Is this possible?

Does Manychat work with PRIVATE facebook groups? I can only select a trigger from my business profile page. 

Hello! I've been having a problem with the flow in IG for a few days now. The flow stops after clicking a button, not giving you the next step or link. After sending the first message, the quick reply works fine, but on the second message, the quick reply, which links to a new bubble with a referral link to a website, does not work. The flow stops.Here is an example of what the message looks like. A new message should appear after the "more recipes" prompt, sending the bink button to the recipe website. I do this step because otherwise, I go over characters if I put a button on it after submitting the recipe. 

How do turn off / disable this subscription feature, i tried automating and disabling the auto reply but whenever someone sending that keyword it automatically send this text 

I’m using a keyword comments to trigger DM automations but for some reason it will only send the first message in my automation.  First message has a button with the link.  66% of those who received the message clicked this link.  But only 8% of people who clicked that link received the next message.  Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this?  The second message has a 1 hour delay so should still be within the 24 hour window.  

Hi there, I set up an instagram automation that triggered for key words in the comments of a specific post. This works great. However, the automation had multiple steps and message boxes to it. The initial message box including a link to a blog would send to them but then once they clicked the link, I chose the action to opt them in for instagram DMs. Within the 24 hour window, the automation was designed to send a second message box asking if they wanted a discount code and there were a few more interactive message boxes after that one. However, only the first message box was sent to 95% of the people who clicked through the initial link sent. My understanding is that if people engage with the first message box, they can be contacted through manychat automation within 24 hours but this seems to not work for flows? The few people who got the full chatbot automation were on my contacts subscriber list. Hello everyone, here Marash!I’m having trouble using my Instagram account with Manychat, hope somebody can help me.My Instagram account appears as connected, but when I try to create an automation and add that channel, it again asks me to connect with the facebook botton and I’m stuck in that loop with nothing changing.I’ve read the troubleshooting steps and tried them, but without success.Can somebody help me please!Thanks,Marash

HELP! I changed my account sign up to an Instagram business account, but it is not connected to a Facebook Business page.  I removed ManyChat from the integrations in Facebook, but I can not remove it in ManyChat. Now, I am unable to complete the sign up process in ManyChat. I can not set up templates NOR sign out of It to start over.  Please help.

Hey, I'm trying to Import my Contacts from a CSV to ManyChat & the issue is ManyChat wont recognize the Phone numbers on my list thus I'm not able to map them to the system. Everything else is mappable except the phone numbers. Most of my contacts are Lebanese so the number format is as follows (+96170000000)How can I resolve this issue?

I used the guide to create the automation.  I went LIVE this morning and it is not working on Instagram.  It leaves a message but doesn’t send the link that it is supposed to send.  Anyone have any ideas.  Frustrated!

Im trying to upload a customer base to manychat, but this message appears “0 users created, 26 users updated, 1,333 users ignored”. Do you guys know why it is ignoring most of my users? Ive done thisplenty of times with other account and never had this problem.

I need to take chat history after automation finished. I will use the lead system of pipedrive. How can I export chats and when I use webhook to export datas and informations, where do I find chat history in POST request ( or can I do this with new custom fields, if it is like; How can I trigger all messages ?
