I have a Heygen account with an AI avatar. To facilitate video creation, I want to:Send an audio file from Telegram to ManyChat. Send the audio file to Make. Have Make send the audio file to Heygen to create a video. Have Heygen return the video file to ManyChat.The Make part is working fine, but this is my first time using ManyChat and I'm having trouble configuring it to receive the audio file as a custom field to send to Make. I've only found options for text fields. Is it possible to receive an audio file from a user and save it for later use in the flow? Thank you.

I couldn’t find an answer by searching and I’m pretty amazed by that but here goes. Since customers viewing automations on a desktop computer don’t see the ManyChat buttons/quick reply options, how can we avoid a lot of manual work? I have a lot of leads who are on desktop and my automations are basically useless as soon as they ask the user to click something. I then have to go on and manually process their request. There must be an established workaround, if not a solution in place, since I’m not the first person to experience this.Asking people to open the mobile app is not ideal. Thanks in advance! :)

¿How can I see the message that has been send? I do not know how to make sure the message are been send.

I try to tag a contact with this tag and it’s not starting the automation. What am I missing? I also tried to create a rule and that didn’t seem to work either when I added a tag. I’m adding one tag to one contact at a time.

Hi everyone :)  Does the 24-hour rule apply in the following case:Someone replies with a keyword on Instagram (on a post or on a story) Manychat sends the automation, the link to a webinar 2 weeks later, THE SAME PERSON replies to another post that triggers the automationIf Manychat sends again the automated message BECAUSE of that reply, does it VIOLATE the 24-hour rule?Thanks :) 

The new way to connect instagram accounts only allows me to add Instagram accounts that are in my Accounts Center, but I have full access to my clients facebook page and Instagram account. Before I was able to add clients IG accounts because I had full access, but now I can only add accounts that are in my Accounts Center, but the problem with that is that clients won't add their accounts to my account center because it can only be in ONE person's account center. How to I add IG accounts that I have full access now? Please help urgently

I'm interested in building Automatic Replies to Instagram Post Comments, both for myself and mainly for others (different clients, different Instagram accounts). And the question is how can I do this and what do I need for this? Thanks

I have automations set up for Instagram to simply send a link via DM when someone uses a specific keyword in the comments on a post. I make sure to chose unique keywords so that an automation won’t be sent in response to unrelated comments. However the ManyChat bot just responded to an IG comment that didn’t use the keyword associated with that automation, or anything even remotely like the keyword, and I can’t figure out why. I can’t see anything in my settings that might be causing this, but maybe I’m missing something. Has anyone else experienced this? If the bot can be activated randomly, I can’t use this service.

Hello, how are you? I have a problem with the Instagram chatbot, the DMs are not reaching the new readers, I was carrying out tests and in many cases the notification does not reach them, it remains hidden, as if it were spam, it is answered the comment indicating that the information will be sent and if I check the message tray it shows that the message was sent but if I go to the test profile I get nothing, neither the notification nor the pending message, nothing is shown until I write to the account. Could someone guide me, since I am losing money

Hey guys, I just got the pro version of Manychat and I am trying to do my first automation. Its basically: a person comments a keyword on my IG post and I just send them a dm with my link. I think it should all be working and there are no errors, it just doesnt work in practice. I even tried to the preview option in IG, but that also doesnt do anything. Could any of you please help me because I am currently getting overwhelmed with the comments. 

I'm having trouble with the mobile app. When I try to log in with Facebook, the screen goes blank at the final step and I can't access it. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I have a free account as I am a new user trying the platform and also only starting my small business.All ads show that KEYWORDS is a function available on the free account and I have watched multiple video tutorials and read all instructions but there is NO KEYWORD OPTION visible in my Trigger search, or automations page, which is where the tutorials say it should be?Is there something I’m missing, or a different place this should be appearing? Cannot see the function anywhere.

So, what we want to happen is that if someone comments "unicorn" on an ad, like a feed ad, ManyChat will send them a message. Right now, it seems they only respond to comments on regular posts in our feed, not on feed post ads.

Hi, I setup a DM Automation on a FB Reel on my FB Page.I have never had these issues with Instagram.The automation triggers and responds to the comments fine, but it appears that non of the comments recieved a DM response. (Over 400 comments)I have checked everything multiple times, but not sure where the disconnect is.It seems no one recieved that first Message after the trigger

Hey guys. Is there a way to disable Live Chat visibility for specific members or users? I need to manage client automations without violating their privacy by  having the access to their Live Chat messages. Perhaps an editor role with restricted Live Chat access(viewing) could be a solution.Thank you . 

I have an issue with the following automation : As you can see, 61 contacts passed through my automation, but only 3 messages were sent. It seems like the issue comes with the delay because when I put a 10 seconds delay it works perfectly fine.Do you have an idea on how I could solve this issue and having message sent for every contact that passed the delay?
